We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was responsive and attentive as well as accommodating. The place itself was really nice, and in a perfect location. The beach was 5 minutes away so we biked. The pool was lovely! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos except with new bbq and pool loungers. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a super vacation in a quiet location. We especially made good use of the park pass to gain access to Delnor Wiggins state park which is a short walk or drive from the villa. Tracy and Jon were great to deal with and addressed any issues within hours. Already thinking about staying again next year

Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

Arriving for a work weekend in Naples, my colleague and I were very happy find a very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The house was everything we needed and then some! We were only sorry that we didn't get a chance to make use the bikes, pool, games, and other recreational opportunities!

We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives: -pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc. -beds were extremely comfortable. -check in process easy. -notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay. The negatives: -some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris. -there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing. -some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced. -the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.

Left an apple out to find it half eaten in the morning. My husband looked around the house and found more evidence. Eventually got our money returned but find a place to stay ASAP with a dog. Clearly VRBO Abe owner do not care about health or safety of renters because house was immediately rented again. New renters unaware. Yuck! Never rent here or from VRBO again.

The location of 1 mile from the beach made this a hit with our family! Close to great shopping and not too far from sites. Host went out of her way to get us a new bike pump when needed and assist with needed tools. Kitchen was well equipped and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Very nice property, just like the pics. Kitchen is very upscale and walk out sliders to very nice pool area. Owner is very nice, responsive and customer service oriented. Property is very well stocked/equipped. We would highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to everything we wanted. Comfortable beds and a marvelous pool. Will look for this unit whenever we return to Naples. Tracy was very responsive to whatever we needed, although there was very little that was not already provided in the unit!.

Great house, pool is big, warm and super fun! Huge TVs, location is excellent. Road work was going on out front, but could not hear much inside. Yes we would choose to stay her again!

We arrived on Monday to a message from Tracy letting us know that there was massive street work going on in front of the property. She graciously immediately offered to move us to one of her different properties a few streets over. Not wanting to be high maintenance, we decided to just stay. However after nonstop drilling, dump trucks and the inability to get into our driveway, we took Tracy up on her offer. Her communication and flexibility was so appreciated. Both properties were outstanding. My boys loved swimming in the pool all week. The houses are both stocked with so many amenities, including everything you Need for the pool and beach, as well as fully stocked kitchen items. I would definitely recommend any of her properties based on her communication and overall care about her guests stay. Thank you so much again, Tracy. Our week was wonderful

This property was great! The house is just how it looks in the photos, it was very clean and has a great layout. You have everything you need for your getaway.

Amazing vacation, just too short! This home is perfect, so very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors - beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas. Tracy is a wonderful and helpful owner. We will definitely be renting again. Our dogs had a blast at the nearby dog beaches, and very much enjoyed our boat rental at Marco Island. The Delnor Wiggins State Park is beautiful. A week is not enough to do everything in the area. Best place to stay!

Perfect 5 day getaway to celebrate our daughters college graduation. Pool and backyard was exactly what we needed to relax. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bikes and local restaurants. We would recommend for small parties who want to relax.

Everything about the home was wonderful! Great location - walked, biked or drove to the beach daily. The pass to the state park was so appreciated. The pool was huge and wonderful - loved using it day or night. This was probably the best stocked home we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach chairs were top of the line and there are plenty them. Beach towels and umbrellas as well. We didn't need to bring anything with us as the owners provided it all. The bikes were wonderful and in great shape. Can't say enough good things about the home, the owners did a great job making it a perfect vacation rental. We hope to make it an annual trip!
