Cannot say enough….great place to stay. Everything you could ever want or need. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and chairs.

Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. This was our first trip to Marco Island and hopefully not our last. Beautiful island, with wonderful accommodations (just as described and pictured), and an excellent host!

Beautiful location and Condo, well appointed, very organized. Has everything you need for your stay! Plenty of shade sails, beach chairs, towels, toys! Spectacular gulf views, salt water pools are great! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a turtle climb up over the beach and lay her eggs front and center of the lanai! Loved this stay!

Like all of the other reviews say, this property is wonderful. Everything is so accommodating, convenient, clean and thoughtful. It’s a beautiful residence with just about everything you need. We traveled with our kids (9,7,5). We saw Dolphins most mornings while having breakfast on the lanai, enjoyed the beach every day and the pool, too! The beach carts/chairs/toys/towels/cooler made our stay that much easier. We could walk to dinner and ice cream. There isn’t a negative thing to say. It is a quieter condo building-not many families while we were there (our Spring Break was early, I think that’s part of it). But everyone was so friendly and enjoyed watching our kids play and have fun. Highly recommend this condo! It’s such a treat!

We have rented many different properties to vacation over the years. To say this was the best ever actually doesn’t do it the justice it deserves. We believe the excellence began with the owners. From the emails leading up to the trip with helpful information , to the personal call the morning after arrival. They have pride in their unit and it shows from the cleanliness, tasteful decoration, amenities provided for both inside and outdoor recreation. They felt like friends and we were staying in their home. I also loved the biography about them on the site. Again, this was a perfect personal touch. If we ever purchase a unit in the future, we aspire to manage it in this very way. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise- we will be back!!!

Fantastic unit with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need. We really enjoyed everything about the unit including the quick access down the spiral staircase to the pool and beach. The owners couldn't have been nicer making sure that we had a wonderful week and provided us with a so much good information on the area restaurants and attractions. Upon our return to Marco Island, we will absolutely rent this unit again. So Beautiful!!

Beautiful inside and out. Steps from the beach with everything you need provided. Property manager checked in at beginning and end of the week. Really cared about our vacation. Remote didn’t work for a TV so he ordered one and problem was fixed next day. If this condo and property manager could travel with me I’d take it every time. Thanks for the great vacation experience.

Great stay. Property was exactly as listed. Communication with owners easy. Beautiful home on the beach. Plenty of beach gear well organized in cabana.

Everything was wonderful!

The condo was outstanding and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed the private beach daily, relaxing in the soft sand, cooking off in the water, walking the beach or building sand castles with our little one. The condo was well equipped with all the beach gear and more. We can’t wait to come back asap.

The property was as advertised. It had every amenity you could think of and the view is awesome. It is a very short walk to the beach. The owners were helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do. . We highly recommend this condo

Everything was great!!

We have typically rented 3 bedroom condo at Somerset to bring parents, but this time was just our family so rented this 2 bedroom. Completely clean, fabulous upgrades, every toy/amenity you could want! Loved how the kitchen had a beautiful view of the ocean. Appreciated a huge selection of cookware, including slow cooker. Kids thoroughly enjoyed pickle ball courts, complete with rackets & balls. The best was the ability to use the bikes to get around Marco. We wondered how the view would be on first floor - spectacular - and a closer view of the dolphins. It was great to have the cabana below on the way to the beach. Unloading & loading the car was a breeze without having to use the steps or elevator. If you are looking for the cleanest, updated, & amenities included condo in Marco, this is it!!!

Had an amazing trip with my husband and two children at this condo. You couldn't ask for a better place, stocked with everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach. Super clean, beautiful views and overall great!

Condo is the perfect location and ideal in many ways! Located right off the beach with a lanai walk out. Beautifully furnished and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay with two young kids. Have already reserved for next year. :) Patty and Mike are delightful to work with...and called the day after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed and to make some helpful suggestions. This property has it all! It is oceanfront with its own private spiral staircase that leads from the lanai down to the beach. We so appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and bicycles that are provided. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in and it is absolutely beautiful. The owners have provided everything that you would need and they truly care about their guests. We highly recommend this property!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Owners were a pleasure to work with, so helpful and informative making our visit the best it could be. The condo was clean, comfortable and gorgeous. Shout out to Mike & Patty, the owners, of this beautiful condo. From the minute I booked they were right there to answer any questions. Arrival was easy and the minute we walked in the condo, it was everything they had said it was and the pictures were spot on. Our three week stay was nothing but fabulous and the view was breathtaking. Not only was the condo beautiful, the grounds are immaculate and very well kept. We did not use the many available beach accessories that are right at your fingertips, as we preferred to walk the beach instead. One very small issue came up and was immediately taken care of by property management. You can't go wrong renting this condo!!!!

Condo itself is great, the complex and beach is ok. We prefer to see the beach from the pool and to have a softer sand beach. Nothing the property owners can change. Condo is updated, clean, and stocked.

We enjoyed a week at Somerset 106. This is our second time staying at Somerset. Unit 106 was spacious, clean and convenient. The owners are helpful and very responsive. We enjoyed the cabana with the ping pong table. There is an abundance of beach supplies including plenty of beach towels, coolers, floats, chairs and umbrellas. The best part is having a first floor unit where you can walk downstairs directly from the balcony. So easy and convenient. Thank you Patty and Mike for a great stay!

We greatly enjoyed our week at this renovated condominium on Marco. Vacationing during COVID 19 can be challenging but not here. The private entrance and private exit to the beach allowed for us to avoid elevators, common areas and high traffic zones. The property had everything we needed for a great week at the beach.

This was our first visit to Marco Island, and it was wonderful! We've stayed in many other (beach/island) condos, and this has by far been my favorite! It was super clean, and so beautifully decorated! The view from the master bedroom was just amazing. The owners were super sweet, with excellent communication. Check in and out was super easy. The direct beach front location , and private beach access was perfect for our family. We particularly appreciated the cabana that was for our private use, it had absolutely everything a family could possible want/need! We enjoyed the use of the tents, coolers, sand toys, floats, beach chairs, and wagons. We also loved that we had private access from both the front and back of the condo; there was no need to ever enter any lobbies or public areas. And don't let the 'first floor' unit fool you, it has a wonderful view! Because the cabana is beneath you, it's really more like being on the second floor. The sunsets from the lanai were just breathtaking!! The A/C worked great, and there were ceiling fans throughout, including on the lanai. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We loved how quiet and safe the area was--the condo as well as Marco Island itself. We had young children with us, and never had to worry about them for a second. They loved the pool, and it was quite refreshing, not too warm (we stayed in July). The area offers SO many good restaurants! We especially enjoyed Nacho Mama's, Mangos, The Sunset Grille, DaVincis and Marco Prime. It's definitely not cheap to eat out on the island, but when I vacation, I look forward to good food and no cooking--and the food there was top notch! But if you have a family and want to save some money, the condo is super well equipped with everything you could need for cooking meals. The dining room table was SO beautiful, we almost didn't want to sit at it! All the decor, down to the dishes, cups and mugs, were decorated in a tasteful and enjoyable ocean theme. Our family loves nature! So we really enjoyed finding tons of beautiful shells just in front of the condo, as well as starfish, and sand dollars. We also enjoyed visiting nearby Tigertail beach for lots of sand dollars, and Keewaydin Island for some larger seashells. I definitely look forward to visiting Marco Island again in the future, and hope to be able to rent this beautiful condo when we do. I loved it so much, I didn't want to leave!! We rented this condo twice this year. The condo is beautiful; great decor and has everything you could ever want or need. As for the location, it is situated on a quieter part of the beach and is well away from the crowded public access or hotel areas. We highly recommended this rental.

Property was excellent and had beautiful renovations. The owners we great to work with. Wonderful week.

If I could give this condo a 10 rating I would. There was not one thing misleading about the description!! Everything you could possibly need was there. The beach items were ideal since we flew to Marco. The kids loved everything about the trip as well. The owners are so nice to rent out such a nice unit. Don’t hesitate to go ahead and book your trip here you will not be disappointed!!
