You can’t get closer to the ocean than this property. Hands down you will NOT regret staying here. This property is easy to get to and secluded. The ocean is steps from the condo and the beach was only for Key Colony Point guests. The majority of the time, only our family was on the beach. The ocean is very gentle because of the breakers located on either side of the beachfront. There is a nice pool for when you don’t feel like salt water. The property has a private pier that we were able to fish from with poles provided by the condo (we caught so many fish!). The layout of the condo is perfect. A laundry room right inside the front door was perfect for getting out of our wet, sandy clothes. The open floor plan of the dining room, kitchen and main living area is amazing. The balcony features a wall sized sliding glass door allowing in the sight, sound and smell of the ocean. There are chairs and a table on the balcony where we ate breakfast and lunch every day. We were also able to watch the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening! The two bedrooms with three beds and sleeper sofa were great for our family of five (15, 14 and 12 year old kids). There were three (that I counted) gas grills on the property that were cleaned every morning. The on site property manager, Elizabeth, was the BEST! She was there constantly during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was an excellent communicator of possible issues (noise, etc.) due to construction in another unit. It made a huge difference to know this information beforehand and we greatly appreciated her transparency. The owner, Ken, was very receptive and in contact with us as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I enjoyed this place! Key Colony Beach is our favorite area to stay and this apartment is in the best location. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Snorkeling, swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock was fun! Definitely will come back.

The condo pictures actually don't do the condo justice. It's a great location, great view, and a well-kept property. We used the condo for a week as a base for running around the keys doing a variety of activities. We would definitely stay there Gain!

The property and condo unit were very nice, you can’t beat the ocean view and you are able to see the sunset from the balcony. My family and I enjoyed everyday. We caught lots of fish from the pier as well as able to see all sorts of sea life (moray eels, spotted eagle rays, barracuda, dolphins and a sea turtle). Thank you for a wonderful stay

We used Ken's property for a family gathering to celebrate my birthday. I have never had a more relaxing vacation. The condo is very comfortable. It is easy for everyone to gather in the dining room, den or balcony since all are large spaces with enough comfortable seating to accommodate everyone. The views are incredible. Like other guests, we could sometimes see fish in the little cove right below the balcony. We also saw a manatee from our balcony. The little cove is a lovely place to relax in the ocean. The property manager (Karen) was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had. The on-site maintenance person (Don) also handled everything quickly and with little to no disruption. We are already looking at our calendars so we can make a return visit to this property!

Wonderful condo. Great place for 4 adults lots of room. Loved the very large patio. We all had a great time. Beautiful place to stay.

The property was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Keys. The balcony was right on the Ocean with the most beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The pool area was very nice and you have a view of the ocean from there as well. If I return to the keys this is where I will stay.

Very nice place in a with an excellent view. Good neighborhood and amenities. A later check out time (11:00 or noon) would be helpful.

Loved this place from the first moment we saw it. Clean roomy, great views, and convenient. I can't think of anything that could have improved our stay. Cost was more than our usual stay, but you get what you pay for, a great place in a tropical paradise.

The condo and property were very well maintained. The condo was more spacious than the photos revealed. The condo has a million dollar view of the water.

This property was exactly what I’d hoped for. Beautiful unit, excellent view of sunset daily (and sunrise from top of stairs outside unit), well maintained grounds and pool. Great location. Highly recommended.

From start to finish this booking was perfect. Marathon is in the middle of the Keys and a perfect Basecamp to explore. The beach out front was a good place to view the sunrise and take a dip. The 84° pool was always a daily event for us. And the Sunsets from our deck were unbelievable every night. The unit is extremely well laid out for entertaining and cooking in, the master suite was very roomy and bright with its own deck entrance. The only thing at all we would change would be the 2nd bedroom is made up of 2 double beds so our other couple could not sleep together, but a small price to pay for this location and unit!

The view of and access to the ocean were fantastic! We saw sting rays, fish, an eel, a sea turtle, and even a shark! I highly recommend this property to those seeking an ocean front location.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated, spacious apartment. Our balcony had wonderful views of the sunset and we saw several kinds of wildlife in the water below. Just around the corner of the building we had great views of sunrises as well. We had all the amenities we needed and loved the location, close to restaurants and groceries.

And that alone--not having to carry a key--going to the pool or the beach or anywhere is something we liked. The condo is spacious and the views from the master bedroom and family room are just pure ocean. Kitchen applicances are new or newly new and the 65" TV was a pleasure to watch.Also there is plenty of closet storage for suitcases etc. so that stuff is out of the way. Last, parking for our third floor unit was covered and near the elevator, and there were several carts to us for luggage and groceries. Small things make the difference.

Key colony is a lot quieter than key west. If you are looking to relax and be able to enjoy the area of the keys it is perfect. The condo was roomy enough to accommodate several people. We enjoyed our stay If we come back to the area, we would stay again.

It was a lovely condo! The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo was spacious and comfortable, decorated so nicely. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Other properties have a bit more of a “beachfront” ( which is not much in the keys) but we didn’t mind ( and we had family staying in the 2 condo complexes next door so used their beachfronts).

Beautiful condo, possibly the nicest property we have ever rented. Completely satisfied, actually impressed with how well the entire property was maintained. On a couple of the days we had the beach all to ourselves. And on a couple of the days I enjoyed conversations with the Don and Mark (maintenance) where they shared some local insider information. Overall my recommendation is if you want a laidback Keys vacation at a beautiful condo this is the spot. I give it 6 out of 5 stars

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, easy going vacation where you can very much so relax by the waterside, pool side and dine on the balcony during any meal or just enjoy a drink overlooking the ocean and get lost in thought or casual conversations with family and friends. Definitely a place we would consider rebooking year after year. The unit is newly renovated with new appliances, bathrooms and bedding. It was incredibly comfortable.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Condo was even better than advertised! Management did a wonderful job for us! You can’t find a better location or place to stay!!!
