We’ve stayed at Double Down for 2 years in a row and can’t imagine there is anywhere more perfect for our family. They always have everything we need and plenty of room for our entire family. Clarissa is a great host and always so good with communicating throughout our stay. You can’t go wrong with staying at Double Down. We hope to be back again in 2025.

This is our 3rd year at Double Down and we love it every time! The house is big enough to fit multiple families and all their needs. The house comes with all the amenities needed plus the extra helpful things like beach towels, wagons and other such items so you don’t have to overpack. The beach access across the street makes it so easy for beach set up and getting kids over there quickly and safely. The white sand and ocean are beautiful and in the perfect spot away from the busy side of PCB. Clarissa is always super responsive and such a great host. We can’t wait for our 4th year here next year!

The house is amazing! It has everything you need to relax, cook, have your own family movie night, games and books galore! Management is very responsive to questions and any inquiries you may have. We loved our stay!

Wish I could give 10 Stars! This is our third year in a row staying at Double Down! We have Family coming from CA, UT, TN and PA to gather for our Annual Family Vacation and its been Perfect! So much room for us all and the location to the Beach is Fabulous! The home is always spotless and has everything we need! Clarissa is always available for anything we need and response time is spot on! We will be back again next year! Thanks for making our time at the Beach like Home!

Double Down is a beautiful home right across the street from the beach! We have family reunions every other year so this is our second year and worked out great! We have 6 familes coming together with many toddlers ! It really works for each family because they have created each room with King Size Beds (one queen) all with your own personal bathroom! All rooms are updated and house is decorated beautifully. The house also has a house with a small pool in back yard ! That works great for the little ones to play before they get their naps! The neat thing about the house is that it has 2 complete kitchens !!! First and Second Floor. The Second Floor has the long kitchen table plus the kitchen island has chairs to seat the big families for our great family dinners!! The views are great from all floors! Patio sitting on Second Floor is comfortable. If I could recommend something it would about the grilling. Great memories for our familes!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Double Down on our beach vacation. There were 19 of us, with 5 different families and there was so much room for each group to have what they needed! The house was nice, clean and everything in working order. We especially enjoyed how well-stocked it was with beach and pool supplies, kitchen utensils, spices, etc. We’d love to stay there again!

We can’t say enough good things about this place! This is our second year in a row staying with 8 adults and 9 kids (ages 2-8) with more than enough room! Clarissa is always very communicative! The house is always in good clean condition. They have everything you need at the home (kitchen fully stocked with appliances, plenty of games to play, towels and all the beach equipment you need! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had 4 generations of family together for a week and it was wonderful! The house is fully stocked and had everything you could need, for cooking and having fun at the beach or in the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is just as advertised. It was very clean and was in a very convenient location right across the street from the beach and near lots of other fun things to do. The host were extremely nice and responded to messages fast. I group would definitely stay here again if we are back in this area. We travel a lot and I'd say this is the nicest home we have stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The kitchens both had more than enough of everything and even had spices and stuff in the cabinets! The pool was very clean and the outdoor space was well maintained! The goodie bags on the counters were also great! Thank you! We are already planning on staying again!

I've taken my large family to the 30A area 7 times. WE normally stay in Rosemary but decided to try this spot...and glad we did. What is so great about Double Down is how close it is to the beach. If you are traveling with a family going back and forth to from the beach to the house is SO MUCH easier - way more convenient for parents and fun for the kids! The house is very spacious (incredible bathrooms!) and the Owners did a great job with the beach décor and awesome kitchen. Highly recommend. Had a super great time!

This is our second time staying at Double Down and it was not only exactly as we remembered from our last stay 5 years ago, but if possible even better. The location is ideal - perfectly situated across from the beach but still easy to get to stores and shops for groceries and supplies. It’s an easy trek to Pier Park for some fun and shopping in one direction, and a quick drive to Rosemary Beach for a little escape and good food. The house has everything you need and is incredibly well kept. Wonderful to have the pool as an alternative to ocean-shy kiddos or double red flag days. Clarissa has always been a lovely host and is so easy to communicate with. Thank you for having us again!

Everything about Double Down was great! we had plenty of room for 18 of us and the time we spent on both balconies in the evening was priceless. We have already booked again for next year! Great spot for sure!

Ok where do I start!! This place was simple amazing. My family had so much fun. There is nothing like family coming together to celebrate togetherness. The house was so beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was so clean. The host was just awesome. She accommodated us in every way possible. I went online to look for other Lazy Vacations properties but didn’t find any. The house live up to the standard of Luxury. We will be back! Thanks again!!

The house was plenty big for the four families we stayed with. We loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms and ample seating areas! The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. The house was also extremely clean, which made us all feel like we could relax and make ourselves at home. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was super clean and well stocked with kitchen,bath and beach esentials. I would say if you are considering "Double Down" that you will be making a great choice on a great place to stay.

PERFECT house for our Family Beach Vacation Reunion! House is very large, decorated beautifully, new or like new appliances and stocked with all the basic items needed and more! The 1st floor living area was perfect for our handicapped family member with a large enough gathering area to accommodate all 15 of us so she could join in our family dinners without going up stairs to main kitchen area. Easy access to outdoor pool area and private patio which was also amazing! Easy close beach access made it a breeze to enjoy our days on the beach. Best Owner and Assistant I've booked from in years, easy communication and available if/when needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS VACATION HOME!

We've been going to PCB for numerous decades now and usually go through a common struggle - the place might technically be able to accommodate our family, but at the expense of pull-out couches or a couple of floor mats here or there. This was the first condo that has been able to accommodate our family. Seriously...we have tried a lot of condos over the years, but this one was just something else. The decor really stands out, the living rooms are spacious, the dining room tables can house EVERYONE, and the two kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor are just perfect. We had a family with a one-year-old that was able to comfortably live on the first floor (another bedroom housed my parents), while some of the other other families took bedrooms on the second floor. I was amazed at how little I heard of the usual pandemonium that is my nephews and nieces reuniting for the summer (I stayed in the special suite on the third floor, which was exceptional). Having that kind of segregation just makes the stay even more enjoyable while excelling at comfort. Last, the third floor can yet house more families as well as rooms for any children or teenagers. The balconies have furniture, which was perfect for my nieces and nephews to go out and hang for some quality time. We all really loved the place and can't say enough about it. The condo is in a great spot. Most notable is its proximity to a Winn-Dixie grocery...that's incredibly useful if you forgot something or just want to run and grab a ton of...whatever! We never had to travel too far to go to any of our usual haunts, and the beach access was very simple. In that same vein, the condo had a couple of buggies you can use to carry down your beach items. There are loads of beach towels that are provided, too, in case any family is lacking, as well as chairs and even beach toys or items you might want to take. The pool is nice and cozy, where it feels like it's just you and your fam having a nice little pool outing. The style of the back pool area is really awesome - there is a grill, which we did not use, but you could easily have a grand time out there if desired. It's worth noting that the owners were incredible at responding to any questions or concerns. Clarissa was always prompt and helped with any questions we had; she was also very understanding of any situations/concerns that arose, so know that you are dealing with good people that will listen and respond to you. I think the review is pretty clear, but if you are still trying to decide, by all means pick Double Down - I promise you won't regret it!

This house was ideal for for a fun family trip to Panama City Beach. It was well-supplied, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, with wonderful bathrooms! I loved the showers! The only negative, were the number of rules (trash, towels, sheets). I understand the need. I know this is a spring break destination and I am guessing you have had some bad guests. I was also disappointed when I tried to book the house for next year and the price hike was quite high!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here several times with three generations including 20-21 people. The house is well kept and spacious. We have room to spread out as well as room to gather together for meals, games, and movies. All 20 of us can eat together in the main living area. We enjoy having a king size bedroom with private bath for each of the adult couples in addition to plenty of sleeping areas for the grandchildren. I've never met the owners, but they are so pleasant to deal with when I have questions or a problem arises. The area is away from the busy parts of Panama City, so it's much quieter, although it is continuing to grow. We hope it remains less busy. It's also close enough to drive to all the PCB attractions. We plan to stay here again and again.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The pictures don't do the house justice. The home is so much more amazing in person. Communication was perfect, arrival and check out were a breeze. The area is so convenient, publix is just down the road and lots of Uber Eats or Door Dash delivery options. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Book it now... you won't regret it!

My family had a wonderful stay at this perfect vacation home. The house was even more beautiful in person! We had plenty of room for all 17 to fit comfortably. The beautiful beach was a very short walk just across the street. The location was prime with all the restaurants and shopping nearby that we could ask for. We also enjoyed mini golf and gulf world which were near by as well. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thanks for all the great memories with my beloved family of 18!!

This is our second stay at Double Down. On our first stay we rented the entire house to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our entire family of 17 people in June of 2020. This time it was my husband and I enjoying our stay on the lower level. This suited our needs perfectly. The house was very clean and spacious with modern appliances. The location was perfect for us also. There's shopping close by and parks well within driving distance. We enjoyed the beach across the street as well. We highly recommend Double Down and we definitely plan on staying next year.

I had an amazing time at Clarissa… Me & My family of 15 had plenty of space, the 3 level home made my crew feel like they was in another world.. We didn’t have any issues the home was perfect!.It was close to everything, right across the street from the beach .. Also the ppl are so nice.. I will be back only the next time it will be a girls trip..

We had a group of 20 adults and we had an excellent time. Property was well equipped and centrally located.

All the rooms were spacious and fit my family of 18 just perfect. The double kitchens made it easy to have that late night snack or cold glass of water w/o walking down to the bottom floor. Didnt know it was available but the pack in play came in handy for my nieces. Just a short walk across the street and there's three beach. You can see the flag from house shoo you know if it's safe before even leaving. My family definitely enjoyed it. Will be booking in three future & telling others.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation to the beach. It was tough to find one house that accompanied 7 adult couples but this house did it perfectly. The beach access was second to none, of course without being directly on the water. Clarissa was great and timely with communication. The price was very affordable as well! Will hopefully be booking this one again next year!
