Place was very nice and clean and equipped with everything we needed! Super close to the beach and walking distance of shops and places to eat!

Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The size of the house was perfect. Clean. Plenty of towels and beach stuff. Kitchen very well equipped. We loved the pool and ping pong table. Very short walk to the beach, Publix three minutes away, free trolley stop right there. Jennifer was very responsive.

This property was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you'd need for a vacation. Location was convenient to the beach as well as other AMI destinations. Communication responses with the hostess were immediate and helpful. We would stay here again!

This is a great property, easy walk to the beach. All beach items included and the beach wagon is a big bonus! The unit is clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Very nice rental unit. We did not love the steep stairway. It was however, a great location - very close to the beach.

We had a wonderful time, everything was fabulous. Clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Anna Maria Island is very small so nothing is far away on Island. It was our first time visiting. It was exactly what we wanted. A carefree stay, a taste of "Old Florida" with time to rest, relax, and have a few new experiences. Everything was just right, from front to back. Jen has provided more than enough of everything you need - from towels, also for the pool and beach, kitchen utensils, lots of (play) stuff for the beach, as well as chairs and umbrellas, really just to name a few. Anyway, it is so well equipped that you immediately feel you have arrived. The house also looks much "nicer in real than in the pictures. One of the highlights is the pool: clean, large and the play of colors in the evening is a gift. The house is only a few minutes away from the wonderful beach, even a car Jen has ready. The contact with her was always friendly and she always answered promptly. Even though supermarkets, resatuarants and gas stations are not far away, you should have a car, just because of the heat. But that seems logical and inevitable in Florida anyway. As for the place: beautiful! Definitely belongs on the list of places you should have seen in your life. Bottom line: a stay that could not have been better.

Very Relaxing just what we needed!

Beautiful place with a short walk to the beach. Most everything you would need was furnished. The owner was pleasant and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect, had everything we needed, pool was wonderful and location excellent!! The host was great with communication as questions came up. The beach was very rough due to storms but having such a great house and pool made everything perfect! Bed was comfortable, ac great and the lanai was a bonus for nightly ping pong! Definitely will come again!!

Jennifer was very quick to respond to any inquiry we had, really impressive. The place really had just about everything we could need with one tiny request: measuring spoons. While a little worn, the beach cart was invaluable, and there was plenty of toys on-site to bring to the beach and/or pool for the family (2 and 4-yr old), including two coolers. Nice beach umbrella and beach chairs provided! Walk to the beach was nothing... don't worry about not being right on the beach... just a block walk. Nice ping-pong table, an added plus once the kids were asleep! Spa was awesome/new/beautiful, pool was perfect for the kids when not at the beach. TVs in every room, A/C worked great, nice new tile throughout the unit. Couches are a little worn. Shower had great water pressure. Water quality is meh (but probably typical for the area without a reverse osmosis system or something). Thankful for the coffee maker, made coffee every morning. AND, AWESOME, the thermal insulated coffee mugs that were there--brilliant! Appliances seemed newer, were nice. Beds were a little stiff, but we still slept well. Sheets were very clean, smelled clean. Ceiling fan in the master was great, on every night, and was quiet. Bath towels were nice and thick, not cheap towels. Very nice there were separate beach and pool towels provided. Recommendations for owner: a couple more hand towels in the bathroom, and a clean/new sponge at the kitchen instead of the scrub brush.

This was such a great location and fully stocked rental! Pool was amazing, hot tub was perfect, and outdoor space was great! Indoor space was very clean and had everything we needed, including more items than are usually found in a rental (spices, sandwich bags, garbage bags, etc.). Also so close to the beach! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our experience. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the family. The ping pong table was also a lot of fun! The owners were also very responsive when we needed something. Beach was great as well. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed everything about this rental. Very clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen stocked very well. Beautiful pool area. We spent a lot of time at the beach and Jen had everything you would need for a great beach day. We highly recommend this beautiful rental. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Top notch property. Perfect location on quaint Anna Maria Island. Property decorated beautifully with all amenities needed for our stay. Host was readily available and helpful. Pool was a great addition to our stay despite how close the beach was....we enjoyed both immensely. We would definitely stay at this property again (and hope to next year !)

This is our 3rd time staying at Jennifer's. She is easy to deal with and the pool and spa is wonderful. The house has a great location and is always clean when we check in.

The location was perfect for beach access, we walked miles of sandy scoreline with blue water. With no public parking for the beach there was only the residences of the beach area. We enjoyed watching the sunsets in the chairs provided and swimming in the gulf. The pool however was dirty and the hot tub cold. There is a nice set of washer/dryers for doing laundry. The living area was adequate, but the refrigerator lacked an ice maker and none of the ice trays were filled. The refrigerator was dirty and rusty. The one bathroom lacked a fan, so it made showering steamy. The light in the bathroom is outside the tub so dark when you shower at night. Had to tighten the toilet seat into place. The bedrooms are adequate, however the light on the fan in the second bedroom flashes off and on with the switch on, made me uncomfortable. The air intake for the HVAC system was very dirty. I have pictures. Parking was adequate. We enjoyed the beach. Location is well centered on the island and close to stores.

Perfect spot to enjoy beach, walk, bike. House had everything that we needed to have perfect vacation.

The home is beautifully decorated. Beds and couch were comfy. Appreciated all the towels for bath, beach, and pool usage. The kitchen is well appointed with all that we needed. The backyard is definitely the highlight of this home. Beautiful pool and hot tub that was lit up at night. The ping pong table was a bonus for the kids. Jennifer is easy to communicate with. Zero complaints about this home. We would absolutely stay again!

What a wonderful week at Jennifer's property. It was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, clean, and super close to so many restaurants and activities. We loved coffee in the covered patio every morning and the hot tub each night to end our day. We enjoyed having the privacy of our own pool and all of the beach supplies that were provided. We would happily return to this property!!

You can't get a much better location...215 steps to the gulf and super close to bay as well. Gorgeous pool and hot tub area. Rental was smaller than expected but perfectly adequate for our family of 4. It was super helpful to have the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and float so we didn't have to pack those things. Plenty of beach and pool towels as well. The only thing needed in the kitchen were more spoons. Communication with Jennifer was fantastic...she responds to messages almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed this place, they had everything you could have needed and more. It was very close to the beach, very clean, and private. Had lists of restaurants on the island, beach towels, pool towels, things to take to the beach. Everything we needed to know was right where we needed it. One of the best rentals we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jen’s place. The location is great — so close to the beach (1 min walk), and a short walk or drive to restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and everything you need. The place itself was extremely clean, well-appointed and organized. The kids were thrilled with the open access to the private pool and ping pong table, which made it even easier for us to relax. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful trip to the Island. The house exceeded our expectations. Very short walk to the beach and included everything you need for a great beach day. My kids loved the pool but their highlight was the ping pong table.

This is a terrific place to stay if you want to explore all of AMI, have convenient access to a beautiful beach and a short drive to Publix, Bridge Street, etc. The home was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed… from the kitchen supplies, the gas grill, the beach chairs and toys, the pool(!) and the beach/pool towels. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to overpack. Jen was very thorough in leaving instructions for everything, so we never had to call for help or with questions. This location in the narrow middle part of the island, with very little public parking, means that the beach is not crowded the way it is at the public beaches. We could see a ways up the beach to the mass of people/tents/umbrellas at Manatee Beach and we were so grateful to be on the same kind of beach, with the same beautiful water, but with elbow room and peace and quiet! If we needed drinks, snacks or a bathroom break, the house was close enough to walk back and forth. Our two best beach days during our week were the days we just stayed there! Finally, the pool… it was very nicely designed, with a side designated for guests and the other side for the owners. But with the owners not there during our stay, we essentially had our own private pool! This was a great place to unwind and cool off from the heat of the day. We really enjoyed AMI and our stay at this property… we would book this again and definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

The ocean was 81 degrees in May, so a great time to be on the Gulf. The pool and hot tub were great. It was nice having the beach and pool towels, as well as the on-site washer/dryer. We had 2 adults and 2 college-aged young adults. It did require some juggling of shower times when getting ready for dinner. Only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. There was a grill, but we didn't use it. House could use a non-stick pan. Jennifer was very responsive and nice to deal with.
