Easy walking distance to the wharf.

The unit was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Staying here was perfect. Edith, the greeter, was so friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Could not ask for a better location as right downtown and so close to the waterfront. If this is available on our next visit to Nanaimo, will definitely stay there again.

A great location in downtown Nanaimo-close to all rhe downtown and old town shops and bars and the ferries to the islands. Great family friendly parks all within walking distance too. Lovely apartment and i especially liked siting on the patio in the sun and peace with a morning coffee. Only disappointing thing is the photos online show the harbour and whales so i had presumed that was the view from the apartment but the apartment is not on the harbour and you cannot see the sea from it. Other than that, all super.

Well appointed, clean property. Very close for walks to the harbour, parks, and restaurants. TC Highway only a minute from the underground parking spot for out of town exploration. What more can you ask for?

Excellent place to stay. Location was great within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, water front. Accommodation was superb, just what we wanted. Exceptionally well furnished and stocked. Great host who showed us around on arrival. Lovely sitting area outside. Highly recommend staying here.

As our daughter has been in Nanaimo for the last six years, it has almost become our second home. We have always been pleased with ours stays in various rentals throughout the city, and in this case we were not disappointed. The location was great, close to downtown, the port etc. The place was lovely and well appointed and the kitchen very well equipped. Our communications with the on-site caretaker were very good. The patio was also very nice, unfortunately the Nanaimo weather did not allow us to use it. We would book this place again, as it also allows for pets, which we did not bring with us this time, but would like to in future bookings.

The location was great, close to downtown, the port etc. The place was lovely and well appointed and the kitchen very well equipped. Our communications with the on-site caretaker were very good. The patio was also very nice, unfortunately the Nanaimo weather did not allow us to use it. We would book this place again, as it also allows for pets, which we did not bring with us this time, but would like to in future bookings.

This is a beautifully decorated suite in the heart of downtown Nanaimo. One block to the amazing waterfront, the location is awesome for this property. We especially appreciated the ground level access to the private courtyard and the secure underground parking.

Love the facility very convenient lots of services with in walking distance. Have to give the restaurant’s a 5 star never got to visit all

The location of this unit could not have been more convenient. There were plenty of interesting things to see and good places to eat within walking distance yet it was convenient for getting on main roads for our driving activities. The place was immaculate and having laundry facilities was a great plus.

We totally enjoyed our time at Carolle's condo! It was so nice to have the kitchen & laundry stocked so well. No need to bring any of the extras like a cooler or outdoor chairs.
You can walk right out the door to multiple cafes & restaurants. If you enjoy walking along a waterfront walkway, this is the place for you!

The appartment was a great base for exploring local tourist attractions. It was very comfortable for our family of three and well equiped. The portable airconditionner installed in the suite helped us through the heatwave. The building had a secured underground garage. The suite also featured a small lovely patio.

The advertisement posted by Owner claimed the unit sleeps 5 people and there would be a charge for cleaning on the bill.
On date of departure the Owner wrote us stating she would be charging us an additional amount for further cleaning.
Upon leaving the property we followed the owners instructions completely as written to us. The Owner wrote we had expressly agreed to clean the unit to clause 3 of our agreement. She advised we then did not clean the place to the satisfaction of her cleaning staff and there was a stain on a duvet cover that dry cleaning could not get out. No evidence has been provided for either claim.
After reviewing the terms of agreement, at the Owner’s direction to us, and our initial bill it has become clear - we were overcharged quite substantially on the initial bill than was initially advertised.
Then she further used our credit card to charge us more for unsubstantiated additional cleaning and for an additional person when we had the appropriate number for the unit.
We informed the Owner the place was cleaned prior to departure per the terms of agreement. We informed the Owner of her failure to abide by terms of her own agreement in overcharging us on the initial bill. The Owner did not respond to this correspondence.
The Owner’s behaviour is both disappointing and fraudulent.
The Owner refuses to honour her own contract, by charging more than agreed to on the initial bill without explanation and reason. The charge for further cleaning, is for cleaning beyond the terms of her own agreement, and without any evidence to support.
This Owner’s billing practices and conduct should be reviewed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolle’s place! We weren’t able to contact for the check in process due to phone service issues but listing instructions were mostly accurate. I spoke to Carolle upon check out and she was a great host. Pets require being taken offsite for potty breaks but for us that was super easy. Right in downtown Nanaimo, walkable to so much!

The location of this property in downtown Nanaimo was excellent for us as we were arriving by seaplane and did not have a car. It is within easy walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.
