This property exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean, inside and out, beautifully decorated, included many amenities, and beds were so comfortable! Property manager was so responsive and she thought of many small details welcoming us to the house. Would stay here again!

Another amazing stay at the cabin!!

We spent 3 nights at this house and we loved it. The house is directly on the lake with pier, nice deck and fire pit. The house is spacious, you will find everything you need to cook and we loved the basket with snacks and treats. Very nice touch. Lorreta was a wonderful host and was available if we needed anything.

We had a fabulous time with our week at the lake. The home was meticulous in design, function and livability. We loved the area, close to everything.

What a lovely place on Keuka Lake! Hosts were very generous with snacks, coffee pack and s’mores provisions. We especially enjoyed the deck and peacefulness of the lake. Beds and furnishings very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This listing is exactly as pictured! It’s beautifully updated, with central air and full sized laundry. Our family had the best stay over Labor Day weekend; we even booked it again for next year we loved it so much. The area is residential and quiet. It’s walking distance to rent a boat at the marina next door. They have every amenity you would need from coolers, beach towels, night lights to dog bowls. They even brought over toys for my toddler which was so thoughtful and helpful. The paddle boat was also a big hit. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Our family spent a wonderful week at this cabin! You would not be disappointed here. The cabin faces Keuka Lake at a very serene spot, next to a marina. You have direct access to the lake with your own private dock, best for first morning coffees and cocktails at sunset. The cabin is clean, bright and inviting. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and lovely linens on the beds. The owner answered all inquiries promptly and the property manager was extremely responsive when needed. Our only complaint was that a week was not enough!

We had a wonderful week on Keuka. We have been coming to the FLX for our summer vacation for many years and I have to honestly say that this house is the best. The house was absolutely spotless and the owner and property manager have thought of everything. It’s the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed. Loretta, the property manager, was so welcoming and accommodating. She even gave us her paddleboat and float to use for the week. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is exactly as shown in the photos. We didn’t want our week to end. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The cabin, located right on the lake, was perfect for our needs. Comfortable and quiet with a great outdoor space. Our only wish was for a longer stay. A couple of minor items should be addressed; low water pressure and doors stick or don’t close at all. Other than that perfect!

We had an amazing weekend staying at the cabin. The property is exactly as pictured. Extremely cozy, clean, well-decorated and stocked with absolutely everything (and I mean every thing) you could think of! For doggie owners, this place is perfect! Our little pup spent hours just sitting on the deck over looking the water and all the boats going by. There was also plenty of green space and we felt comfortable letting him explore the dock and water. Communication with the host was easy and seamless. We truly felt like we were at home and will most certainly be back again.

The property was very well-appointed, fresh and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The deck, backyard, and dock were perfect for relaxing, watching the water, and fishing off.

This was our second time staying at the Cabin and once again we very much enjoyed our stay. Property is just as pictured. Well appointed with everything you need along with extra touches and is very clean. Nice location near the marina. Owner communicates well. Check in and check out seamless. Nice to know property manager is nearby if needed but we had no issues. Will come back again.

The cabin is fantastic with an amazing kitchen designed for entertaining. The deck is also quite nice and large. The area is quiet and the location is perfect. We could not have hoped for a better home!

We were in the area for three days of wine touring. The cabin is absolutely lovely and very stylish. The view of the lake is great and the location perfect for getting to the best of the Keuka Lake wineries. Great hosts too!

We had a fun time staying at The Cabin. A storm had damaged the dock but Loretta,the property manager who lived next door, was very kind and we were allowed to use her dock to tie up the pontoon boat and fish off the dock. She even shared her paddle boat with us. The Cabin was beautiful and Lynda, the owner had supplied us with all the starter necessities and a great gift basket. The s’mores were a big hit with our granddaughter. We also had our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the lake. They gave it 4 paws up. I would highly recommend this if you were looking for a rental.

Loved the location, accommodations and cleanliness. All you could need and more is there for you. Truly a special place. Will be back. Loretta is warm, attentive, and welcoming. Made our family getaway so wonderful. Counting the days until we return!

Our stay at The Cabin was wonderful! We made the trip to Keuka Lake to reconnect with family that we hadn't seen in several years. We took advantage of the beautiful outdoor spaces to visit and relax. Communication with Lynda was easy. House is beautifully appointed with everything you might need during your stay. We will definitely be back!

The cabin is very nicely updated and was impeccably clean. We loved being able to bring our dog with us, but were quick to find out the neighbors that live behind/next door had a dog that they would leave off leash most of the day which left us constantly bringing our dog inside. We really loved the welcome basket and how seamless the check in and out process was. The house is situated right next to a marina and part of the lake view is of these docked boats. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay.

Our stay was really wonderful. The cabin is as nice as pictured. Well done renovation and the place was spotless. The beds were really comfortable. Loretta (our host) and Lynda (the property owner) were amazing. Attentive, friendly, generous. The four star rating (good) for "location and neighborhood" is because that stretch of beachfront is rather shallow. The first few feet from shore is beautifully pristine and then there is a bit of green muck for a few feet before it clears up again. So if you are looking to swim directly from shore you'll need to swim through a bit of that before hitting clear water. With that said, Lynda said we could just jump into the water from her deck (right next door). Sweet! One of the many good things about this spot on the lake is that it was exceptionally quiet. The back deck is HUGE and just (literally) steps from the water. Part of what made this trip so marvelous was the responsiveness of Lynda and Loretta. A freakish storm hit on our second day, blowing lawn and deck furniture around and knocking down some trees. Loretta - and her team - were on it! The place was cleaned up in no time. The storm knocked out the internet for the remaining two days of our trip. Lynda was quick to "make it right" - though not necessary - since Mother Nature can't be controlled - even by such a kind VRBO property owner :) Bottom line - we loved this place and our stay was really delightful. We'll stay here again!

The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Kitchen was outfitted with new cooking gear plus a wonderful stove. We appreciated all of the small touches, from bath soaps and beach towels, and even a paddle wheel boat! A great place to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the cabin. Everything was nicely updated and appointed and the location is fabulous - on a small cove on very quiet, private road. We have stayed at numerous lake properties over the years and this is one of the best we have found. I would stay there again. Lynda and Loretta were great to deal with.

I’ve rented houses in ADK and other Finger lakes. This was my first time staying at Keuka lake and we loved the property and the lake! The home is absolutely immaculately maintained. The hosts think of absolutely everything and were very quick to answer if I had a question. We rented a pontoon and explored the lake- it is probably one of the clearest lakes I’ve ever been in. We also went to Hammondsport for an afternoon - it has lovely shops and bakeries, and then stopped at some wineries on the way home. Branchport is a great location. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was great to be able to include my bulldog on our vacation. They ever provide dog bowls:) I was sad to leave and have already booked a week for next summer. This place is an absolute gem!

This rental was spacious, clean & had a gorgeous view. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck or sitting on the chairs by the lake. Our pup also had his favorite spot on the deck to relax. The kitchen was well equipped and they even left a welcome basket full of goodies for us. We loved the location as it was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house and we are looking forward to coming back! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Excellent rental- beautifully updated property- better than the pictures! Great location right on the Lake - great deck and dock with fantastic view of the water - the house inside was impeccably clean and had everything you needed for your stay! Loretta the property manager came right over when we got there - she was very friendly and showed us where everything was. The house inside was welcoming and inviting- had everything you needed! Everything is so close by - winerys - breweries- great restaurants and a marina you can walk to next door that we rented a pontoon boat for the day! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! My family loved it!
