What a beautiful condo! The view is absolutely spectacular! We have a great time and the place was perfect for three friends as the upstairs beds were set for twins. The condo had about every single thing you could need to cook and stay in if you need to and the market is right down the street. We will be back!

As described. Stunning views of Cruz Bay and St.Thomas. Communications were easy and prompt. Walking distance to Cruz Bay is doable. Down is a breeze, just be prepared for the uphill return. Great for a morning workout. Pool was warm and often to ourselves. Reminder to bring your own reusable bags as many markets do not provide bags. Totally recommend Bliss.

Property was perfect for our stay - clean, nicely up-to-date, and in a great location. We were close enough to town to make things easy without being in the middle of everything. It was also very easy to get to the north shore road to visit the beaches. As soon as we were on the island, we were met by someone from the property management company who helped us find our rental car, the villa, and other important information like the closest grocery store. The kitchen and dining area were perfect since we didn't want to eat all of our meals out. And the bed rooms were clean and comfortable - couldn't ask for more. This was our first time on St John and Cynthia was very communicative and provided helpful information related to the sights and restaurants. All in all a great experience, would absolutely stay at Bliss again.

Great location! Lots of extra towels and great kitchen!

Condo was great. Very clean, well stocked and organized, and had a wonderful tropical feel to it. The condo is the top one overlooking the pool and great view of cruz bay. Family loved the outdoor breakfast bar area overloonking town. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and coolers. The condos are in a great part of town, up and away from the busy bay area, close enough to walk. The flat single parking space near the door was much appreciated. Owners travel book was very helpful and she was great at communicating. Would stay here again.

Great unit for our family of 4. Comfortable, good location, well appointed, beautiful views. Host was very responsive. Well equipped with all the things we used daily…beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, food containers for on the go. Hose on porch was super helpful. Loved having the full kitchen which we used a lot, Loft area perfect for the kids. Did run out of tp so could’ve used more of that. Only downside was a scent of trash at the pool. We went there early in the week, but the smell deterred us from going back. We did go back at the end of the week and there was no bad smell at that time, so maybe it was trash day earlier in the week (?) I would not hesitate to book this property!

The View of Cruz Bay and St Thomas is Fantastic and the location was quiet and peaceful. Shopping Restaurants are just down the hill. The villa is well laid out and well kept. St John's is beautiful and we are looking foward to future visits

The villa was perfect for our getaway to St. John. It's listed as a townhome but it seemed much more like a villa. There are other units on the property but this one was off by itself. Cynthia was great to work with to book the property and John was extremely helpful and met us at the car ferry when we arrived on St. John. The villa was super clean and extremely comfortable. The AC worked great, the beds and the sofa were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was fantastic, and there was plenty of hot water. It was really nice to have the beach chairs and beach towels at the villa for our beach days. The views from the family room window and the patio just outside the sliding glass door entrance were beautiful. We loved sitting on the patio chairs in the evening and looking down at the harbor and the lights around the island. We enjoyed a dip in the pool in the evenings after the beach and we either had the pool to ourselves or there would be 1-2 people at the pool in the evenings with us. The pool was really nice. The parking area has a very steep lane so I would get the Jeep and then pick up the family at our Villa which was situated at the very top of the lane. I only mention the steep lane because it could be an issue for some folks. The location is great as you can drive into Cruz Bay in a few minutes where numerous nice restaurants and shops are located. The Dolphin Market and the Starfish Market were only a few minutes from the house. And the beautiful North Shore beaches were an easy drive. I believe it was about 20-25 minutes to get to Trunk Bay and Maho Bay which are two of our favorites. We had a wonderful stay at the villa and I would definitely return in the future!

Once we arrived at Cruz Views I knew that we made the right choice - the views you're greeted with every morning and night are amazing! The villa overlooks the city and is only a short walk or drive downtown to Cruz bay and although the pool is shared with other villas, we rarely saw other people in it so it felt very private. An FYI about the hill to get to the house in case you're wondering - yes it is quite steep and you will be sweating at the end if done by foot, but if you are relatively physically fit, it's definitely doable and you can make it from the city to the villa in just 10-15 minutes! Super convenient. The villa has everything you could need - beach chairs, coolers, plenty of towels, snorkel gear, etc. which made getting ready each day easier. It felt very spacious and the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft was cool and the bathroom was really nice. A/C works great and the parking was super easy. Also Cynthia is very very easy to work with and super helpful before and during your trip. She spent a good amount of time with me on the phone explaining what to do, where to go, where to eat and what beaches were the best to make sure our trip went smoothly. It's always great to have an interactive host. Overall, I would say this is a well maintained, perfectly situated accommodation and I would definitely recommend it for your trip! St. John is a beautiful island - we had a great time and can't wait to return.

Our stay at Bliss was wonderful. We were told we had the best unit in the complex and I would have to agree. The place was well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc as well as beach supplies (beach towels, chairs, coolers). The common pool area is nice, but I must admit, we never used it (why use a pool when you have easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world?). Speaking of access, Bliss is super convenient for making multiple trips to the National Park. If I come back to St John, I would definitely stay at Bliss again if it’s available.

Villa was very clean and communication was wonderful. Nice large windows to see the incredible view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Estate Enighed. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Queen bedroom downstairs, spiral staircase to loft upstairs that is king or two twins. Unit is clean, comfortable and fine for small families. Absolutely Beautiful views from unit and also the pool. Couple notes worth mentioning – there is no washing machine or dryer. We stayed 9 days so we rinsed off with fresh water and used the clothes line. The walk down to the pool is somewhat steep but fine if you don’t have mobility problems. Unless you are very fit (physically) you are not walking down to Cruz Bay and back up. It’s just not happening. We drove and payed for parking. We spent the days at the beach, then dinner/happy hour and went to the pool at night. Had a great time!

We loved watching the humming birds and some little yellow birds that literally laded right night to him. The beach chairs were great to have so we didn't have to rent them at the beach. This location was the perfect size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and more! The view is amazing on the patio to sip coffee and take in the morning before heading out for the days adventure. Humming birds visited us every morning on the patio. A car rental gave us the freedom to come and go as we pleased, and were able to hit multiple beach locations per day as we explored the Island. Cynthia provided a ton of guidance and to our delight, we very much heeded her recommendations of booking Stormy Pirates boat charter, Varlack car rental, Extra Virgin Bistro, Morgans Mango, Shambles w/ pre-lunch cocktails at the Windmill bar. Check in and Check out were a breeze. We were forewarned as our first trip to the Caribbean the bar was set high, and our stay in St. John exceeded our expectations.

We had an excellent stay at Bliss (Cruz Views #1) - the apartment is very comfortable, well appointed for cooking-in, and the pool was great. Would definitely consider for another stay.

Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of amazing. Cynthia has stocked the place with everything you will need - beach towels, chairs, cooler, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. We stayed with 2 couples and it was just right, the upstairs room still had enough privacy where it felt separate from the main area. As others have noted - the hill is no joke, we walked up it a couple times just when grabbing something quick from a store down the road but you will be sweating by the time you reach the top. (Apart from this, we used our rental car). Otherwise this really didn't factor into the experience other than the spectacular view that you get at the top of that hill. The pictures can't really do this place or the views justice - it is even better in person. You can see all of cruz bay and no matter what time - morning, afternoon, sunset it was such a lovely backdrop for our stay. Also besides the place itself, communication with Cynthia could not have been easier, if we ever find ourselves back on St. John we will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Awesome place and location! Very clean and great views

We had a great stay at this property! The views were stunning and the property was well maintained. We don’t often spend a lot of time in our rentals but this one was hard to leave. With such pretty views, a great layout and wonderful pool, it was easy to relax and unwind with our having to stray far.

The unit is as listing shows. Well equipped, well located, with its own parking spot. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. Our son particularly liked the loft. We would stay here again. Owner was accommodating, allowed us to put in luggage when we arrived early. A few minor suggestions. Fix the noise in the AC unit in the bedroom. Post a sign that parking spot is reserved.

This property is perfect for 4 but not too big for 2 people. There were only 2 of us but we enjoyed use of the whole house. We sat on the patio for breakfast overlooking Cruz Bay, we stayed in and cooked a couple of dinners (no oven, but the convection option on the microwave works well), we slept in the loft for a nice view of the bay. We were very grateful for the beach chairs, water noodles and ice chest since the beaches are only a 15-20min drive. We had a dedicated parking spot next to the house for our rental car. Driving up the hill to the house requires 4wd or a vehicle with a manual option (ours was All WD and it worked fine). The grocery store is 5min away, Mongoose junction is 10min away which has several stores and restaurants. Beaches are easy to get to and only 15-20min away. The hosts were great, communicating details to us before arrival, meeting us as we got off the car barge and giving us tips for local resources. They also answered a few questions for us during our stay. Wifi worked great, AC and ceiling fans kept the house very cool, TV/DVD worked well, we had no noise issues from other guests or the road. Overall, it's a lovely property, nicely maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed for our week in St. John. Highly recommend staying here!

This was my first time in St John and this property and the view was amazing. Everything was clean, there was plenty of room for us and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Plenty of available beach chairs and towels. WIFI and AC also a plus. The unit is in a condo complex but is its own stand alone unit so there is no noise from shared walls or ceilings. Definitely a plus. The complex is close to everything including the downtown but far enough up in the hills to be quiet and private. There is a grocery store just down the street called the Dolphin Market. I would recommend that over the Startfish market in town. We went to both and the prices were far better at the Dolphin. I would stay here again when I come back to St John.
