We have been renting this house for at least 5 years and hope to continue our yearly week rental in September. Great time of the year to spend a week at the beach; kids are back to school and the town is very laid back at this time.

It is a short walk to the beach and sits on a large lot in a natural setting with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and shady and suitable for walking or biking and yet is convenient to downtown Rehobeth. The house suits our needs and all the small improvements and repairs we suggested last year were made for this year. We hope to return and continue our family tradition for many more years.

This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.
