Property was excellent. Easy communication with the owner. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. When the beach got too hot the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location close to the beach. Quiet and spacious. The house is great but needs some deep cleaning around the kitchen area. Appliances need some updating.

i loved this property! it was great bc my husband was able to cross the street and fish. The house was clean. the only thing is when we got there the fridge wasn't cooling so we had to put most of our stuff in the freezer but by the next morning it was working again. overall i would rent this property again!

This condo was a great location to the beach. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun. This was our second time to spend vacation at Noth Padre and will definitely be back. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any of my questions.

Our time at this condo was just as good as last time. The pool is a kid favorite. From the garage game room to the cable tv the kids stayed busy while not at the beach. The beds are comfy, the AC cools extremely well and the open floor plan downstairs keeps the family engaged during dinner time. The location is on the quieter side of Whitecap Beach. The view from the master bedroom of the canal is bliss. The house was clean and ready for us. The owner/manager was super accommodating dealing with having to reschedule due to Covid restrictions and beach closures. Enjoy your stay!

From the start to end this location was everything that we remember it being. The location is close to a public beach and still far enough to avoid the traffic of the beach. Staying here has made my wife and I really consider purchasing a rental location ourself so we have a place of our own when al our kids move out.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a good time in the pool which didn’t get too busy at any point of our stay. Drove up to the beach which was a couple minutes away and bought a $12 parking permit good for the year. Host also notified us that they would have a turtle release that weekend which was a great experience. Overall great stay.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 plus my mom and sister. There was plenty of room for all of us. We all loved the location as well! There was something for everyone either in walking distance or in less than a 10 min drive. I loved the access to different beaches as well as fishing spots! We will definitely be visiting again!

I have used homeaway for the past several years to find nice, affordable beach rentals. This was the first time we have had such a large party (5 adults and 2 teenage boys). We needed someplace large enough for all of us to be comfortable. This place was PERFECT! We had room for everyone! The owner is very nice. The property comes equipped with every kitchen alliance you could possibly need. We couldn't find any wash cloths specifically for the kitchen, but there were enough towels. There is a gas grill and a small hibachi grill. All in all we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again if we ever need someplace that big again.

The perfect place to enjoy the beach with the family. Beach access is a short two block walk from the condo or if you choose to drive on the beach the access road is about 4 blocks away, be sure to get a beach parking pass first at the Stripes gas station. The condo was spacious and inviting we relaxed and enjoyed our time on the beach and at the condo. It had everything we needed we cooked quite a bit and grilled out a few times. The owner was wonderful.

The property was perfect for my family and pet to enjoy a weekend away at the beach to celebrate the end of summer before heading back to school. The condo was well outfitted with everything you needed and the property manager was excellent. Definitely going back again!

Nice quiet private location; good room for 8 people; loved the pool access and the grill and grilling area. Great place to stay to enjoy the beach!

It was very nice & clean & beds were comfortable & my grandchildren loved playing pool on the pool table & they are ages 16, 17, 18 & 20 & usually play video games but they didn’t play much this time because they also have cards & board games. The pool is small but not many people there & love sitting on the balcony at night over looking the pool. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Amanda! I got to meet Amanda & she is so nice.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. This is the second summer we’ve been back and this time we brought the entire family! We rented this unit and a separate unit (Unit B) for our entire group (16) to stay. There was plenty of bedrooms and enough space for a few air mattresses and also the couch converts into a pull out bed. The bathrooms were good, a half bath downstairs, a full bathroom for the two bedrooms to share and a master bathroom. We enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. Having the laundry room on hand was great. The garage is converted into a game room and we completely utilized this awesome feature. The game room included a pool table, dart board and there was a poker table cover in the front closet had we wanted to lay that on top of the pool table and play some cards or poker games, there were 4 extra folding chairs too for games or for extra seating and a poker game set.. The back patio was literally feet away from the pool which was a huge highlight and the upgraded gas grill was an awesome surprise as we enjoyed cooking every day and night. The short walk to the beach was not a hassle at all! In fact the proximity of this unit to the public beach parking lot was a straight shot. At the public beach parking lot there are actual showers and decent bathrooms which are perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. In front of the complex there is a private fishing spot in the bay where we caught several fish. Also, this particular condominium complex only has 10 rental units making the pool practically private. While we were cruising on the island in the beach buggy to other condominium complexes most had about 20-30 rental units all sharing the same pool. For the entire week we stayed we rarely had to share the pool at all and it is a nice size pool. The owner is very easy to work with. All in all, for the price point and location, our family felt like we had it all at this beautiful island getaway! Thank you, Amanda!
