We truly loved the condo and location - one block from the beach. The place was very clean. Would only suggest a new mattress in the bedroom without the bath and a new microwave.

This property was perfect for our needs. We found the property clean, warm and inviting. Everything was in place just as described and was perfect for the two of us. We felt safe and engaged with several of the neighbors just across alley. They were polite and allowed me to use their drive to position my truck into the parking area. The real amenity of this property is its perfect location. It’s only steps from beach access at several points. My wife felt perfectly safe walking to and from the beach. Daniel was the perfect host. His communications were timely and even called us on the way down to ensure that we had parking when we got there. He checked on us several times during our stay. You just couldn’t ask for a nicer fellow. We will certainly return to this property. “Thanks Daniel” for a great getaway!

We are a couple so place was perfect for us. The place was convenient. We were able to take walks, go to the beach, shop, and explore the Jacksonville area. Our bed was comfortable. We were able to cook.

My friend and I scheduled a weekend at the beach and we are so happy we found this house. Not only did this cute house exceed our expectations, but its one block location to the beach was perfect. We were able to relax and recharge, and our host Dan was incredibly generous making this trip memorable. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area.

The owner, Daniel, was very accommodating. The location was great! The kitchen is quite small, needs more kitchen equipment , new microwave and refrigerator.The oven is brand new.It would be nice to have a small table to eat at or play cards. The 2 bedrooms are adequate, new shelving/wardrobe in master. You need to go through the master to get to the bathroom, but the bathroom is a good size with a large shower and great water pressure. Lots of restaurants/:bars, very walkable, loved being so close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay.

We were here for my daughter’s camp and this was a great place to stay. 5 min from the gym and near the beach.

Daniel was a welcoming host and easy to communicate with. Best feature of this rental was proximity to Jacksonville Beach, just 2 easy blocks to walk. Although the unit is a bit worn, it offers a full kitchen and two bedrooms, a plus for budget travelers. Please note the floorplan requires walking through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom. If you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine to drown out the neighbors and street traffic. Parking is very convenient and super close to the ground level apartment, nice feature.

The layout of the spot is a bit odd. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. But the location is great, the space is clean, and the price is fair. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Daniel was quick to respond to calls/texts and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Nice beach house

Everything was as advertised. House was neat and clean with plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Very handy location just a block from the beach My son had appointments all week at the Mayo Clinic and it was only a 10 minute drive. Would recommend this property.

My sister and I came to JaxBeach to meet up with 4 childhood friends for 2days. The area was a great spot for visiting and finding activities and places to eat. The beach is lovely. The kitchen is tiny yet functional. The bathroom is in one of the 2 bedrooms. Every thing was well labeled and explained. While the place was tidy and neat, the blinds and ceiling fans were dusty which triggered my allergies.

My husband and adult son stayed there for Mayo Clinic appts. Sweet host who called before they arrived to say they could check in early. They found the place clean and cozy and they LOVED the location. Their future visits to Mayo-I will be booking this place! THANK YOU!!!

Great location. Walking distance from the beach! So close to everything. A bit noisy but you are near a lot so it’s expected. It was a great experience had no issues and great communication with owner.

Check in was on time and property was clean. Anything needed was provided. Would definitely go back again.

Daniel the owner was absolutely amazing. We had a few hiccup's, that were out of Daniel's hands and he made sure he communicated and took care of them in a timely manor. We will absolutely be back. The upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful with the area around us. The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach and property was the perfect size for family.

Absolutely wonderful rental property in a great neighborhood just a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The upstairs neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Not one accommodation overlooked. The entire check in and out process was smooth and easy. The kids had a great time and will remember this vacation the rest of their lives. Highly recommended rental.

It was further from the beach than we thought. Listing said steps from the beach. It was a good 5 minute walk carrying beach chairs, umbrella etc. When I opened blinds in living area there was some type of rehab facility parking lot right in front of us. The guys liked playing basketball so we heard a lot of bounce, bounce bounce. They did have a 9:00 curfew. There are full time tenants in the unit upstairs who were courteous helpful and friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable. Very close parking was a definite plus. The owner was very prompt with all communication.

The rental was awesome and fit our needs perfectly. The whole family did not want to leave as we enjoyed staying there so much. The side yard was such a treat and spending evenings under the large palmetto tree with those oceanside stars at night was truly something the family won’t forget.

We had a great time at the blues festival. Daniel are Host was very accommodating he always responded when I had questions.
