Very happy with the amount of plates, silverware, glassware. Kitchen well stocked, everything easy to find. Loft was perfectfor those folks staying only a few days. Owner was wonderful to work with. SHARC passes are awesome and a great plus.

Sunriver is a community with lots of activities. We had teens that loved the bicycles and SHARC water activities. Kitch was well equipped and the house well sized for 8

This house was a beautiful, well equipped home. You have a very nice kitchen. The first day, we realized one of the water glasses was cracked but we didn’t know if we had caused it or not. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Sharc passes and put them to good use! The master bedroom was a good retreat for my husband. You have created a very welcoming atmosphere and the family had a great time playing 5 Crowns and Uno with 3 generations! Thank you.

This spot is a gem. So many activities to do, for a wide range of ages. The house is well equipped for fun - our children especially enjoyed the bicycles. Thank you!

Seven of us were very comfortable staying in this lodge for a week in spring. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the hot tub was clean and ready to use, the bikes were fun to ride on the many trails in Sunriver, we visited the SHARC, the Village was a short walk, and Mt. Bachelor was about 30 minutes by car. We skied the mountain and used the nordic center. So much to do in the area and the lodge was a perfect place to access the many fun activities.

Four 70-thing active elders, good friends for over 40 years, needed a quiet, relaxing get away after the holiday bustle. We were also celebrating two birthdays and a very recent retirement. The property looked like a wonderful option in Sunriver (where we have visited many times) and it was everything we hoped for. It is spacious and yet felt cozy, and is within walking distance of the Sunriver mall (shops and dining). Very clean with a well equipped full kitchen and a lovely hot tub. We had a great 7 days and even got some snow!

Ron and his wife are the best vaca rental property owners. We have stayed at other properties of theirs in Sunriver for years and this year needed a smaller house for a smaller group and booked this home. Just as with their other rentals- they are the best. Super clean, organized and have everything you need in the kitchen and tons of extra dishes and bakeware and more. Everything is nice and high quality and feels like home. Backwoods is right across from the village and store and a 10 minute walk to the lodge for drinks and cocoa! Cannot say enough good about this home (and their others). Book it! See you next year!

This house was awesome. All the amenities you would want. We had 6 guys stay at this home for a guys golf trip. Close to Bend courses. The owner Ron was very accessible and answered all questions I had. We are looking to stay here again next year for a golf trip. Bonus we had a momma deer and her babies stop by in the yard.

Lovely home just south of The Village. All the amenities were included: SHARC passes, A/C, fully supplied kitchen, hot tub, bikes in great condition, and very comfortable sets of furniture for leisure time. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a cozy home, ideal location, and well-stocked. Being right next to the village but with a quiet loop for kids to ride their bikes around was awesome.
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the railing around the loft. That area is clearly meant to accommodate kids with a full toy bin, kids' books and movies, and twin beds, but unfortunately the banister is not up to code (should only be 4 inches wide). These were so wide, any of the 4 kids we had there (ages 2-6), could easily slip through making it stressful any time they were up there. This is a huge safety hazard and I really hope the owners address this.
Once this issue is fixed, I would highly recommend this rental!

We went to Sunriver with more than 12 families and we had a blast. We rented a total of homes on Backwoods Lane to remain close to each other and it was the best decision. Backwoods lane is a short walk or bike ride to the Village. The bikes available at the home made exploring Sunriver very convenient and the available shark passes were a hit with the kids. Home was well stocked. The only opportunity I saw was the variety of toiletries available. There were only minimal bars of soap and shampoo so if you don’t bring your own you’ll need to buy some at the county store. Also there wasn’t a sponge available in the kitchen sink so we borrowed one from one of the other rental homes. Communication with Ron was smooth. When we needed someone to repair flat tires on 2 of the bikes it was taken care of the same day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sunriver.

We had a great time at this house. Location is great as being able to walk or bike to the village for a quick trip to the grocery store and shops enables independence for anyone who doesn't drive or isn't familiar with the looping roadways. All of the bikes were in good working condition, so our whole family rode the river loop past the airport practically every day. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Had everything we needed for our two week stay. Kitchen was well supplied. Had a nice BBQ we used 4X. Ran out of plastic kitchen trash bags ... but a quick call to the HQ and we had rapid new supply. The Guest passes for the pools/rec center were fantastic!
On the downside (and NOT big issues) ... beds need new sheets (a little on the worn side). The topper in the upstairs Master needs replacement. The tubs drain fairly slowly. And needs to be a bug spraying (Wife's request).

It was the perfect size and place for us 30 something’s to come together! Some of us hadn’t seen each other since high school! Most of us have kids and haven’t gotten away in years without kids. Perfect low key weekend with great weather, even with the thunder storms!

We were a group of athletic directors who were attending a conference at Sunriver and this house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for us all to have some privacy and plenty of common area we could share. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out in a way to facilitate more than one person at a time working on meal prep, cooking, etc. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great property in Sunriver! This was a great place to stay for two lifelong friends, their spouses and combined 6 kids (ages ranging from 4 - 11). Very walkable to Sunriver shops, pool, and ice rink, and a quick drive to Mt Bachelor, snow play areas and Downtown Bend. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the fireplace, living/dining area and loft made it just a cozy place for our families to hang out. The hottub was clean and hot and the sleds in the shed were put to good use, as well as all 8 pool passes that came with the property! This was just overall a great place for our two-family, 10-person group to stay over spring break.

The house was perfect for our spring break . The proximity to Mt Bachelor was the best. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. I liked the nice comfy mattress and the accommodations for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom! We walked to restaurants and shopping after skiing. We would definitely come back. Unfortunately we did not make use of the SHARC passes. Maybe next time……

Our family had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It had a large table for sharing meals and game playing and a nice sitting area for visiting. The hot tub was a perk. It was close to the activities we were interested in.

Overall experience and location was perfect! Rental was clean and ready! Plenty of room for everyone. Only negative was the beds are on the harder side. Other then that this was amazing and I would totally rent again!

Our family had a great time at this home in Sunriver. Perfect for our family of 6; 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 Kids. It was clean and well equipped. Very close to village, lodge and wonderful biking trails. Very handy to have bikes available too.
