Stayed here for a week for our destination wedding with our immediate familes. The house is gorgeous and very open. Nobody felt on top of each other. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean. The outside features were the favorites. We had everymeal outside because that view is spectacular. Did get to see the family of otters that are local residences. Didn't have to contact Rob during stay but he was very responsive prior to arrival. The masterbedroom closet and bathroom is a girl's dream. We did have some wedding photos done there and they are gorgeous. Pool was clean and cleaned during our stay. My family can't wait to plan another trip and stay again.

Rob’s property was in an ideal location. The pool and outdoor living area are the gem of this location. Each bedroom provides a secluded living space if you are traveling with friends or family and need a peaceful retreat. Plenty of bathrooms for a large crowd. We were extremely happy with the communication from the host.

We LOVED this rental and have already told all of our friends about it. It’s literally on its own peninsula, very private/quiet, and has its own launch area for kayaks and paddle-boards. We had quite a few friends over and they were blown away by the property. We grilled and ate out on the porch at a gorgeous wood table for 12, swam in the pool, listened to music, and had the most wonderful getaway. This place is classy, so if you’re looking for a Vegas style party house that will be in a loud area, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you want a quiet piece of paradise, you want to stay here. Rob, the owner, loves right down the street and was super attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a perfect stay! When we first arrived we drove down a long driveway to a “Hidden Paradise on a Peninsula”! Simply amazing views from all aspects inside or out. Spectacular ambience all around. Home has such great character and space galore. The 6 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. Decor was beautiful and the huge pool was a big hit too! We stayed here and had an awesome week for our son’s wedding in Jupiter. We’ll be back again soon. Thanks Rob for being such an attentive host.

While the spot’s a 10, there’s some deferred maintenance. We tried to discuss it, gently, w/ Rob but he took offense. Eg in a side room, we had a BAD carpenter ant invasion with-no joke-1000s of bugs swarming. When we described the time spent dealing w/ them-buying & spraying Ortho Defense around the perimeter-his response was “There were a few ants, get over it” We’re from So FL & not squeamish about bugs,but this was intense. Note that the “GREAT DOCK” offered is in some disrepair-the ladder/stairs down to the floatdock, where you would dock your boat is in decay, with shards of rust poking out. Be careful. & if you bring your own boat, use a cover bc there’s a tree that drops sap/seeds that stain deck & cushions. Bring your own basic toiletries and paper products. We got only ½ a roll of TP in ea. room. No soap/shampoo; no tissues; no trashbags; & only 1 roll of paper towels. Ok to supply-if you know in advance-but all were listed as provided when we booked. Rob has now deleted some of those items from the list but make sure to check. But the site’s lovely, water serene, & we were surrounded by family & friends for my mom’s bday-note, we had 18 ppl (including the 10 of us staying at the house) for dinner one night which Rob says he should’ve charged xtra for, but didn’t-so clarify the policy before booking. Some problems but the spot itself is great. As long as you don’t mind the gruff owner, no soap, etc, & swarms of ants, you’ll enjoy your stay-like we ultimately did.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We had a great weekend and used the house as a place to stay near wedding venue instead of renting multiple hotel rooms. We had a party for people who came to town. Pool was great outdoors perfect views. Only problem was the driveway is very easy to miss and should be marked better.

We were here with my wife, kids, and mother as we convened down here for a wedding. Originally, we were planning to have the wedding in the backyard, but the ordinances changed after booking. The house was spacious with more than enough room, and had a well appointed kitchen. There were decks off of the master bedroom and second bedroom upstairs which gave a great view of the waterway. The back of the house was gorgeous and is picturesque if you want to take family photos. Great sunsets are available, despite the clouds and you have 270° of water frontage on the back. The property is at the end of the street which gives you privacy, and it truly was a peninsula. The pool table and the foosball table were hits with my sons. Also, the baby grand piano in the main room was great as we have several piano players who enjoyed that. The beds were comfortable and the place was cool despite the humidity and heat outside. Rob was super responsive. There were not enough washcloths, and he dropped off new wash cloths within an hour. There were a few minor inconveniences: TV downstairs with volume issues, a few dead bugs, leaves,etc in pool. Because of the thunderstorms that just happened to occur, we did not get a chance to use the pool as much. The kayaks in the backyard would’ve been nice to use as well, and the launchpad is easy. Overall, it was very nice, and it was perfect for our occasion. We certainly will plan to make this an annual trip as we visit my in-laws.

Overall, our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. We rented this property for a family gathering for our son's wedding in Jupiter. The amenities this property had added so much to our stay. The outdoor space, the pool, the canoes and the boat dock were all added bonuses. Our only criticism was the cleanliness of the property. We had some issues with dead insects inside the house. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic spot! So relaxing to hang by the pool with great views! Comfortable home with plenty of space. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect for our family. Lots of indoor and outdoor. The house is well situated for shopping and vacation activities. We had a great time. Robert, the owner, was very accommodating.

This place was perfect for our two families. The kids were able to swim, canoe/kayak, and there was plenty of yard for them to play whiffle ball. We absolutely loved the house and property!

Rob was a great host, quick to respond to any questions. The house is nice, but what makes this rental special is the location on a peninsula overlooking the river and intercoastal waterway. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks and the view! Note that the two "family room" TVs are NOT smart TVs - they do come with cable. However, we brought our firesticks, so our teenagers had all the streaming options available.

While the home needs a little TLC, the property is amazing. The home spacious and can accommodate a large family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron's place and he was very available to us. The property is gorgeous and the yard and patio were perfect for what we were needing, and the house was spacious and comfortable as well. Kitchen could use a little extra cleaning detail, but in fairness I didn't even mention that to Ron (until now, so I'm sure he'll have cleaning crew take care of that). The kayaks were great to have, and my husband was able to catch a Jack early morning. The birds and marine life were beautiful to watch and we even had a group of sea otters run up into the lawn. We rented a boat for a day, which was great too seeing that we had access to the dock. It was a chilled out, laid back experience and we loved ringing in the New Year there (with all the firework views around us as well)!!

Comfortable house on a beautiful peninsula. There’s plenty to do including kayaking, billiards, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the wildlife from the large covered patio. ❤️

We searched for the perfect wedding venue and found it at this beautiful property in Jupiter. Robert was an amazing host as he let us view the property twice leading up to our reservation. He was east to communicate with and made our stay so easy. If anyone is looking for an amazing venue to host the wedding in g of their dreams, this place is it. Little things around the house need some fixing, but overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you Robert for helping us create our dream wedding.

Our wedding weekend here will be one to remember!! Every guest said it was the most magical location and everything was like a fairytale. Even though we live right down the street, the property gave us the feel of being at a destination wedding. There was plenty of space for the ceremony, reception and dancing. Robert was a fantastic host and was very attentive to anything we needed. The process was simple. It was great to be able to have our friends and family stay with us as well. The pool was a fantastic backdrop for ambiance and for our post wedding BBQ. I highly recommend this property!

Everything about this property was amazing ! We came into town with our children and 3 of our grandchildren to celebrate our daughters birthday! The boat dock was super handy because my daughter who lives in Jupiter has her own boat! Our flight arrived early and our host allowed us to check in early which was helpful! The view ( dolphins galore) and the pool were awesome! The outdoor kitchen was so nice to spend time with everyone and the bedrooms were perfect! Complete with a piano and pool table there was fun for everyone! Thank you to the host and we will be back again for sure!

This property is gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. We spent 3 days in the pool and barely left even though the location is convenient and close to everything. Absolutely loved it.

The property was perfect for the yearly family gathering. Close to so many boating adventures, beautiful and relaxing pool/lanai area for kids to play when not on the boat. Wish we could have stayed longer and would LOVE to stay at this property again.

We rented this property for our daughter’s wedding and reception and could not have been more pleased. The pictures and descriptions do not do justice to this amazing property. Every guest raved about how spectacular the property looked and how well maintained it is. Rob is a great owner and is extremely responsive. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Enjoyed a week of rest and relaxation with our entire family. Enjoyed the serenity of the property and the view was simply breathtaking! Perfect for our family of 7 (all adults) - enough room to be together but plenty of space to retreat from the group! Loved it!

Rob's peninsula location is at once private and sequestered from the world, while also being close enough for quick runs to civilization (grocery and beach). The kitchen is equipped for large gatherings and the bedrooms are spaced apart, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bonus area upstairs is a perfect spot for young adults to gather and game. But the key memories of our stay are of countless interactions under the lanai and in the amazing back yard. The views over the inlet are spectacular in every direction, and the pool and green space was enough to accommodate frisbee, football and the occasional hammock. Also, the largest mango tree we've ever seen! Rob was gracious and attentive to our needs. Our favorite VRBO over many family outings throughout the years.

If you're thinking about having your wedding here, do it! The property/ house is beautiful. Rob was very accommodating and even let us see the venue a few months before our wedding!

We could not have selected a better property for our wedding. Six couples , including us, stayed for 4 nights in this luxurious house. We had 45 guest at our wedding , ceremony held in the back yard by the water, all guest were seated comfortably under the covered lanai for dinner. Just an all-a-round great setting, everyone loved it! We had an issue with one of the A/C units and Rob the owner promptly took care of this issue and was accommodating throughout the rental process.
