My family and I have been staying at The Sherwin for several years, and this is our favorite unit. Morning sun and afternoon shade make your stay so relaxing! The owner is so hospitable. Plenty of linens and towels make for easy packing. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, since we first began staying here, and they are very nice. The building is in a quiet area of the beach, and is just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We love to catch a baseball game at The Jack if the Tortugas are in town! Do yourself a favor and rent this unit! You’ll have a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

We could not have asked for a better place nor owner. It was perfect in every way! We highly recommend this place and owner.

We had not been feeling well before we left and had cancelled the first 2 weeks of vacation. It was so great to be in the lovely and nicely appointed condo. The views are amazing and I never got tired of both water views. Everything we needed was there and Jeffrey was quick to respond when there was a problem with the ice maker. We felt like different people when we left and are looking foreward to next year.

We just spent 5 weeks in this property. It was everything we’d hoped for, and more. The layout, and position of this property allow for sweeping ocean and/or river views from every room. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The unique design gives you a sliding glass door in every room (including kitchen....very nice touch !). All sliding doors lead to balconies, with private balconies in each bedroom. A second slider in the Master BR leads to the wrap-around balcony, shared by kitchen & living area. All rooms are very spacious and bright, making you forget that you’re in a condo. All kitchen and bathroom fixtures are top-notch, and very tastefully done. Stone floor shower in the guest bath, and DEEP tub/shower in the master provide the perfect combination for couples, or families (there was just 2 of us). The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.), inluding a pantry to store all of your food supplies, and cabinet & counter space galore. There is a dining table which seats 6, and stool seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, with ocean views from both. There’s also a table, with seating for 4, on the wrap-around balcony. Cable tv offers hundreds of channels. There is an iPod dock/sound system (I think that’s what it was) which I did not try. Large screen flat panel tv’s in each bedroom, as well as the living area. Both bedrooms have a LARGE walk-in closet. Each of which could handle a year-round wardrobe. There are 2 separate linen closets stocked with more bedding and towels than you will possibly need, and a laundry room (in condo) with full size (large) washer and dryer. This building is angled, meaning that it was not positioned parallel to the beach, as most of the buildings are. This unique feature, and the position of the condo, is what gives this property a direct ocean view, as well as a long view north up the beach. And it provides views up and down the intercoastal as well. You can also clearly see the Daytona Speedway, 5 miles away, and the Daytona bridges, several miles away. The pool & ocean are steps away, there’s a large hot-tub and a game-room with ping pong & pool table at the garage level. There is garage parking for one, and unlimited out-door parking. The owners also provide a few beach chairs & boogie boards, for your enjoyment. Needless to say, we loved everything about this unique property.

Loved staying here-everything we needed and felt like home! Also, enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The owner was very nice and available if needed.
