We had a great time. The house is perfect in every way. This was our second time staying here and definitely will not be our last.

My sister, her toddler, my husband and I rented this for the weekend. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to leave our det up on the beach all day and view it from the porch of the property when we went inside for lunch. As others have noted there is a lot of wear and tear on the property maybe made worse by recent hurricane beryl. The couches are extremely worn and at a minimum would recommend replacing the slip covers.

Was a really nice beach area. Nothing in front to obstruct. Had trouble with wifi and tv but we survived. Host was easy to get a hold of. Great vacation and lots of fun.

Annual family trip. House was very clean and the location was awesome! Great for quick trips to the grocery store or in town for some fun activities. Only suggestion is to replace the sofas, as they seemed very worn out. Would stay again for sure!

We came back for our 3rd stay and love the location, the view, the stocking of basic items, the porch again, tv in each room, cozy layout of house. Love the view. Maybe needs freshened up a bit compared to our first years.

We loved staying at this house right on the water with beach access right out front. The covered patio was perfect in all weather. The house was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We look forward to returning!

The house is beautiful, furnitures need updating. The house has everything you need from your home away from home. The location is amazing, the views are beautiful. Just steps away from the beach. The property manager was great, he checked up on us and made sure everything was okay. We highly recommend this house, we were so comfortable and the beds were comfortable also. We will definitely be back in the summer. BEST BEACH HOUSE EVER!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach. The house is very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the location and how easy it was to get to. I highly recommend staying here.

This property had a fantastic view of the beach. The beds were comfortable. The location was great! Easy to get to resturants and Moody Gardens. We would love to stay again in the future.

We stayed for a cheer competition at Moody Gardens. The house had a lot of games for the kids to play and the beach was right in front of the house. It was not anything too fancy but perfect for a family with kids. The host was easy to get in touch with. But I only needed to contact him to ask if I should leave trash cans out when there was a wind advisory. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything including plenty of utensils for boiling crabs. Would definitely book again.

The view can't be beat. Unobstructed view was fantastic. Very clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Close to downtown Galveston with lots of restaurants. Kroger and Walmart 10-15 minutes away. Only suggested improvement would be new living room furniture. The couches have been well used and the fabric on chair is ripped. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It was amazing. The view of the ocean from a huge balcony was so nice sitting out there and looking at the water. I will definitely be back!!

The house is jus 5 minutes south of the Seawall. It was easy to find. The property has everything you'll need for a beach house. Nothing beats opening the patio door and hearing the waves crashing.

We were thoroughly pleased with the scenic beachfront location. We were also pleasantly surprised how well furnished the house was from toiletry, cleaning, and bathing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies including cooking staple items. We had a couple minor issues but Andrew was extremely responsive and resolved all issues immediately! The only other problem we had was trying to regulate the SMART thermostat...was obviously smarter than we were. Overall, we enjoyed so much, we're considering making this an annual tradition!!!

We had the best time staying here. The house has a beautiful living room and a nice big porch with plenty of seating looking right at the ocean. The house is on the beach you can't get any closer. Everything was clean, plenty of towels for showers. You will need to bring your own beach towels but that was not a problem. From the house it ia about a 10 minute drive to the seawall where we ate at Giados one night (it been around since 1935) and Katie's am ocean to table restaurant with great fish! We will definitely book here again.

Visit Galveston every year and always enjoy the beach and city. This year was exceptional the Lone Star Rally(motorcycle annual rally) is was interesting and saw cross section of American from all walks of life with one thing in common their bikes. Wouldn’t make it our annual event but always up to an experience.The home is steps away from the beach on a dead end street keeps traffic down. The home offers great sun rises and has all the comforts of home. This our second stay and have enjoyed each time.

Had several members of my family decided to take my mom down to Galveston. She has dementia and loved the beach when she was younger. We hated to leave a day earlier, but Mom wasn't feeling good and wanted to go home. Our time there was awesome and the house was perfect! Will rent again in the future!

The house was equipped with everything we required. The quality of the lines and the housewares were very nice. The ambiance at night was comforting and relaxing. The views were absolutely amazing and the sounds of the waves couldn’t have been better. We have family on Galveston island and when they came to visit they also enjoyed the beach house. The weather was to die for and the night sounds off the waves coming on d as hire were amazing as well. Thank you for our stay we loved it.

This house was so perfect for our family. Right on the beach, the neighborhood is very clean, the beach was quiet, and about 20 minutes from all of our dinner spots. We loved our stay so much that we booked another night. Andrew was quick to respond and so kind. We will definitely be coming back!

Such a convenient location being so close to town, super easy to find, and the beach being steps away was amazing. The host was always quick to respond to my questions and was super friendly. We loved this house!! The location was perfect, literally steps from a quiet, car free beach. Plenty of room inside, kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for the little one and even a coast guard approved swim vest! The owner was amazing!!😍 When we had a rough time getting there (due to the airline canceling our flight) he was so understanding and helpful, it really was heartwarming!! I can't wait to book this wonderful beach house again!! Thanks for everything 😊

We loved this house! The location couldn't be beat with super easy access to the beach and views of the ocean from the porch. The owners provided great beach chairs and toys for the kids that were such a great surprise and made the time on the beach even more enjoyable. We had a great trip and can't wait to go back.

The stay and location were great. The only small issue we had, which might have been a misunderstanding, was there was no charcoal for the grill. The listing stated charcoal and grill. There were only wood chips in the grill. No big deal. Everything else was great.

Absolutely wonderful. We just enjoyed our fourth year in Andrew and his family’s home, celebrating our first grandchild’s fifth birthday 😊.
Four years ago, my main focus was finding a ‘no vehicle access’ beach house, since we have little ones.
This home provides easy come-and-go beach access, and an amazing front row view of the beach from the porch!! It works so well for our family that we will continue to make memories every year as long as we can. Thank you Andrew and family 😊.

This is the 3rd year we’ve stayed here. Nice open floor plan, great balcony, right on the beach…all things on my check list!

Overall good experience with the property. Just wish the weather would have been better. My only suggestion would be to update the couches.
