Lage und Pool im Haus. Alles modern eingerichtet. Kücheneinrichtung top. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sauber. Balkon und Terrasse super.

Service sehr entäuschend. Man lässt sich reichlich Zeit, um Anliegen zu behandeln oder wichtige Sachen zu reparieren. Bei Ankuft mussten wir auf Strom bis Abends warten. Bei Wlan waren es drei Tage! Pool wurde erst nach vier Tagen nach unserer Ankuft gewartet.

Communication with the agent was very responsive and I received a WhatsApp message as soon as the plane landed to advise arrival times. We booked an airport transfer, so no problem finding the property, which is very centrally located in La Cala. Property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so was very spacious for just the 2 of us. Surprisingly quiet considering the central location, although it is November. We did not use the aircon, given the time of year, but there’s some sort of 2 hour timer on it if you use it. Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was well equipped (although we did not cook). Satellite TV handy if you stay in or want to stream music. Make sure you log out of your Netflix/Prime account before you leave !! Lots of outside space, and it is not overlooked by the surrounding properties. View is of the surrounding buildings and the sea in the distance. Pool is not heated, so we did not get in, but it looked nice. I chose this apartment as I wanted to be able to walk to La Noria golf club, which was easy and just about 8 minutes away. Fun course ! Apartment location is ideal for La Cala restaurants, lots of choice. The beach is also a few minutes walk away.

Apartment is looking a bit tired. Lots of scuffs on the walls, and the lower bathrooms need re-grouting. The 2 shower curtains need replacing immediately.

Lovely big and clean property. Fantastic location. Good facilities with nice pool and terrace area.

A couple things in the property requires minor attention The ensuite bathroom downstairs has a bad drain smell and the toilet roll holder in the ensuite bathroom upstairs is broken. The stairs to the top floor bedroom and pool area are not suitable for disabled or young children

Lovely appartment, great space fantastic location, everything you need for your stay. Marcus met us on time at the appartment a very nice man who showed us around and how things worked.

The spiral staircase to the top floor is not for the more mature person it's a bit rickerty. Also the pool was freezing but I suppose it is November.
