Our family included 2 seniors and an 11 moth old. We couldn’t have found a better property or host. Sunrises from the deck with coffee was incredible

Our experience renting this vacation house was smooth and without issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the set up of the home, the convenience of the boat dock, the well stocked kitchen and the location. Our family of six adults enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owners quick response to our questions. We would highly recommend this house. Thank you!

Tammy did everything she could to help things. Rather than admit he was wrong and inconvenience his family, he inconvenienced 5 families. But when dealing with an ass hat. Only so much you can do. Rest of vacation and property was wonderful.

This house was beautiful and the location was great. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach every February for the past 10 years as a family. This year due to the pandemic we decided it was best if we found our own house to rent instead of staying with my parents and family on the island. This house was perfect! It allowed us to still safely visit outside by the pool and at all the different seating areas setup outside. We will be sure to keep this house in mind for future visits.

We rented this house the week of Thanksgiving so that we could visit with family that lives nearby. The house is set up perfectly for 2 families, with 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms & a bath downstairs with a separate living area. The pool area is huge with a beautiful view of the canal and lots of seating by the pool and upstairs on the deck. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. We found the surrounding neighbors to be very friendly when we were out walking our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting this home again.

From the very beginning, starting w/questions during the booking, the owner, was very prompt to respond. Her promptness remained throughout the vacation. The house was nice & for an old house, it was well kept. However, it was very dusty. The pool was dirty. We found live roaches in the kitchen & downstair rooms and blood stains on the bed sheets. The house was so dusty my daughter had 2 severe asthma attacks because of the dust. We found dirty plates, pots and utensils in the kitchen cabinets, thus the reason for the roaches. We found blood stains on the sheets in the upstairs guest room so we washed all the bed sheets before going to bed on the 1st night. The pool was full of dead gnats. We tried to scoop them out using the pool net but it was hard to see a significant difference because there were just too many. The owner told me that the pool skimmer was on a timer to work at nights. My boyfriend spoke to her husband to locate the valve to turn it on but was told not to turn it too hard because it might break. We never saw the skimmer running & I doubt it ever worked based on the # of dead gnats. On our 2nd morning, I had a voice mail from the owner saying that the next door neighbors had complained about us being too loud. We were shocked to hear this since it rained 80% of the day so we were at the pool for just ONE hour at NOON without music. The bbq was so filthy and disgusting that we had to clean it several times throughout the day prior to grilling food. One of the children closed the guest room door upstairs without noticing that the lock on the inside of the door was set. We tried to unlock the door unsuccessfully so I called the owners to ask for the key to unlock it. They didn’t have one, so I had to call a locksmith and incur an unnecessary expense plus, after I got back home, I got a claim notice from the renter’s insurance that I purchased. The owners charged me to change the door knob. And finally, I was “lucky” to find out about a book that the owners keep with important information on the property but is NOT mentioned anywhere. When I asked for a locksmith, she told me to “look in the book”. This book includes a note from the owners explaining that prior to leaving, tenants are only allowed to leave the house with 1 washer & 1 dryer running w clothes otherwise renters will be charged an addt’l cost per load because it was too much for the cleaners!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Loved the setup of the house. Was in great condition and the availability of the pool made it easy to let the kids play while we made meals and just hung out. Beach, grocery store, restaurants, local bars all within an easy walk. Only bad part was when the lady next door called police because we were being to loud playing a game at 7:00PM. After police said they couldn't do anything about it, we never heard from her again. There was an issue with the cable service to some of the TV's, but Tammy did a good job of getting it taken care of, and there were plenty of TV's that did work to watch anything that the small children wanted to watch. We spent most of the time outside anyway. We rented a pontoon boat one day and used the dock to load food and beverage items and people onto the boat. Kids all agree that this was one of the best vacations ever. Loved the whole experience. And now the grandparents have a great story to tell about how they were being so rowdy that the police were called. We will definitely vacation down here again, and if we do, we want to rent this home.

Our family of four rented this house with another family of four ... four adults and four teenagers. The pool and all the wonderful outdoor living space was fabulous. With a 5 minute walk to the beach, it was the perfect combination of pool and ocean. The owner was great to work with. Our only wish for the week was that the beds were a bit more comfortable. Would we stay here again ?? Everyone says 'yes!!!'

Excellent choice for family of 6-8 with a dog. House was nicely kept and clean. Pool is great. About the only drawback is that the master bedroom and the next largest bedroom as well as living room, kitchen and dining area (where most people congregate) is upstairs and you may find yourself going up and down numerous times throughout the day (elders and those with leg problems beware).

Never found the bicycles though.

Our family enjoyed our stay!! We had everything we needed-many, many amenities along a great place, great pool and so close to the beach!! At the same time, the house us located on a quiet street!! Amazing! Thank you Tammy!!

Nicely equipped home and great location. Nice split of bedrooms down and up. Pool and deck very nice. Fun to SUP off the dock. Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything you could need. The beach is very close and is beautiful. The Outrigger was a lot of fun. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that there was no mention that 2 of the bedrooms are on the lower level and the living area is upstairs. We had 2 families and it made it a little difficult.

The home was perfect for our needs and we had plenty of space both inside and out! The oversized upper deck was just perfect for evening gatherings for the whole family! And the large pool & patio area was great for games or just relaxing on the loungers. We love to cook on vacation and the kitchen had all the extras you might need including plenty of dishes, large bowls, pots & pans, crock pot, coffee pot & even a Keurig! And a special thank you to Jim & Tammy that we could bring our very senior pets along!

Thank you so much! This property is perfect. Dock, pool, short walk to the beach, great location. Amenities you wouldn't think would be provided (fans, high chair, beach stuff, baby gates) overall spectacular. You can't go wrong. The weather didn't cooperate for most of our stay, but we made the best of it. You'll have that with Florida weather. The deck upstairs and downstairs is very spacious. The rooms were cute. Decor was beachy. Pool was nice and large. Because it rained, a lot, it was a tad on the colder side some days. But was very warm when we first arrived and at the end. Full kitchen, everything you need to make anything you want! Minus the food of course! Including a grill. The only thing missing was that the boat lift wasn't in working condition. But the boat ramp isn't too far away! Restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store is a short drive. Don't forget to write about your stay in the book! It was neat to read about others stay! Thanks again.

What a great house for our vacation. We went with my family (7 adults and one year old). And there was plenty of space and privacy for us! The three full baths are so wonderful. Also great location by the beach and the pool was awesome too! It was great that our little puppies could come too! Overall a perfect location and a great house!

We were looking for a place to take Mom to celebrate her 90th birthday. Since we are all located in the Midwest, we started looking for Florida rentals and stumbled on Ft. Myers Beach where none of us had been. We were so glad we found Tammy's clean and well maintained property and unknowingly found the best of Ft. Myers Beach on the quiet south end. There is great outdoor space in addition to the pool where it was great to just enjoy whatever you choose -- reading, floating in the pool, and even several card games on the upper deck in the evening. Easy walk to the beach to spend time sunning, walking the beach or viewing the sunset. It was also a convenient location to do visits to the Everglades and Sanibel. Enough restaurants to provide variety when we didn't feel like grilling or cooking in the great kitchen. All of us agreed that if the number of people and timing was right, we would return to this rental -- and would recommend it to anyone looking into Ft. Myers Beach.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed! Everything available and working, the Christmas tree up, well lighted and decorated. The electronics and wifi supported several hand held devices and games for the grandchildren. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas vacation with family and pet friendly home! Oh, the beach was the best too!

Our family loved staying in your home. Hands down! Thank you very much for sharing it with us. We found everything to be clean and tidy upon our arrival and it was ready and waiting for us on time. We have stayed in many homes on several beaches and it is nice when you don't have to wait to enter and get your vacation started. Our children absolutely loved the pool area. It is a good size. The screen enclosure around the pool area made the area very pleasant.The deck area, beautiful! We had 5 adults and 1 child. Everyone was accommodated perfectly. The (4) bedrooms (+TVs) were sized quite nicely and having (3) bathrooms, a great plus. All of the cleaning and laundry facilities helped us with clothes and tiding up at the end of each day. The kitchen is as stated, well provisioned. The appliances are are new. The fridge is awesome. Even the gas grill was newer and worked well. There is plenty of glassware, cookware, dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses, and YES the Keurig!!! The main TV is awesome also. Plenty of seating everywhere. The WIFI worked well and it was easy to find the information to connect. Something not mentioned before, is being on a cul de sac, meant no through traffic. No stream of cars to worry about. The street was quiet. The home is far enough away from the main street (Estero) to create a quiet atmosphere yet, the walk to the beach is nice and made even more convenient with the wagon. We really enjoyed being "at home" as it is warm and inviting. The AC works well also. It was nice to see separate containers for trash and recycling. There are plenty of towels for the beach, and showers. Our youngest enjoyed the children's games and puzzle. For the home, you really have thought of everything we could have needed for our stay. Even the labeling of the light switches and there are many we found to be extremely helpful. We enjoyed a cruise on the Naples Princess during our stay. I left coupons in the book. We orig planned to stay in a high rise penthouse just down the road, but that fell through and fortunately for us, we (easily) discovered your home, which NOW will be where we look first when we plan our trip back to FMB. No joke, it's a much better experience than any large complex where you have to go up/down elevators to get to your "hotel type" living quarters. Thank you Tammy and Jim. It really made our vacation great. It really did. P.S. I particularly liked the guest book by the door. Good idea!

Thank you so much for sharing your home. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this home . Very quiet neighborhood,. We had 8 people, and everyone slept very comfortable. The kitchen was very well set up to cook for 8 and it had everything you needed. Everything was very clean and plenty enough space. The best part for us was the outdoor area and the pool. easy walk to the beach. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay this is the HOUSE. Would go back in a heartbeat.

What a perfect space, and so close to the beach. With 2 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms down, we were able to comfortably accommodate our family. Plenty of space for the kids to play while the adults were eating. The house is very clean and well equipped. We went back and forth between the beautiful beach (only a short walk), and the lovely pool at the house. By also renting the smaller house just 3 doors away, we had space for members of the family who like their privacy. We could not have asked for a more perfect combination of properties. Thanks Tammy and Jim, for a great Christmas week with all the family. Your properties were perfect for us.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The home is very comfortable on a canal, across the street from the beach. Heated pool is nice, even in May. Snook fishing on the beach was fantastic. We saw dozens of starfish, sand dollars, and dolphin every day. The home has a very nice covered upper deck off the master with nice furniture which is nice in the evening. I love it there. Tammy was very helpful.

We had a great time. Everything about the house, pool, deck was fantastic. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Coming back next year.

Great Beach Home! Fabulous location and everything you could hope for. Jim and Tammy are great hosts and very accomodating. We'll be back!

We are local Ft. Myers residents of over 20 years who know the area very well. We were looking for a house near the beach with a pool to entertain family from out of town. The house itself was perfectly appointed and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is beautiful and modern and it leads out to a wonderfully serene deck which is perfect for relaxation and morning coffee. It's located on a very quiet street right on a gulf access canal and is a nice short walk away from the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped for a great vacation! We will definitely be back.
