Our only complaint is there wasn’t enough towels or pillows. Otherwise, great! Minimal walk to the beach, which was great for all of our kids!

Location is just about perfect. Beautiful sunrises from front deck & sunsets from the back deck. Caught fish right from the dock on the canal. Nice short walk to the beach. The beach was so nice, never crowded at all. We will be back next year.

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was well stocked. The dock was perfect for the boat that my daughter and son n law brought. Close walk to the beach and public access. Owners are very approachable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent again.

This is our fifth year staying at On island Time so we knew exactly what we were getting. We could smell how clean it was when the walked in! The space is great for us and we love the canal and the shower and the Beamers respond in a flash which is pretty great. Perfect distance to the public beach access. We had a fab week!!!

The house was as advertised-in fact, the hosts understated the features of the property. This is a great location without the price of an ocean front property. We enjoyed the house so much we stayed home and ate fresh fish from a local vendor. Most of our group drove over nine hours to get to the property but the location and the features made the long drive worthwhile. We highly recommend this property. and we will be back

This was our second time staying at this property, and overall, once again, it was enjoyable. There have been a few changes to the property since our last stay in 2018. We definitely missed the entrance on the street side of the house and we REALLY missed the swing! This was a favorite during our first stay. The dock and canal continues to be an enjoyable space for everyone, as does the back porch. The staircase to the entrance on the canal side has definitely seen better days. There were several step boards that were loose, and my father even put a piece of wood under the bottom step because we were afraid the step might give out. Upon arrival, I did not feel that the house had been cleaned thoroughly. We found several items under the sofa and beds that suggested a thorough cleaning had not been done. The floors also felt dirty. Overall, we enjoyed the stay - the home is cozy and the location is great. But I do feel that the property overall was not as well-loved as it had been in 2018. We had an incredible time at Rob and Michelle’s lovely home. I’m pretty sure it’s our 4th year. We keep coming back because it’s lovely, close to public access, on the canal, within walking distance of the pier (and ice cream) and it has perfect sleeping arrangements for our large group. We love it!

We were disappointed that the house needed new shower liners and wasn’t super clean upon our arrival. The dryer vent was full of lint and we are surprised that it hasn’t been a fire hazard. There was pink mold around bathroom and kitchen sinks. We loved the location and the week we spent there, just felt like the cleaning could have been better.

This property was a few minutes walk to the beach and located on a canal. We loved sitting on the dock and the porches. The giant table, three sofas, and the bar stools were perfect for indoor gatherings.

Nice, clean, place to stay. Nice floating dock on the canal to leave your boat in the water during your stay.

The house was everything we hoped for! It’s very nice and clean, and a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious inside with plenty of room for guests. We loved the porch over looking the inlet. Will definitely be booking again. Robby and Michelle were quick to respond and helped provide all the information we needed.

Amazing! Considering we came 4 days after the hurricane hit, the house was beautiful! Michelle and Robby (owners) were amazing with communication very sweet people. The house was spacious and fit our “Framily” of 11 perfectly! We are looking forward to another vacation at this location in the future!

Nice big place with open concept making it easier to be together while in different parts of the house. Can walk to the beach 100 times a day with the closeness of it. Making it easier with families who have littles that need a break like my son. Able to see the water from the balcony and smell the salt in the air. We enjoyed our stay. This house was great for our family during our annual beach week. It’s close location to beach access made our daily trips easy and manageable. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, however the floors were very dirty upon arrival. I know this is not a reflection of the homeowners, but thought it was worth making note of. The kitchen was spacious and we had plenty of room for our large family at the dining room table. We loved the dock right off the back yard! Overall our trip was fantastic!

A clean, quiet, perfect get away for friends and family! Everything in this house was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone! :)

We had a fabulous time!! I think it’s our 4th summer staying at this house. It’s well equipped and set up for our mixed age range. The canal is always important for our fishing fanatic and for the lovely ambiance. A short walk to public beach access too.

This place is a great location with easy access to the beach and right on a canal leading to the inter coastal waterway. We rented kayaks which we put in right off the dock behind the house. Plenty of space for 2 families. Owners are easy to work with. House was clean and had all the essentials. Less than a 5 minute walk to a uncrowded beach.

Can't say enough GREAT things about our stay, the house has everything a big family needs, Robbie & Michelle were excellent to work with. This is our 2nd year and hope to come back!

Every time we stay at this house (this was our 3rd year) we notice improvements. This year linens and bathroom towels were provided!!! There was a new long table and our family of 10 plus 1 high chair fit very comfortably. There were lots more plates too. It’s a great house for kids and we had a great time. I don’t remember a time when we had 6 days of perfect weather and calm waters!! Thanks Beamers!

We had a great time staying at this property. Loved the layout of the home and proximity to the beach. Wonderful neighborhood to ride bikes and we really enjoyed being on the canal.

It was absolutely beautiful. Nice peaceful location and big enough for a large family. The owners were very quick at responding, but I didn’t really have any questions, cause it was perfect . Thank you.

This was an annual mother/daughter retreat for our group. The house was very accommodating in space, was very close to the beach and loved the new deck and the canal. We watched many fish jumping in the water. We would definitely love to come back to this house next year.

Some minor fixes. Keypad lock was loose and broke when trying to leave. The front porch chains on swing were rusted. My 72 year old dad and son were sitting in it when it fell. Thank Goodness only scraped arms. Overall the house was beautiful and the owners were quick to address any problems. Would def stay there again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with commonly needed dishes and prep utensils. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The common area was comfortable with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened in porch was a favorite for us with a calming view looking out over the canal and the peaceful wind chimes enhanced the relaxing vibe. Proximity to the beach and public access was perfect! We would definitely recommend this property to other renters and hope to return in the future!

Holden beach is wide and not as crowded as some beaches. We really liked the beach. With a dock on the canal and a short walk to the beach with public access this is a great location. The home has a very nice kitchen space and a good open floor plan that worked well for our group of 10. We also really enjoyed the enclosed outside shower. Would book this home again.
