I can't think of one thing that would make this condo better, honestly. Exceptional facility, very safe, amazing staff, well equipped, comfy beds....just overall amazing. The owner was unbelievably responsive to questions - often not even about the rental...just helping me plan the vacation. If you're considering renting this unit, just do it. No regrets.

Had a great time with family. Condo was clean and just as I imagined. Such a beautiful view! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Only downside was construction noise from next door. Very nice location to shopping and restaurants!

Wonderful condo in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen and steps to the beach. I would say it's more suited for 2 adult couples or a family of up to six.The view from the front veranda is awesome... front row seat to amazing sun rises !

We have been to Playa many times. This condo was hands down the best place we have stayed. Great location, steps from the pool, just a few more steps to the beach. The staff was wonderful and Abdias was terrific and really took care of us. We actually are already booked again in January.

Luna Encantada is still the best place to stay in Playa. All aspects of the project and management were excellent. I am an owner of a property management company for 50 years, and was impressed by Edith and her responsiveness. However, I can’t rate the unit as a 5star due to the apparent lack of commitment from the ownership. It is showing its age. I would suggest that the owner stay in the unit for a week and rate it themselves. It is not being maintained as a 5 star in my estimation.

Relaxing 6 nights
I stayed here with my husband and two teenage daughters. The most outstanding bonus was Edith who has all the local knowledge of where to eat, tours to take, she even organised a doctor to our room within 30minutes. Edith together with Polo our tour guide made our trip to playa . We will always remember their hospitality.

This condo was fabulous!
Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation. This condo was in a perfect location for us to walk to restaurants and shopping. The front wrap around porch was just perfect to watch the sunrise and an even better place to enjoy the breeze off the ocean in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend this Condo to our friends and family that want to experience a vacation in Playa del Carmen!

Perfect place and great location!
Comfortable, clean, and beautiful! The views and amenities are awesome. You can't get a better location. 24 hour security. Great service from the on site management, Edith. Easy to rent online. We have stayed in this development 10 times and it's always great!!

Hard to come home after the SPECTACULAR stay at C1
I had high expectations of this VRBO and it not only met but exceeded them. A few steps to the infinity pool & beach. Everything we requested was provided before we arrived. Food, drinks, etc. The entire team at Luna Encantada with extremely attentive & welcoming. Steps away from a cab, massage, cafes, and of course shopping. We even had a sweet little street cat come and visit us through-out our stay that I named 'Carmen' She comes and gets her belly full, and lot's of lovin then back to the street. We'll be back with more family in tow to enjoy this incredible place called Playa del Carmen.

Great Condo!
Our family had a great time at Luna Encantada! This unit is better than the pics! The first afternoon-night was bumpy with really loud music and the loudest bass amplifier on the planet from Fusion next door for 12 hours straight. But I still give 4 stars because everything else was great! The onsite staff were very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back!
