The house accommodated a large group well and was very clean. A few small issues such as the coffee maker didn’t work, you couldn’t use the television in the living room without tripping the breaker, we had to make the beds ourselves when we arrived, and several of the toilets either wouldn’t flush or made loud noises when it did flush. I also paid extra to have the pool heated (as we had poor weather for our visit) and it only put out warm water for a few hours before going back to cold. Overall it was a great stay, just a few small inconveniences!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here greatly. It was a great property. Needs a bit of attention and TLC due to overuse but overall it was a great place to stay.

All 8 adults and kids loved the house, pool, and short walk to great beach! Kitchen has all the wares. Bikes and beach stuff in outdoor closet. 5 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Request # towels you want in advance. Paid to warm the pool and it got up to 88! Bring extra paper products and soap. Dog friendly. Easy clean up.

House was perfect. Great location on the island and perfect/huge backyard for entertaining and swimming!

We struggled opening the door every time & contacted the owner frequently for that. No toilet paper provided. We wish we were told that wouldn’t come with the rent, what a shame. Kitchen plates & cooking dishes weren’t available either. Basically, we feel like we were ripped with the price for the property. We didn’t expect Vrbo’s standard is that low. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson in the hard way.

Our bridal party loved this property. It was perfect for what we needed. Great backyard! We loved all of the extras available for guest use. 5/5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house met our needs totally. We needed to take our dogs and this home is pet friendly although you would never have known pets had been inside the home. Fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor pool was so very nice. The owner was responsive immediately with questions we had upon arrival.

We had 5 adults and 10 pre-teen/teens. Great home for our group of teens from church. We had a wonderful youth retreat.

The place was perfect for our first big family gathering since the pandemic. Despite no view of beach (which they didn't promise), the place was big enough for everyone, the kitchen was super well-stocked (even tape, spices, and batteries!), and owner was great when we realized we short one sheet set. The pool, grill and tables/chairs/swing out back were perfect for hanging out with our kids.

Had all my children and Grands together for the week. Awesome! It’s so nice to have a bath for each bedroom, too.

We really enjoyed the property. Communication was good when we encountered some small issues (not the owner's fault). The amount of space in the back pool area was a nice surprise; chairs, tables, good privacy. Easy beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Working with Alyssa was super easy and she was extremely responsive. The pool was great and it was a short walk to the beach access. The street was not busy and great for the kids to ride bikes. My 3 year old loved the race car toddler bed. You can’t go wrong with this house. Thank you.

We LOVED this property and the manager. This was a perfect getaway for our church group. Alyssa was easy to get ahold of when we had questions and was accommodating. The house was clean, close to the beach and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get the rest we needed. We plan on using the same property next year. We give it the highest rating allowed!

The house was spacious and perfect for hosting my event and super close walk to the beach. Alyssa is wonderful and promptly responds to any requests or questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Just came back from a great weekend in OIB at this nice home. The home is very well stocked and clean! Kitchen had plenty to cook with, Pool and beach gear was plentiful and games, books & movies in the house for adults and kids. We arranged to have the pool heated, which was a hit with the kids since it was chilly during our trip. Have the pool at the house was great. Plenty of chairs at the pool for everyone to relax in. Love that it is dog friendly so our fur-babies were welcome. Home is an easy 3 min walk to the beach. There is a wagon for beach gear in the closet downstairs, and plenty of beach chairs and toys to use. We also arranged for golf cart rentals during our stay which was a fun way to explore around the island and something fun to do on the chilly days. Putt Putt golf was open and fun and we enjoyed a nice stroll on the pier. Our last day was the best day for the beach and we were able to delay our checkout time to get a full beach day in. Thanks Alyssa!

Could not have had a better weekend. House was great with all the amenities. Pool, cable, kitchen could not have asked for more. Owner was very responsive and gracious. Will definitely schedule again next year.

Enjoyed making memories at this lovely home on our annual "extended" family vacation! All the amenities we needed and the pool was definitely an added bonus!

Our families had a fun filled birthday weekend. The house was very nice and we enjoyed each bedroom having its own bath. The pool was great and my grandchildren really loved it. We especially liked the bluetooth system with speakers at the pool. I would recommend this house to anyone. Very convenient to the ocean.

My extended family and I had an enjoyable stay at this beach home. We had never vacationed together since our family has grown so much, but having five bedrooms and bathrooms made it possible. The pool at this home was our saving grace because it was a lot of effort to cart small children and all their stuff to the beach. We stayed at the pool more than the beach. We did have a couple of issues with the home, one being the air conditioners. When we got there an a/c window unit was going full force in the living room. The living room was quite comfortable, but the bedrooms stayed around 80 degrees. With the ceiling fans on we were able to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner maintenance man came mid week, but the a/c units still had issues. He never really fixed the problem. An upstairs fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for no reason, so it had to be taken down. We were able to deal with these issues with no problem. It was my first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and I am not a fan. The beach in that area was way to crowed for my taste. I am thankful we were able to have the entire family together and our two dogs.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room, the backyard has a great pool, tons of space and a gas grill. Easy walk to the beach - less than 5 minutes even with my 7 and 9 year old nieces - and there is a crosswalk right at the end of the street so super easy to get across and to the beach. The owner has everything you could need and graciously shares -- bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. And a great ice cream shop and mini golf right on the island. The house was clean, and it was great that every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom! Alyssa was super responsive to any questions and I had all the info I needed prior to arrival. Wonderful memories for our entire family -- We will definitely come back again!

Close walk to beach, bathroom for each bed room, beautiful kitchen and private pool was amazing! The private pool is a must-trust me-i think we loved it more than the beach. Oh and did I mention dog friendly! We loved our stay! Had an air conditioner problem the first couple nights but owner was prompt to respond and fixed the issue ASAP.We would highly recommend to anyone going to ocean isle! I want to go back now! Ahh beach dreaming until next year
