VRBO needs to define what constitutes an apartment. We filtered choices to include apartments and condos because we planned to cook Christmas dinner. This property is a motel room. It was very clean, but besides not having a kitchen, a window that can be opened, sufficient towels and toilet paper, the dishes included 1 mug , 2 glasses, and 2 paper bowls. The coffee maker is in the bathroom and I could open the fridge while sitting on the toilet--not a sanitary set up.

Super clean! I felt really safe the owner was super accommodating as I requested to park in the driveway and she accommodated my request. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again!

This is a nice off the radar location that’s about 30 minutes from the beach, downtown & many other attractions in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach area. Great for couples or single getaway. Planning on booking this Studio next time I visit.

Second time here, great clean place

Great small room apartment for one or two people very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Neat little room and bathroom.

As advertised!... place was clean and confortable. Not only did we feel safe about ourselves but also about our vehicle being parked in their driveway. The neighborhood itself felt safe. Host was reachable when needed and very accommodating. We would definitey return.

We had a good experience. The room was clean and tidy. Angela responded quickly to any request. The TV needed to be adjusted and her husband was there to assist within minutes. Very nice neighborhood and conveniently located.

This property is in a SAFE neighborhood! Great location to WEF and other farms in Wellington. Publix, restaurants, and gas stations all within the neighborhood. Room was exactly what it was advertised at. This host is also pet friendly 🙂

We enjoyed our stay at Greenview Shores suite. The suite was comfy and exactly what we needed for our quick trip. The location was close and convenient to all our activities.

The property was great. It was spacious with lots of storage if staying long term. I wish it would have had a more comfy chair to sit in ( I have back issues) but that is just personal preference. The property had everything one needs for a stay. The best part was that it was close to our family and everything we needed to do. We did have to contact the property owner and she responded right away. I wish to thank her for a great place to stay and we will consider it the next time we travel to Wellington..

Nice place just right for 2 adults. Wish pool access was included :). Waking distance to shopping and dining. Very nice & quiet neighborhood. Angela was flexible and accommodating.

Convenient location

Suite was fresh, clean and well equipped, as promised. Great job.

After confirmation I was not provided an address or phone number of contact. Had to search for this info after my payment info submitted. Should have been provided automatically. Also never received info on how to access unit. Had to call manager after traveling all day. Very frustrating. Manager claimed it had been sent via email. It may have gone to spam but manager should have requested receipt email acknowledgment. Info provided over phone did not work. Only then did manager tell us it was Unit # 2 while we were at Unit 1. We were not aware of a second unit as Unit 1 was the first unit visible and Unit 2 was not visible from #1. Frustrating to say the least. Won’t go back.

Clean and met our needs, this is just one room with bathroom, suggestion to make sure that light above the door outside is functioning, as its hard to see the door code box at night ,it wasn't working for us ,otherwise all ok

Loved this little property. Immaculate with well-appointed furnishings. Adorable neighborhood where I felt very safe with my teen daughter. Close to WEF. Highly recommend.

Great place for our overnight stay

This is the second time we stayed here. This place is great from booking to check out. The studio apartment is exactly as advertised. Check in was seamless. Angela is very responsive to texts. The place is on a quiet cul de sac in a safe and very pretty neighborhood. The studio is VERY clean (so important to us!) and comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee pot, fridge, microwave, writing desk and bistro table for two. The path to the door is well lit with driveway parking and there is a coded lock on the door. We think this place is terrific!

My short stay for work was perfect and exactly what was expected.

This is definitely a place I would stay at again. Great location and the room was perfect. I have zero complaints about this place.

Beautiful, cozy setting. Great host. We really enjoyed our stay!

As described it is a studio apartment, however, I pleasantly surprised at its size. Excellent location in an upscale neighborhood near several restaurants and shopping areas. It was meticulously clean, and I felt most secure on the surrounding grounds. It is a perfect get away for one or two adults. Best part, I was able to bring my dog Jack.

Spent two nights. No complaints. Quiet, private property, centrally located in Wellington. Private entrance in back of house.

This studio was like a home away from home very comfortable and close to where my family was. We came for our son's wedding and after a wedding this place was great . Angela is a great host and was available if I needed anything
