Communication with Wanda was excellent. The coffee pot broke on day 2 of our stay and she had a replacement that day for us. The condo and area is very family friendly which is exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful time. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Clean place and beds were comfortable. Great place to stay with a family.

Wanda's condo is very comfortable for us. The bedrooms are nice size, and the living room and outside deck are spacious. We love PCB and enjoyed our time here.

This condo is perfect, we had everything we could ever need within the condo and a beautiful view of the sunset every night. The location of the condo is perfect if you’re not wanting to sit in traffic on your outings.

Our condo was very clean. It had a beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the beach! Everyone we came in contact with from employees to other tenants were all very friendly and welcoming. The owners of the condo were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Look forward to staying at watercrest in the future!

This condo was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everyone with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but it had all that we needed with good counter space. Furnishings were comfortable. The balcony was large, and we ate breakfast and lunch there daily. The pool was large-great size for the amount of condos. Easy walk to the beach, and we loved being able to rent beach chairs-a bit pricier than we were used to, though. Overall we had a great time, and if we return to PCB we would love to stay here again!!

I never have stayed this far down but it was fine. I would definitely recommend this condo. Wanda was great on responding very quickly and easy to work with.

This unit is spacious, with large living room, good size bedrooms, and large outdoor balcony. Being on 4th floor feels close to pool and beach, while high enough for for wonderful views of the surf and sunsets.

Absolutely beautiful views of the Gulf! This condo sits right on the water. Takes about a minute to hop on the elevator and hit the sand. Can’t beat the location. Had a couple of minor items to take care of at the beginning of our week, but Wanda responded immediately and took care of everything. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back again!

Everyone had a great time. Condo was great. Very spacious. Loved the balcony. Pool was nice and clean. Wanda was great, easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Highlight of the trip was we rented a pontoon boat and went to shell island. Kids loved it.

We really enjoyed the condo and being able to have our dinners on the balcony. The condo was also plenty big for the 10 of us (5 adults, 5 young children). Very clean place and beautiful views.

While the views, beach and location Are amazing, we got,hung up on one little issue...rats! Saw the first one the third night there. Called for traps and caught one the next morning. I cleared that trap myself. Heard them and saw more rat droppings the next night....throughout the rest of our stay. The landlord did apologize and offer refund if we wanted to leave. That’s not the type of people we are, and we wanted to vacation, not go home. I just found it peculiar that a maintenance guy came in on Monday to check “traps in the ceiling.” Makes me think this issue was known about and not shared with us ahead of time,

This condo was so perfect for our large crew, very roomy and the best view! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed on the fourth floor and in my opinion it was the best height to see all the beautiful views and not feel like you were too high up! Beds were super comfy and plenty of furniture for everyone to spread out in the evenings! Communication was effortless with the owners and they provided everything we needed and more especially in the kitchen! We will definitely be back!

It was a perfect venue for a family vacation at the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Strongly recommend it for a family get away. We hope to close out the summer with another trip, thanks so much.

This was our first trip to PCB; although, we have stayed at a number of other places along the gulf coast in the past. We found Watercrest to be a very clean, friendly and secure environment. Staff cleaned the pool deck and chairs every morning; they canvassed the grounds for any trash and in general, keep things looking pretty pristine during our stay. The pool water was clean and clear. Trash containers throughout the complex were frequently emptied; the bathrooms in the common area were clean and tidy. The snack bar area adjacent to the pool was a plus and an inviting place to go for a cold beverage or a light meal. Security had a very visible office on site; they were seen frequently making rounds and were friendly towards the guests. Parking was abundant and the lot was well lighted in the evening. The elevators were all in working order and the wait time for the one we used was never an issue. Luggage carts were numerous and all were stored in a central location for easy access by guests. I should add that the beach area owned by Watercrest was clean of debris and trash containers were emptied daily. Beach recliners and umbrellas were available for rent at a reasonable price. Our rental, unit #407 offered a beautiful view of the gulf. It was very roomy, neat and the layout was perfect. The two master bedroom suites were spacious and they too offered gorgeous views of the gulf. The room our teenage boys occupied was also nice and more than adequate for their needs. The third bathroom was just across the hall from their bedroom. The fact that each master bedroom had its own sizeable bathroom was a major plus and not something one always finds in three-bedroom units. We always had more than enough hot water when we showered. We brought a couple of minor issues to the owner’s attention when we arrived and found her to be pleasant, quite helpful and easily reachable. We cooked a number of our meals in and found the kitchen to be well supplied with everything we needed. Overall, we found the Watercrest to be a very well maintained complex and an exceptionally attractive place to stay. We also loved the unit we stayed in and found it to be one of the nicest rentals we have experienced. We plan to return to PCB in the near future and would not hesitate to stay in Watercrest Unit #407 again.

Watercrest 407 was very nice. Love having 3 bedrooms/3 baths. All the paperwork was mailed to me along with car decal. We pulled into parking lot, put decal on our car then went straight to unit. Everything was very nice.

Well equip kitchen, nice spacious rooms and balcony. Dated appliances and cabinets. Disappointed with the cleanliness.

Overall, a nice unit. Pros: Incredibly spacious Great location Unit has everything you need Comfortable beds Great balcony with plenty of seating W/D in unit Communication with owner was excellent. Cons: Needs a good and thorough cleaning. Mold/mildew on all 3 shower curtains. Build-up of dust/dirt on baseboards. Floors not mopped. Build-up of dirt and detergent inside lid of washer. Dishwasher and trash compactor needed to be wiped down, especially inside the door of the dishwasher. Many of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them. I bought bleach cleaner and sprayed the shower curtains. It as an easy solution. I left the cleaner on the table for future use. That being said, we had a great time. The location was perfect. The pool was nice and clean. Parking was abundant and easy. We never waited on an elevator. Condo is right at the elevator but far enough that you are not bothered by it. Carts at the building entrance were helpful with groceries and luggage.

Had a terrific time at the Watercrest. The condo owner is very responsive. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean which is very nice. No complaints.

Renting was easy and had great communication with owner and VRBO
