Amazing time! The property is beautiful, and ideal for a group trip. The location was perfect to stop into Greenport and enjoy the wineries. We look forward to returning in the future!

Well stocked house with outside jacuzzi tub, kayaks, gas grill, more than ample beds, baths and kitchen utensils. A.C. worked well. Kitchen and dining area were very useful.
Need to provide non-plastic (real) dinnerware and cups/glasses for the price point for this house. Lack of cable tv was inconvenient.
Owner very helpful with communication and check in and check out process excellent.

This property was even more beautiful than in the pictures! We are 5 young 60 year olds who made the most unforgettable memories in this beautiful house with the most beautiful waterfront backyard. We were so comfortable with all the space and furnishings and the kitchen was very well appointed. We had to see a couple of wineries and have a few meals on the water but we couldn’t wait to return to this beautiful, well maintained property! Hanging together with a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset was spectacular! Mike was always available for questions, like directions on using the kayaks! We will be back soon!

Lovely family home with everything you need on the water and only a short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit.

A group of 5 Traveling Girlfriends and I spent the weekend at this guest home. The house had plenty of sleeping, eating, and hanging out space, both indoors and outside. We enjoyed the kayaks, the deck and the wonderful location close to Greenport and being right on the water, walking distance to the beach. Just note that there are no Towels of any kind (other than hand towels) so bring plenty; you can wash them during your stay. The coffee maker is a dual - regular drip or keurig, so you can bring either. Also bring your shower needs, such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. The outdoor shower is awesome, and there are 3 more inside. It's nice and sunny, but if you prefer to sleep late, bring eye shades :) A great place for a girlfriend weekend!

Got away for a girls weekend and this was perfect. It was close to wineries, and a short Uber away to Greenport. The house was comfortable, clean, and private with enough space for all 8 of us. The outside was also beautiful- right on the water. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for a 50th girls bday weekend. The house was lovely and clean. Everything was perfect my only issue was some rooms were quite chilly and some rooms were quite warm. I highly rec this property. It was the coldest weekend in a long time and it was amazing. I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer as it is on the water.

We stayed at this property just for one night after an extended family Christmas Day celebration on the North Fork. It was just what we wanted. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three adult sons to relax, and the four bedrooms were all capacious and very comfortable. We just used the kitchen for morning coffee and bagels, but noted that it was very well stocked! The fireplaces in the living room and master were a big plus at this time of year! The waterfront views were stunning.

This location delivered against everything listed and more. Dock for boat, water toys and central to all NOFO. We hosted my parents and cousins. A very special family get together spot. Great spot for a long weekend with a larger group, we were able to fit 9 very comfortably. Nice location right on the water and close to Greenport and the wineries. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use the kayaks/paddle board and fire pit. Overall highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for a ladies weekend. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house was supplied with everything you need. Having 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it all the more perfect! Outside the fire pit was great and there was plenty of wood. We loved the hot tub and obviously the beautiful waterfront with kayaks ready to go. We were eight ladies and we cannot wait to go back.

Great space and fantastic location for family and friends to gather. Indoor and outdoor space are ideal for games, meals and general hanging. Perfect kitchen space, dinning area and living room with TV and fireplace. Lots of sleeping space - and new added loft and bathroom were great. Outdoor space with deck, hot tub and firepit is perfect - and right on the pond.

We had a terrific girls weekend, and this house was a big part of it! We didn't have the best weather, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the hot tub and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was perfect, Mike was awesome to work with and very accommodating. The house is so clean and cozy. Can't wait to come back next year!

This house had everything! Open kitchen/dining area, great deck, fire pit and dock with plenty of room for the family to relax. We used the dock everyday to go crabbing (for fun), took the canoe out and relaxed by the fire pit roasting marshmallows after enjoying the sunset.
We felt so at home, we didn’t want to leave. Great location to wineries, center of town, beaches, and close to great restaurants in Greenport!

Our group of friends (in forties) had the best weekend! The house was perfectly set up and spotless. It had all amenities you need. It was so peaceful, yet plenty to do to have fun. We brought our boat which the tide played a huge role but we made it work. We cannot wait to return!

Great location to bring family and a boat. Comfortable amenities, stocked kitchen, nice dock on the premise, kids had a blast fishing and crabbing off the dock. Great paddle boarding and kayaking location in calm water. Enjoyed it very much.

Our family of 10 stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed every minute. The property is situated on a bucolic estuary of the Peconic Bay. The abundant wildlife - ospreys, crabs,turtles and fish brought such joy and wonder to the little ones. The kayaks, canoe and paddleboard made for hours of fun. The house was cozy and comfy and came with all the amenities. Mike was great to deal with and we hope we will be able to go back again next year. An ideal location. Thanks Mike for a great experience.

Amazing Stay
My family and I stayed at Mike's property this past weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! It was my parent's first time staying in a rental property and they were blown away! The space of the place was lovely, the kitchen island, the YARD (unbeatable!) and overall exactly what we needed for our weekend stay! I would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again! Blew expectations out of the water
This home is located in a beautiful location, every amenity you can think of was included. The home was clean, super comfortable, and extremely relaxing. The neighbors were great. Swimming off bulkhead, kayaks and canoes all included. Fire pit was awesome and centrally located on the east end of the North Fork. Outstanding experience, gorgeous property.

Wedding weekend getaway with family
We were just there with 7 family members to attend a friend’s wedding and loved it! Such a great house with gorgeous views and fun water toys to explore the water and bay. Our host left a bottle of champagne and glasses to welcome us on the table as we arrived too! Near many nice vineyards and dining. The perfect weekend getaway!
