Excellent property for Large groups! Enjoyed our stay but not much to do in area! Maybe have brochures of things to do!

Wonderful place for our annual family get-together.

The house was a perfect size for our family. It could use some upgrading and a few things were not operational, Ice makers, 3rd level garbage disposal and the hot tub in the pool room. The communication between the property manager and owner was very good. Overall I would recommend this property.

House was clean, beautiful and huge. Fit and accommodated our family of 38. Beautiful views from large windows. Lots of hiking and wildlife. Easy and quick communication with owners. Highly recommend.

We just finished an amazing week at the lodge, with 31 people, ages 1 to 69 (18 kids under 14). It was an amazing space for us. The grandkids loved the pool (there were even pool toys) and the game room, where they practically lived all week. We all loved the huge amount of space, which meant that we could spread out, and different groups could gather . The beds were comfortable, the house was clean when we arrived, the furniture was somewhat worn but comfortable , and the landlords responded to the few questions that we had very quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was room for all of us to eat together when we brought in the patio table and the card table. The landlord came over half way through the week, to check the pool chemicals and to add water back in (the grandkids had splashed quite a bit out) and he talked to me to Make sure that the water temperature was good for the kids (which it was). The pool wasn’t huge, but it turned out that it was fine with the water fall and the shallow end and the deep end. They loved it and went in several times a day. The location was great , with a regular grocery store about 12 minutes away, as well as a place to order pizza. We went hiking at Blackwater state park (which was also close), rode the ski lift, and went tubing down the cheat river. A wonderful week!

Beautiful house in a great location! We hiked, swam and played games... great family time! Kitchen is well equipped! The beds are very comfortable! Some of the couches need updated... not comfortable to sit in and the older folks had a hard time getting up out of them... overall a great stay tho!

We had a lovely weekend at Wolverton Heights. The house is beautifully spacious and great for a large party. The pool is a fabulous feature. The property manager is also diligent and communicative. We recommend this property!

This property was great for our large group of 34! The house was well stocked with lots of kitchen supplies (don’t bring your crockpot!) and provided mattresses for our overflow that were as nice as advertised. Even small towels for the hot tub were provided in addition to bath towels (we brought our own too). Ski in/out to a slope that’s open for night skiing. Definitely must is solid winterized car/tires for the driveway. Owners were very easy to work with and communicated with us well.

The house was perfect for a large group on New Years. We were able to have the "loud floor" and then the "quiet floor" for those who wanted to escape those who wanted to party... both had kitchens and living rooms and then there was still a game room floor with the pool and hot tub. Overall, the house could use some updating... but I imagine most guests go pretty hard on it so I wouldn't make it a top priority either. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large group and the house was well stocked. The extra memory foam mattresses also came in handy for anyone who didn't want to share a bed or just wanted to sleep further from the noise. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you are picky like my husband and I. I was impressed with how available the owners were whenever we had questions or needed anything.

This was one of the BEST vacations we have ever had. It felt that everyone involved, including Timberline Ski Resort wanted to make our trip perfect. This house was comfortable, clean and excellent for our group that contained all ages. Even those that didn't ski enjoyed the trip as the house provided lots of entertainment from the beautiful views to the relaxing hot tub and pool. We are already planning out next rip and can not wait to return. Thank you!

We had a large friend christmas party here at the house. It was perfect large enough for all 26 people to be able to chill comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great!!

Expectations were met and everyone had a great time!

This was a family vacation bringing all the grandkids together with us and their parents. The grandkids were beside themselves with all the rooms, levels and activities within the home

The drive way was hard to use. Steep and washed out in places. We had two trucks that could hardly turn around by garage. For how many rooms that’s in that house and we used them all the parking was hard. Made the unloading very difficult. But it’s a very beautiful house and everyone enjoyed it.

All of the family enjoyed their time here. The pool.was a big hit.

This home had plenty of space for our family of 30. There was lots to do inside. The indoor pool and game room kept both kids and adults busy and having fun. One thing to note is there is no outdoor green space for playing (i.e. no patio, firepit, or even flat grassy area for playing games). That is the one thing we wish we would have had, but otherwise it was great!

The house was clean, spacious, and was bigger and better than the online pictures would suggest. We rented all floors and our group of nearly thirty family members never felt cramped. The living rooms provided more than enough space for us to play games or karaoke as a group. The multiple levels provided good options for smaller group activities. The hot tub and pool were both very well kept and were a hit for both kids and adults. The owners were responsive to questions. We would definitely come back.

Sleeping in beds was easily provided for our group of 23 without even using the bunk beds. (There was some coming and going of a few people not there the whole week). Additional people could easily have found a place for blow up mattresses, which the house provided. House also provided high chair(s) and pack-and-play (as a crib) for the 2-year-old in our group. Kitchen was very nicely provisioned with ample cooking containers and serving pieces, nicely organized and easy to find. The game room and pool was great for the younger generations to find their own entertainment. Lots of space throughout the levels for people to gather or find their own spot. Some of those big, beautiful sofas are not the most comfortable, but there were plenty of them. The locale provided lots of summertime outings which we enjoyed: horseback riding, rafting (the river turned out to be high enough, which was a nice surprise), hikes at Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks and leaving right out our door to the Dolly Sods. Loved the outdoor hot tub on the deck. We’ve stayed at lots of places over the past 20 years, all of them good, and this was probably the best. Thank you to Dave, Karen and Michaela

Our family of 25 needs 10 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and large dining room. The Lodge provides these. In addition, it has many other features: indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fireplaces, grills, large rooms for gathering,

This property was exceptional in almost every way. The positives included: kitchen equipment (dishes, flatware, utensils, pots & pans, bake ware, drinkware, large & small appliances, etc.), games/amusements (except ping pong and bumper tool tables), large group and private spaces, pool, hot tub, large dining space, the elevator for our special needs grandson, labeled light switches and kitchen items, the amazing views, local (in your own property) hiking, etc. A few issues were disappointing: bad odors in a couple of rooms, one shower drain that was bad, broken ping pong net, broken bumper pool table, and a driveway that needs work, contradicting instructions for the various items such as the hot tub. None of these issues prevented our family from having a fabulous time and our enjoyment of our week's stay!

Great size. An excellent for a large getaway

This house fit our party of 38 perfectly! Something for everyone! We have been staying at timberline for 30+ yrs and this house checks every box!

Everyone enjoyed our time at the house. There was more tgan enough room for our family. The house had everything that we could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked better than any house we have ever rented. It was unusually warm for this time of year so the indoor pool and game room were perfect since there wasnt much snow outside to do any winter activities.

It was the perfect place for our family of 22. The grandchildren loved the pool and game room!! The kitchen / living area were the perfect place for everyone to gather

I rented the property for a gathering of friends. Everyone was amazed soon as they drove up. The property was clean and well maintained. Only thing and it is a little knot picking but I wish to pool was a little warmer. While folks could get in it for awhile after about 10 minutes everyone started getting cold and had to leave to warm up in either the sauna or the 3rd floor hot tub.
