Great location one block to Moonlight and one block to PCH. Renee is super responsive and made sure we knew where everything was and were comfortable. Even left us a gift card to a local ice cream shop. I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

We selected this property for its location and layout. The correct number and size of beds is always important for our family of 5. The property manager’s instructions were prompt and well organized. The house itself has such helpful amenities (lots of beach towels, outdoor shower with hot water, soft clean linens, kitchen with many items for preparing meals.) We were so happy with the walkable location to the beach and restaurants. While we did have a rental car, it got to spend a lot of time in the nice clean garage. Thanks for a great stay Renee!

This home is fantastic! Beautifully appointed and everything you need is provided for cooking. It is also so nice to have things like paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo, and other personal items provided. The location is perfect! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Renee is wonderful and very helpful in all her communications. The beds were very comfortable and the baths spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely return!! Thank you Renne!!

We love to visit Encinitas (our former home 10 years ago) with our family of 5 when we visit San Diego to see family and friends and this was by far our favorite rental property we have stayed in. It's price tag is well worth it, the short walk to the beach means that you don't feel pressure to stay all day and an just relax and not take all the things with you. The house is well and perfectly stocked with beach chairs, roll up beach mats, sand toys galore and plenty of beach towels! the outdoor shower was a favorite part of this house and made cleaning up the kids a much easier process after beach time! The kitchen was really well stocked with all the things we needed and there were some welcome snacks and sports drinks provided when we arrived. One of our favorite parts was how nice and private the yard is. We had friends and family visit and almost everyone commented on this. One thing good to be aware of is that the patio is not a solid slab, it has these decretive strips with bricks so adults and kids alike need to just be aware when walking, running, skipping, etc. ;-) Renee was super nice and came and took the trash and recycling bins out for us so we didn't have to worry about that either, she was super great with communication and very accommodating, definitely a fantastic host! Overall we were thrilled with our stay and plan to stay here on return trips. Food note: We did plenty of our own cooking but were really pleasantly surprised with the ease in getting very specific diet restrictions (gluten and dairy free) met at local restaurants which was super nice when we were exhausted and hungry from a day of fun.

This home provided my family with a wonderful 3 day weekend. Great location, easy access to beaches amd town.

We wanted a family trip close to the beach where we could relax together. My husband and I have 2 young children ages 5 and 2. The proximity to moonlight beach is great. We went to the playground there with the kids multiple times a day. The house is fully stocked. Nothing was needed. You can tell the owners of the rental property take pride in their house. We felt very welcome

We had such a relaxing, quiet, fun stay at this lovely, well-kept beach cottage snuggled right in the hear of Encinitas. Great house with happy vibes for our family of 5 with a fully-stocked kitchen. The owners have thought of everything! The host was quick to reply and thoughtful about our stay -- welcoming us and responding to any questions. The location cannot be beat - stroll to the beach or dinner, walk to your morning coffee at Lofty and the best is falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. We can't wait to stay again!

We loved our stay here. Everything was exactly as it said it would be. Renee was thoughtful and responsive and the property was so great for our little family of five.

We couldn’t have asked for a cuter house or a better location - two blocks from Moonlight Beach, and two blocks from a wonderful coffee house and plenty of other shops and restaurants. Renee was such a thoughtful and gracious host, and we can’t wait to come stay here again!

Went for a quick weekend getaway. Instructions and getting in were super easy. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities on the inside to make for an easy weekend. Location is perfect, can get to beach and anywhere in town easily by walking. Outside patio is great too. Really great place. Thanks!

Very much enjoyed this sweet house. The deck and patio are lovely as well. Beds were comfy, and location was peaceful other than the train in the distance which you get used to. Walking distance to eateries and Moonlight Beach. It rained during our stay and the house proved cozy. Nice TV setup with all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend!

We know Encinitas pretty well and this house is a little gem! Everything is in walking distance: multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and lots of retail shops off the main Encinitas strip on highway 101. The house itself was awesome. Little beach cottage with all the amenities and well equipped. Huge secluded patio that wraps around the house with plenty of room for family time and relaxing. Super clean and good effort to keep the house up to date with all the nice beach cottage touches like a outside shower with hot water to wash the sand off. The House is two blocks from moonlight beach which offers playground for the little tater tots, sand volley ball courts, lots of California shoreline, great surf/body boarding breaks, and well positioned life guard towers. Renee, the house manager, was an absolute delight, accommodating and easy to reach if needed. We will stay here again.

Renee was excellent to work with . Our flight was delayed by hours coming in from the east coast . Renee had the outside lights on for us as we arriving in the dark.. Renee was also wiling to work with us on the checkout process. The house was just as listed ! Perfect location ! Great time In Encinitas! Highly recommend this property !

The location was excellent... walking distance to the beach and ice cream. The home had everything you needed. Privacy patio was nice to enjoy meals outside.

This place was amazing! The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. Renee even had extra things like snacks and beach supplies (chairs, boogie board). The location couldn’t have been better. It’s a block from Moonlight Beach and 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. Encinitas is great for a laid back beach vacation with easy access to big city activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Encinitas over a long weekend. The home is great and in a great location. The private garage and other amenities are excellent. We are looking forward to returning again!

Great house. Great location. It was perfect for my family of 4.

The house was just as advertised. It was clean and well equipped (plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics). Location is close to everything; you don’t need a car if you just want to explore Encinitas. If you do have a car- there is plenty of safe parking. The owner was very responsive- helpful with everything from finding a babysitter too mailing me a forgotten item!

Great spot!! Loved the location which was close to downtown and moonlight beach. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for the beach. It was also nice to have a spacious garage to park in and the patio was outstanding. We will be back!

The house is charming and you can’t beat the location. Being blocks to a great park and Moonlight Beach were key to keeping our toddlers easily entertained. The fenced in property also gave us peace of mind while the kiddos were playing outside. So we’ll stocked with beach towels, beach toys, and umbrella.

The house has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds plus a sunroom with two more twin beds. There are two nice bathrooms. The yard is completely fenced and there is parking in the two car garage. There were also two beach bikes, boogie boards and kids beach toys. Very short walk to the beach and good restaurants. There is good wifi and also basic cable (but why watch tv... go the beach!) I would definitely like to stay here again. The only improvement I recommend to the owner is to switch the two twin beds in the second bedroom for one queen bed. That way it would be better for two couples.

My family and I have rented this lovely beach house three different times. We would have stayed there more often had it not already been rented! It is a perfect house for a beach vacation. It is private, quiet, and has everything you need, including a lovely patio where we enjoyed eating meals and relaxing and reading a book. Walking to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. Moonlight beach is a wonderful beach for families with small children or teenagers. There is a snack bar, sand volleyball courts, a nice little playground and good surf! In the evening it is fun to have a bonfire in one of the fire rings. We found the house to be neat and tidy each time we visited. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped which I find important when you are feeding hungry teenagers! If you don't want to cook, no worries. There are many great restaurants within walking distance in all price ranges and lots of nice shops. You will not be bored! There is something for everyone!
