The Condo was awesome. Great location. I would love to do again.

The Unit was clean; in an ideal location out of the mix, but convenient; safe and quiet.

I agree with the many outstanding reviews. The unit was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very practical for meal prep. We especially liked the coffee makers - both a Keurig and an electric drip - and the “starter kit” of Keurig capsules and ground coffee to get us going our first morning. The host was very responsive to requests for information and very promptly addressed a problem with an appliance. He lives locally and is a great source of local tips. The complex has 3 pools. The closest one seems best for families and is the one we used the most. The unit has beach chairs and towels, a big plus for us since we travelled by air and couldn’t have easily brought beach accoutrements. There’s plenty of parking. We always found a spot right outside the unit. If you’re unfamiliar with Rehoboth, be aware that the condo is an easy drive to the beach but not really walking distance. Also take a few minutes to acquaint yourself online with the beach parking options: basically you can buy a permit (daily or weekly) for unlimited parking in residential areas away from the business core and the most popular stretch of beach, or you can pay the hourly rate for metered spaces near the prime locations. We bought a permit but ended up using the meters most of the time. I strongly urge downloading the meter app - much easier to pay, extend time, and so forth. It’s a great place. We'll stay here again!

The place was amazing and super clean. There was a great place to eat. That had great food. We ate there 3 times. Only negative thing was a go around with the rental manager. We got a confirmation that told us check in time was 3 he said it was 4. I gave him the date of the email. And he said I should have looked at the email sent the next day that it was VRBO version's I had. Very snarky responses from him as we went back and forth.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities i was looking for. Very quiet community, which is important to me. Nice location near restaurants,the beach, and stores.

Love Eagles Landing. Great location and nice condo. Pool access included, but not parking passes in this rental. Kitchen had everything including coffee, tea, and cooking supplies.

This was a great stay! The many amazing reviews are justified. Some highlights: - pics show place as is - very comfortable for our family of 5 (three young kids) - fully equipped: not only kitchen-wise, which is very helpful, but things like beach chairs, beach umbrella, tons of towels, boogie boards (that my kids loved!). Games. So many things I did not have to pack! - everything worked, comms very smooth - loved the way the property manager has labeled things so that your questions are pre-empted as to how something works, if something is broken, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Our recent stay at this property was fantastic! It offered plenty of space for my three daughters and me, ensuring everyone had a comfortable and relaxing time. The property boasts ample parking, which was never an issue during our stay. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Almost everything you’d want to visit while at the beach is within a quick 10-minute drive. The boardwalk is easily accessible and close, with just one right turn you’re on your way to Dewey Beach if that is where you prefer. We also enjoyed the fact that there were several lovely restaurants within walking distance, making dining out very convenient. The pool on the premises was a big hit with my kids. It’s a great size, and they had a blast swimming and playing there. At one point, I encountered an issue (completely my own doing), but the prompt and friendly assistance I received turned my day around. The responsiveness and support provided truly made a positive difference in our experience. Without a doubt, I plan to stay here again on our future trips to Rehoboth. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay near the beach. It truly made our vacation special!
