The cabin was perfectly situated just outside the main Gatlinburg strip, walking distance to a great alpine roller coaster, but also on the “pigeon forge side” of Gatlinburg so we didn’t have to drive through heavy traffic to get to areas of interest in Pigeon Forge. Also, the creek in the backyard made it feel like a real mountain vacation. Our kids had a blast! My mom broke her leg at Dollywood so the first floor bedroom and spacious bathroom were such a blessing to maneuver a knee scooter. Cabin was well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Very timely correspondence with host. Easy checkin process. The highlight of the property is the easy access to downtown and the creek/stream behind the property. There was minimal road noise because of the stream. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this location. The property could use an overall deep clean, but the rooms/furnishings were well suited for our large group.

Our favorite feature is the river just behind the house. House is very spacious. The game room has a door so we used for toddler with our own blow up mattress which left 4 bedrooms for grownups. Short walk to trolley stop and to town. We rode the trolley around to see everything.

The house and location were great and access was easy. It would have been helpful if the house number was in the house as I didn’t copy/paste the VRBO ID number for easy access. I’ve never searched for the house via this method previously. Also, it appears that a hot tub had just been delivered and the top as well as other parts were delivered just inside the kitchen door so we had to move everything to get inside.

Second year in a row we rented this property loved the river in back and being able to walk to town. Loved the quietness of the location the kitchen was well furnished and had plenty of everything. Would rent it a third year definitely. (GREAT)

Kids and adults loved being on the river. Loved the house with big dining table. Plenty of seating room. Well equipped kitchen. Beds slept very well.

Having 'friends' tickets to Dollywood, my husband and I invited 2 of my brothers w/wives and a friend couple. We were not too far from Dollywood and enjoyed a day there. Most of our time was in Gatlinburg, which had the art and crafts show in town. Although all in our group was 68-80 yrs old, we could walk to the strip for shopping and dining with no problem! The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace to take the chill off after sitting on the deck, overlooking the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy to rent the property and the owner answered any questions I had immediately! It’s equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this rental.

This is a very nice house located on the Little Pigeon River and an easy walk into Gatlinburg. There were 4 of us ladies that spent a long weekend. Having the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it really convenient. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. It was really nice to be able to sleep with the windows open and listen to the river. We even saw a bear climbing the hill on the other side of the river. We had all of the equipment kitchen supplies that we needed. We would definitely stay here again. But, there are a few things that could make it a little nicer. Although it looks like normal housekeeping does a good job, the house really needs a good deep cleaning. I dropped an ice cube that melted and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black. So, the floor needs mopped. There is a lot of dust on the wall hangings and other areas. The walls and baseboards could definitely be wiped off. The kitchen trash can is annoying as the lid will not open when you step on the footpaddle. And although I had no trouble climbing into the high bed, my friends are shorter and would have appreciated a step stool. But, I did get a good chuckle out of seeing them jump, climb or roll into their beds. I don't mean for my negative comments to necessarily be bad, just suggestions to make it better. But as I said, we would definitely stay here again.

We love this house! A great place for multiple generations of family to gather together in a beautiful spacious well appointed house. You get the peace and tranquility of the river right off the main road into Gatlinburg.

The home was spacious and accommodated our group very well. Each couple privacy and their own bath. The location is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The rooms are large, well decorated and include lots of windows.

We absolutely loved being right on the water! It was so peaceful. The property is close to the main strip but still feels away from it. The property is very spacious. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. Everyone had a great time.

Everything was great! Plenty of room for two families and didn’t have to fight the traffic on the strip. The sky lift is just about a mile walk. The beds are very comfortable and the deck and River access is wonderful. The kids played in the water everyday but keep an eye out, whad to call them quickly back one afternoon because a big black bear wandered right down the bank.

Awesome rental, very clean with a nice view of the river! Within walking distance to Gatlinburg with many options for entertainment!

Could not have been more happier with this cabin. A beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Mornings on the deck watching eagles on the creek. Evenings eating great dinners and retiring to very comfortable beds. Fishing or tubing with the kids. This place has it all.

The house was the perfect size for our family. We had 6 adults (3 couples), 2 Teenagers, 1 toddler and 1 infant. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was a good size and was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The dinning room table was large enough for all of us to sit around. Proximity to the river was great. While we were in walking distance of the trolley system, we did not use it because it was always FULL. However, we did walk up the strip and it was no too bad of a walk. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Property is as described. Beautiful view an access to Pigeon river. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice cool AC. Nice pull out for a 4th bed room for kids. 4 bathrooms was a big plus.

This property is AMAZING. Everything is perfect. The location is the upmost important part giving everyone access to Gatlinburg within walking distance. The river is beautiful and plenty to do such as fishing, wading around the rocks, the sound, and grandkids playing in the water for hours. You feel like you are secluded but the walk into town is about 10 minutes and you hardly know your that close to town. Parking and driving in Gatlinburg can be a nightmare but not staying at this location. The home itself is wonderfully laid out. So much room for everyone to have space for eating, relaxing, and sleeping. Four bedrooms upstairs had bathrooms to each. The main bedroom downstairs was perfect for the older couple (me and my husband). One bedroom had a pull out couch bed and our 16 year old son that is 6'4 and 250 pounds slept perfectly. ALL of the beds were VERY comfortable. Not many channels on tv to watch but we were not there to watch tv and the few channels available made the kids happy!! The kitchen and ALL utensils were great. Made huge pot of spaghetti and had everything I needed. There is even an ice maker in the freezer which is always nice! The table allowed EVERYONE to gather for meals and activities such as games, coloring, etc. I can't stress how CLEAN everything was. We rent quite a few properties throughout the year and this by far was the most perfect in everyway. Caught a few fish, saw the Eagle multiple times. No bears on our visit and liked the security of the trashcans being bear proof or resistant just in case! 9 of us 6 adults, 2 younger kids and a baby all took showers with plenty of water pressure and no loss of hot water...Brilliant! I could literally sit for hours on the balcony just listening to the water from the river watching birds, chipmunks, squirrels, and the eagle roam around. Ordered pizza delivery and no issues finding the cabin which was great. Really nice grocery store just a few miles down the road to stock up the cabin. We will definitely be back again and possibly rent from Myra's other locations. I can't give enough recommendations on this cabin...it is perfect in every way!! Everyone had access to wifi for checking emails, texts, which was wonderful. Plenty of parking with no issues of getting in and out to leave for other town visits!! We will be back very soon to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at River’s Edge! The house is beautiful with plenty of room to eat, sleep and hang out. The sound of the river is mesmerizing. My husband fly fished a few times and caught one! It was an extremely busy weekend so we didn’t venture into town much, thankfully this property is on the edge of Gatlinburg so we did not have to drive through town. Even though there is one bedroom on the main floor I would not count on elderly or disabled people to sleep there as the bed is extremely high... we had our Grandmother who is disabled with us but thankfully she was able to walk up the stairs and stay in the den (pull out couch) which was low enough for her to get in and out of. The TV’s are difficult to figure out and only a few channels are available but the weather was so nice it did not really effect us. We had campfires every night and the house is so comfortable. The check in/out process is very easy and the kitchen has everything you need to make some meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Myra’s rental was the perfect home base for our family. We loved venturing into the national park to explore and hike during the day, then fishing or venturing into town in the evening. Myra was exceptionally responsive to all of our needs.

The place was great and the stream out back provided both relaxation for the adults and enjoyment for the kids. We highly recommend this location!

The cabin was AMAZING! The cabin is well taken care of and the location is absolutely perfect! It is beautifully tucked on a street near town, right on the mountain river. Be prepared to drink a cup of hot coffee near the roaring fireplace or to cast all of your cares away as you soak in the scenery from the balcony. Thank you again for hosting us! We truly hope to be your guest again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful our family had so much fun. The kitchen was stocked better than any other kitchen that we have rented. We didn't want for any kitchen needs. Perfect house for a family! Plenty of space and a fully loaded kitchen to cook meals. We walked to town one night, which was only a 10 minute walk. Only recommendation would be to add a pool table or ping pong table to the spare room. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for three nights the week before Christmas with two sets of parents and four adult children. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The size was perfect for our group. We were all able to sit comfortably in the living room and dining room. There was a fireplace with an easy on-off switch and even a Christmas tree! It was about a 15-20 minute flat walk into the heart of Gatlinburg, which was great since traffic was terrible in downtown Gatlinburg. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owner was very responsive to our questions regarding the TV/cable and sent someone to check on it within minutes of our contact. As a side note, the SEC Network wasn't available in the cabin, but the owner advised she was changing her cable service soon. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, location close to town so you can walk. Loved being on the river listening to the running water very relaxing, clean beautiful property would rent it again. To bad the fireworks show was canceled in downtown Gatlinburg but maybe not net year.

This property will not disappoint! We had enough space to spread out the four families that stayed but great rooms to gather for meals and games. The river outside was so soothing ad the girls loved exploring. Bonus, the house was decorated for Christmas!! We will be returning and maybe moving to the 5 bedroom property to add one more family.
