The property, owners, and beach were perfect and everything we needed was within 10 minutes of the condo!

We are completely enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities needed for a fun stay. The view is amazing and we loved seeing the pelicans fly by. The property and beach are perfectly located for a family friendly experience. The beach isn’t crowded and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo are so convenient. We loved waking on the beach to the nearby state part pier, snack shop and to local stores. It has all the benefits of being in a beach city while not being on the strip and avoiding the traffic and crowds. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Vicky!

This 3 bedroom unit is perfect. It’s nicely decorated, has awesome views and the AC works great when it’s 98 degrees outside. We will rent this unit again.

Beautiful, Clean condo. Perfect location to enjoy the nature near St. Andrews State Park-we saw a deer at 5 am, 4 Manatees, Manta Ray, Skates, dolphins ,baby & big sharks. Crystal Clear water all week-amazing! Hints:Make sure you adjust dryer to the highest drying setting to dry in one cycle. Unit has 2free beach loungers with umbrella-super nice -we booked same one for whole week on the day we arrived. We also rented a few paddle boards for a couple of days as well. *some ceiling damage in owners suite. All your cooking supplies but didn’t have a large crock pot (they do have small one & air fryer) Also friendly staff & met a few really nice owners during the week as well. Great place to stay with a family ❤️

We've been vacationing to PCB for years and this condo was the best we've had by far. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all you need for your stay. We felt very "at home" while staying here. The location is great...the quieter end of Thomas drive right near St Andrew's Park.

Nice roomy condo, with comfy beds, kids toys are a plus, and the beach chairs were a bonus.

Condo was amazing. All room were very modern. Everything was clean. Had beach items for kids and adults already there. Location was perfect next to St. Andrews park and the marina. Not near the traffic on this side of PCB.

Excellent communication with owner before, during and after stay. Questions answered quickly. Accommodations exactly as described, photographed. Perfect for family of six. We really only needed clothes and food..easy check-in/check out. Would highly recommend!

Pictures viewed on line were accurate. Beautiful condo exactly as appears in photos. All the required kitchen supplies provided (i.e. pots pans, silverware, etc.). Comfortable beds. Difficulty understanding TV carrier options, but who needs TV with the gulf view. Will return next year.

This was our first time staying at the Commodore. We love this area for the calm and quiet atmosphere. This condo is updated very nicely and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels and even a small cooler to use. I loved that the bedrooms all had small fans on the nightstands. It was very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom so each couple had their own privacy. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony and it’s multiple seating areas. The beach is big and the chair service is great. My only complaint with this room was the cleaning crew didn’t appear to have swept the floor or vacuumed any rugs and we didn’t have pillowcases in one of the king bedrooms, not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things though. We would definitely stay here again. I will say the pool bathrooms are very small and run down and the building itself could use some tlc. This is no fault of the owner of this unit though, just something to be aware of. All in all we had a great week relaxing on the beach and I can’t wait to come back.

wonderful oceanfront condo. don't stay here because I want to use it again and again lol. mattresses could use updating but that is an ongoing thing with condos and these aren't terrible, just not great. showers are upgraded beyond your wildest expectations. Plenty of ocean supplies in a closet. well equipped kitchen. no real complaints.

Loved our stay! The unit was clean and perfect! The kitchen was truly fully equipped. Honestly not a single complaint! Loved it.

We enjoyed our time with family at this property. The property was very clean and organized and we enjoyed it being close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach! 12 floor! Large balcony! Very close ( walking distance to the state park)! Shopping and food close by. Pool was warm and clean. Condo is gorgeous and very well kept. Everything you could possibly need for your stay!

We have been coming to Panama City for over 20 years now To visit family and usually stay on the lower floors or at the Moonspinner . When reading the reviews on this unit they were all great and the unit had recent updates which always makes it even nicer . Vickie was quick to respond to questions . The unit was very clean and decorated very nicely . The weather was Perfect for us and made it even better watching the sunsets from the balcony. We will sure rent this particular unit again . Sunset Dream was exactly as it is described. The beach is not crowded and you can walk down the beach to the natural Forrest. It’s gorgeous. The condo is wonderful. It’s spacious and was supplied with everything you will need.

This unit is outstanding! There was plenty of room for my family. My children are ages 18 and 21 and enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. All of the appliances are newer and high end. The bathrooms are nicely updated with tile and glass doors. The balcony is one of the largest I have seen and had very nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the awesome view. The beach is not too crowded since there are no real large condos beside it. I felt that the Commodore facility was nicely unkept. We did not use the pool but it seemed ver nice and clean and the water was warm. We had no issues with parking at all and we went in the busy season of July. I liked that the parking lot is directly behind the facility and you can see you car from your floor of the condo. We had no issues with the elevators either. We never had to wait and rarely had to ride the elevator with too many people. There are a couple of close grocery stores which is nice. We did not visit St. Andrew State Park but it is very close and someone told me they found a lot of nice seashells there. You can see the pier at the park from the condo but it is far enough away. So, you don’t have to worry about people fishing. This is definitely our new happy place and plan on going back next year.

From the simple check in process, quick response time from owner for my code because I overlooked email containing it😐, minimal wait time for elevators (less than 3 minutes throughout all seven days of our stay), security, cleanliness of our room, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, and easy access to beach, our group was more than pleased with our choice to stay here. We met several nice people also vacationing and loved the relaxed, family atmosphere! I can attest that this condo is 100% as described! Not sure if PCB will be our vacation destination next year, but if so, I will definitely be booking this condo again!
