This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at through VRBO. The home was clean and well taken care of and you can tell that the owner takes pride in this property. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future!

This house was perfect for our large family. We wanted all to be together as we celebrated one of our kids getting married at the resort. It was kind of out of the way, but the shuttle made it easy and convenient to get around. The property managers were attentive and responsive.

We had a good time here. The house was clearly a party house with party wear and tear but overall very comfortable.

Overall our stay was great loved the house and everyone had a wonderful time probably going to rent this house again next year for our family get together. Only problem we had was getting a couple of the televisions to work right. Would have been nice if both coffee makers were working and we could have opened the sliding door that had screens to keep the flies out.

The home was everything we expected but it seemed clear that this is a full time rental and not a home. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, silver and glasses for an army. The common spaces including rear patio were gracious and worked very well. Hot tub was nearly new and very clean. We had a great stay and worked through the few hiccups. On the down side the home is a bit tired and is in need of a little TLC. Those things that get the most use are showing signs of wear....The main great room sliders were broken upon arrival and unfortunately never got repaired. Same with screen doors. The front door is wearing. The nook dining table needs to be re-finished. The great room sofas have lost their bounce and the beds should be looked at.

The layout of the home is perfect for my large family. The property management was good to work with, but the condition of the home for what we paid is inexcusable. From a disgusting looking oven, inside part of the frig broken, dirty barbecue and back patio, non working TV, sinks that don’t drain and the list goes on. I paid a lot of money to stay in the home for five nights with my family. I thank the property management company for giving me a small, but appropriate refund. This could be such a beautiful property, but some money for repairs and a few niceties like shampoo in the showers would be nice.

We had such a wonderful week staying in this beautiful home that we have already rebooked for next year. It is very spacious for a big family and has everything needed for a fun filled week, with an awesome game room, plenty of bikes for everyone, comfortable bedrooms with king size beds and an amazing overall open layout of the home.

The house was AMAZING!!!! The rooms were comfortable and it was great that everyone had their own private bath affording everyone ample privacy! The entertainment space was great for team building and provided for some friendly competition! I will be back with my friends and family!

We had 4 generations in the house for a family reunion and everyone had a great time. Upstairs area gave the teens a place of their own to hangout and play pool. Plenty of activity options in the area. A great visit for everyone!

We really enjoyed the size of the house, with two wings of bedrooms and the kitchen with lots and lots of amenities. We had several cooks in our group that loved the large kitchen, 6 gas burners and every cooking tool you can imagine available. We had a wonderful family get together in this great house.

We rented this house to celebrate our parents 40th anniversary. There were 12 of us and this house couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed! The house was beautiful and had so many things for everyone to do while we were there. The neighborhood was so quite and safe for the kids. Amazing property and we will definitely look to book there again in the future.

A very large home set up nicely for large groups. We had 6 couples and 1 small baby stay for the weekend and it worked out fabulous! 2 large areas to hang out in, a large kitchen that can accommodate a big group comfortably but 6 bedrooms with 6 private baths to escape to if you need some quiet time. They provided enough stuff to feel like you weren't in a hotel and we all went on a bike ride together with the bikes they provided. Ping pong tournaments in the garage each night and the hot tub was used every evening. Nicely located in Sun River. Only thing that would have made it more enjoyable was a fire pit of some kind on the back patio. Would Highly recommend this home...clean, well furnished, a lot of space and stuff provided to make it enjoyable!

It’s the perfect house for a multiple family vacation. The house is stocked very well with plenty of dishes and utensils for indoors and out. The beds are very comfortable and we love that each bedroom has its own bathroom

However without her help, we would have been extremely disappointed, compared to our stay in this same house two years ago. The Sun River homeowners need to decide if they want to keep on renting their homes or not. If Christina had not been able to help restore some of the amenities for us, we would definitely be telling our friends to stay away from Sun River. In answer to your last question, we would only give a provisional recommendation to our friends and warn them about the homeowners association attitude toward vacationers. This would include the control of the pool and tennis courts. The North pool was not available at all - a big downer for people who just want a pool without the extras at Sharq. Beautiful home, beautiful resort area, lousy homeowners.

Bennington Staff was excellent, and all our needs were quickly met by the management company. this house is hard to beat. we have stayed at many homes in sunriver, and this is the home we keep coming back to. there are many bikes, strollers and games to keep children entertained during the stay. pool table is actually pretty solid, wet bar is great and Foosball is quality. highly recommend for any multiple family group. not a bad room in the house.
