We love this place every year we come back and there is something new they have done to it. It looks wonderful.

This was our second time here and we had another wonderful lake Chelan vacation. The water is steps away, pickleball is fun, wineries…it was just what we needed.

Very relaxing enjoyed our stay

This was our second stay at The Barn. We love how convenient it is located, close to town, vineries and right on the water. The Barn gives you welcoming, cozy and homey feeling! We want to come back!

Second time staying here. Wonderful place. Fully fenced for our dog and had my boat on the mooring buoy. Was hard to leave.

The house was cozy but we were outside in the beautiful weather most of the time. Some highlights were…the lake was steps away, easy ladder to get out of the lake, lots of comfortable outside chairs, paddleboards, pickle ball, window air conditioning so inside was comfortable, close to downtown Chelan, walked to wineries. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and great property.

This was such a great property - the location was perfect, on the lake and within walking distance to a few wineries. The Farm had everything we needed, including paddle boards, lounge chairs, pickle ball court, life jackets - the house was stocked as well. My family enjoyed being right on the lake - it was nice waking up to the sunrise and seeing the sunset from the patio. We already booked for next August - can’t wait to come back next summer!

This was our 16th family trip to Chelan. We have done Campbell's, houses away from the lake, the Grandview and we stayed at the RV park for years. Hands down, this was our favorite. There is so much room to spread out and enjoy the lake. Having your own dock is priceless. We brought our dog and he loved it although he did not go for a full swim. The cabin is a really cute and funky cabin with everything you'd need and then some. It was perfect. I can't wait to go back next year. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with my family. We will remember it forever.

This really is the perfect spot to stay in lake Chelan. Perfect location shade early in the day and everything inside was clean and well appointed. Nikki the host is very responsive and communicates well. We will for sure be back next year.

It was better than expected! It looked like it had been updated, since the website photos were taken. Good location for visiting wineries. The pickle ball court was a highlight. Our Boston Terriers appreciated the fence yard and steps to the water. The paddle boards were enjoyed by all, including one of our more adventurous Bostons. We'd love to return!

Wonderful time! Stay there again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing stay! Great cabin!!

We went to Nikki's place for a birthday weekend to celebrate, and could not have been more pleased. The location was 10/10. walkable to many wineries, plenty of space, and on the water. we had a memorable trip and will definitely use this location again.

The people and the dogs had a great time! Fully fenced property and the stairs into the lake make this a perfect place to let dogs run and swim. The abundance of chairs and dock space allowed multiple options for tanning. We rented a boat and were able to tie it to the dock overnight. So close to Pat and Mikes - wish Coronavirus hadn't been here so we could have visited downtown Chelan - but that's not fault of the house...:-)

We loved our stay at The Barn and will be back! The location is spectacular, right on the lake. The kayaks, SUPs and pickle ball court are such fun additions. The cabin itself is very sweet and comfortable. And Nikki who manages the property was super easy and accommodating! Loved the whole experience.

The host was awesome - very responsive, timely, and the house was perfect. You couldn't pick a better location to watch the sunrise and set, and to be right on the water! We had all the pots/pans/grill tools we need to make all meals and we were walking distance to the winery. We'll def be back to the barn!

Thank you Kim. Really enjoyed your home. Had everything and more we could ask for. Appreciate the use of paddle boards and pedal boat. Having full fenced yard and ducks to swim after was appreciated by my dog :). I look forward to next year.

Easy check in and out. Fast response communicating with owner. Went knowing weather would be mixed but loved the evening thunder storms and hour and a half rain shower falling on the roof was a wonderful sound to fall asleep to.

Cute house with room for everyone, decor is dated but its super clean, the location is great, and it's very well equipped with everything you need. Pet friendly which is a plus!

We really enjoyed our time at the Barn! Super cute and clean! Kim had the home well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed the covered patio and being right on the water! We would highly recommend the Barn at the Lake! It was a great vacation!

Had a great experience during our week stay at The Barn! If you're looking for a simple little place on the water, this is just for you. No frills, just cute and cozy. We loved how private it was! The balcony off the master bedroom is perfect for morning coffee and Kim goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms.....all fully stocked with amenities. There was even fixings for coffee set out for us and a mini coffee maker in the bedroom for coffee in bed. The A/C was AMAZING, perfect for cooling down inside after being on the water in the sun all day. Walking distance to wineries and the local gas station. Thank you, Kim!!

We liked everything about this place except for the air conditioner not working well in one bedroom, and the lone shower in the house was awfully small for big people. The place was well supplied with everything we needed for a week at the lake.

We loved this cabin It is so close to town. There are Wineries within walking distance. The lot is really big.
