We stayed for a few nights at this studio that is in the perfect location. Clean comfortable and literally across the street from the beach. One suggestion would be to possibly have a larger pull out. If you want to fit 4, that bed may need to be a queen. Otherwise we loved everything about the unit and the location. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to all good restaurants, easy access to a beautiful beach. We would stay in the future, except that we would like to be a little closer to where my son lives in St. Augustine. We would also prefer to have a fenced-in yard for our dog.

This rental was hands down the best VRBO rental we’ve stay in at any price, and by far the best managed. Everything is freshly painted, clean and thoughtful - dimmer switches on the lights, loads of toiletries/cleaning products, attractive kitchenware. Easy parking and access to the beach. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer. Huge closet. Just a great find!

Everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The bed was so comfy and everything was sparkling clean and well stocked . The location was outstanding..just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach walk which led to the beautiful beach . Enjoyed morning coffee and evenings on the screened porch . I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again ! Thank you for such a wonderful stay !

We came down for 2 days before cruising out of Jacksonville. The property was perfect for the two of us. Lots to do in the area and the beach was great.

Very clean and well taken care of!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect location, steps from a beautiful very private beach in Ponte Vedra, in a gated community and not far from restaurants, pharmacy, etc.. This is a studio, with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a couple, with possibly one child as there is a pull-out sofa. The condo has been renovated, is very nicely decorated, super clean, and has everything you need: the small kitchen is well-equipped if you want to eat in and there's a nice coffee bar. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and chairs and everything else you might need. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable: extra toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up removal face-cloth, skin cream, etc... We found the owners very responsive to our texts and emails. Just be aware that the front door is locked until check-in time and the code will not work until then. We arrived 15 minutes early and somehow I had missed that information in the many communications the owners had sent. This is a great condo and we definitely will book it again!

Bed is so comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Convenient location to visit our family. Owners very helpful with one concern we had.

We loved our stay, very clean and conveniently located steps away from the beach. Owners of the condo were great to deal with, everything you would need was provided for us! We definitely will be back in the future.

Property was as described, nice and clean. Beach was across parking lot in front of Sawgrass Country Club which had outside dining, pool and bar which we couldn't use. Members only. Would have paid more to be able to get a drink or something to eat while overlooking the beach. We had to go out security gate, drive across street to another security gate, and drive a mile to access pool we could use. Pool there is smaller and depth goes from 4 ft to 6 1/2 ft. It was indicated in rental description that we could not use pool across from rental. There are no amenities available to renters right on premises. Balcony overlooks road in back of property but nice sunset view. Beautiful area and landscaping.

We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend staying here. Beautiful place. Very quiet. Close to the beach/ocean. Pool was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the memories.

Everything as advertised Great location clean and welcoming condo

The condo was immaculately clean. Hosts left it stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, nice shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, and ample coffee pods. The bed had a memory foam mattress and was extremely comfortable. My favorite part of the condo was the screened porch on the back. I spent every morning and evening out there. The television was very nice and the cable and streaming services were good. This condo was way closer to the beach than I expected—literally steps away. The pool is about a mile away and quite lovely. We didn’t use it and I suspect it wasn’t heated because it was empty whenever we walked by. Who needs a pool when you are steps from a basically private beach??

We enjoyed the area and the property . It was exactly what we expected and close to the golf courses we wanted to see and play . The villa is nice for 2 people .

We were ready to get away and have a low technology change of pace. The cottage has warm bedroom, clean bathroom and simple BBQ and gas hob. We were very happy with our stay and would visit again.

The property is clean, convenient with good security. Easy access to a board walk to Ponte Vedra beach. My wife and I chose this studio which is just functional for what we need. Close enough to visit my son's family and grandchildren who live in Vilano Beach. Close to many restaurants and golf courses. We'll come back again.

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay was available. VERY clean, well organized & a walk across the beach club parking lot takes you to the beautiful beach area. Highly recommend.

Such a nice, clean, updated efficiency. Exactly what we needed. The location is great for getting to the beach within a minute’s walk, and lots of restaurants and grocery options nearby.

The studio condo was so well designed- and beautifully decorated. The ocean was a 1 min walk away! Lovely area- great for Long Beach walks! It was quiet at night and I loved that it was a gated community. I will definitely rent again!

We (myself, husband and son) had a wonderful stay. The condo was gorgeous and had many thoughtful touches. The property managers were on top of issues immediately and were very easy to access when needed. The home is very lovely and clean and had everything we needed and unexpected extras on top of that. The beach access was convenient- we just had to cross through a couple parking lots and were there. They had beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. The pull out bed was also very comfortable compared to other pull out beds I’ve tried before. Expect to have a fantastic stay!
