This was the second time we stayed at this house. Although we do love this house, I have some criticisms. The bathroom in the hall can use a paint job and there is a rusty table on the deck by the pool that could be replaced. Only wish the pool was heated as it was very cold all the days we were there. It’s a very lovely home and we enjoyed ourselves.

My friends and I had an amazingly relaxing retreat of a time at this beautiful property. The photos of this place simply don't do it justice! We had 8 people staying in the house and there was room for everyone to sleep comfortably, whether it was in one of the beds or on a futon. We stayed for 3 nights and I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy ALL of the amenities of this space! We especially enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor space and the pool. Hoping to come back so we can enjoy the super cool movie and arcade rooms too! Kristen, the host, was super responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Every amenity possible was ready for us in the house (including PLENTY of bath and beach towels, sheets, toiletries, every possible kitchen appliance you could want, etc.). If you're looking for an accommodating space for a group or family to be able to relax AND enjoy the beautiful Catskill mountains (we were about 20-30 minutes from Woodstock!), don't hesitate to book this place ASAP!

This is a wonderful property for a group that needs a little space and is ready to enjoy all it offers. The pool, decks, fire pits, yard, and grill are terrific and the layout means the group never has to feel crowded. There are plenty of bathrooms, linens, and places to sprawl.

My family stayed for 2 weeks in July with friends visiting us for 1 week of the stay. The layout and decor are thoughtful and comfortable and with spaces that allowed us to gather as well as spaces that created privacy. The property is very functional as a rental, however it is clearly frequented and cared for by the owners. Housewares and furnishings were comfortable and functional. Linens, kitchen and bathroom supplies were nicely stocked and pleasant to use. Hosts were easy to communicate with and promptly responded to messages. We loved the privacy and space of the home paired with easy access to all of the small towns in the Hudson Valley + short drive across the river to the Catskills for amazing hikes. This property met all of our expectations and was exactly as described.

We stayed in this house for two nights while in town for a family event happening in a nearby town. We all wish we had more time to spend in this lovely home. The house was equipped with literally everything you could ever want or need on vacation. The linens and towels were great quality, as were the beds and other furnishings. There was plenty of space for us and the kids really enjoyed the pool and game room area downstairs. We never had time to use the theater room or hot tub unfortunately. The property is well kept and in a nice secluded area but yet close to all that the Catskills have to offer. We highly recommend this home away from home.

This was our second stay at this house. We loved it last year and we loved it even more this year. Besides being gorgeous, it's clean, has an AMAZING outdoor area, and plenty of indoor activities for rainy days.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with a welcome letter and snacks. There was so much to do, kids loved the pool, and so many games to play with. My sister our chef loved the fully stocked kitchen. My dog enjoyed roaming around outside. We visited a local brewery, park and ice cream shops all were fantastic. This house and town were full of great experiences.

This is our second time at the house and it was as great as the first time! House is spacious and comfortable with lots of extras — hot tub, screening room, video games, beautiful deck, well stocked kitchen and more. We hope to be back!

The house is actually prettier and more equipped than described. We loved our entire trip and Kristen was more than accommodating towards our needs. My kids loved the playground and also the kid friendly snacks she provided upon our arrival. We hope to return soon!

Simply amazing !!! The photos don’t do justice. We barely went anywhere because everything was there. From Grand parents to pre Schooler and including teenager everybody was happy and smiling !!! We even stayed an xtra day

We were conflicted about writing this review because it will give away our new favorite secret spot. Nestled in the Hudson Valley with an expansive property, this weekend rental was perfect for our family of 8 adults and a toddler. Its vintage decor and high-tech smart device equipment offered charm and comfort for all. With the addition of children's toys, puzzles, games, a magnificent porch, pool, and hot tub, this home provided more than expected in a location accessible to wonderful biking and hiking. The hosts were attentive, kind, and easily accessible before, during, and after our stay. They also left all sorts of nice treats for guests around the house. We loved it and hope to return!

The house was absolutely beautiful, everything was easy and as advertised. Wonderful rental.

Spent a relaxing week in June. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Amazing deck built around the tree made a great space to relax outdoors. Hudson Valley offered beautiful walks, art, and fruit picking at local farms.

I can't say enough good things about this home. Pictures don't do it justice. It's even more amazing in person. My family had a blast. We were able to swim, BBQ, play video games, watch a movie in the basement movie theater room, chase fireflies at night, and just enjoy the gorgeous property. The hosts were amazing and kind. We booked this home for next year before we even checked out :)

My husband and I wanted a vacation that would be good for my son, daughter-in-law , grandson (3), and my other son and daughter-in-law. Everything was clean and ready for us. Had all amenities we needed. We used the pool and deck for most of the days. Weather was great. Used the movie theatre one night. We ventured out to a few restaurants and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this property.

Our family had a restful and fun stay at this beautiful, comfortable home that is truly equipped with anything you could possibly need. Bug sprays, sunscreen, umbrellas, pool toys, kids’ books and toys, puzzles, kitchen needs—you name it, they had it. The movie room was a fun way to unwind at night, and the arcade games were a huge hit—as were the Star Wars memorabilia in the twin bedroom and downstairs. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and then cooling off in the pool and floating on the pizza raft. The location was very accessible to great ice cream in Tivoli, nearby restaurants, hiking trails, the old aerodome, apple/berry picking, corn mazes, wineries, and neighboring towns. Highly recommend for a family getaway! Thanks, Kristen, for your hospitality!

We were able to check-in without a problem and had a great vacation in the quiet farm community. House was clean, well equipped, and as advertised. Although the weather wasn't the best, we were able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub a number of times with the kids. Kristen & Steve were great hosts who were attentive and responsive to our questions and provided some quality suggestions for activities.

The house is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you would want to use in your own kitchen. It is very homey, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee every morning. The private pool is terrific. It rained off and on all week, so when it rained we enjoyed the games and TV (it had Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Peacock). When the rain stopped, we would swim in the pool. It was so much fun. We wish we had booked a longer stay.

My family- my husband, toddler, baby and 2 dogs started here and it was perfect! The house is amazing! It has a pool, hot tub, game room, movie theater, play room, and so much more. It’s so cutely decorated and makes you feel like you’re truly on vacation on an island somewhere else. It also has absolutely everything that you would need! From high chairs, to pool floats, to life jackets, etc. The hosts are so kind and communicative and made sure we were all set and happy. We definitely want to make this an annual trip! :)

The women in my family needed some R&R and were particularly looking for a property with a pool. This house was perfect for the four of us; lots of space; lots of rooms to sleep. We practically lived in the pool! The theatre room was a hit and we loved watching movies on the 11 ft. screen. Everything was great! Kristen was very attentive and communicative. We all want to go back!!

This was our second time staying here. We look forward to coming back for another family vacation! Kristen is a great host!

It was stocked with everything we needed for a long term stay including in the kitchen, pool, deck, etc. My kids (4 and 8) shrieked with delight when they saw the basement with the arcade games, play room and amazing movie room that feels like you're at a drive-in. The deck was the perfect place to eat our dinners (cooked on a very nice BBQ) and the pool deck has these incredibly comfortable loungers and enough umbrellas to give you cover the from the sun. The pool was stocked with floats, toys, vests, etc and was the perfect respite from the summer heat. The kids also loved the jungle gym in the yard and the tire swing in front. The block is a quiet dead end and we spent a few afternoons biking and scooting on the block. Steve was the most communicative host we've ever experienced and although he was by the house a few times a week to care for the pool, yard, etc, we barely saw him and he was very unobtrusive. Any questions we had, we simply texted him and got an immediate reply. The surrounding area has a ton to do even during the of summer of COVID and the nearby towns of Red Hook and Rhinebeck offer lots of outdoor activities and outdoor eateries (and most importantly...lots of choices for Ice Cream--make sure to check out Fortunes in Tivoli). We hope to be back sometime soon.

I wish I could give it 6 starts. The house is excellent, spacious and has everything you need to relax and keep you and your children busy. Very clean, kitchen very well stocked, and the outside space is just amazing, with the pool, hot tub and playground. Kristen was very quick at answering to all my questions. Spent 9 days and didn’t have any issues. Will definitely come back.

Kristen was super easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions quickly. The house was SO cute. The “beach vintage” vibe was just everything: bright, comfortable, and the perfect aesthetic. We were even greeted with a fire in the fireplace! I have never rented a house with beds that were so comfortable and every single person agreed. The comforters AND the mattress just really gave us a fantastic night’s rest. We made use out of the hot tub on one of the days and it was ready for us: no preparation needed on our end. We enjoyed some Prosecco while relaxing and it made for a really lovely winter day. The movie theatre room: oh my god, I was obsessed. Legitimately wish I had one in my house. It is decorated to look like a backyard and I just loved everything about it. The binder included all needed information, the technology was easy to use, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our Sunday Sauce. Thank you for a truly fabulous weekend with our friends. We all loved it!

Place was great, Kristen was great to communicate with as well as accommodating with our needs with 3 young kids. House was setup great for the kids & would be just the same even without. Great location equidistant from Rhinebeck & Hudson Would like to stay again

We traveled to this property with our teenage boys. The home was perfect and kept adults and kids entertained all weekend. It had everything we needed. Much larger than we expected and accessible to all the area had to offer. We were even able to bring our two dogs. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.
