Large condo stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation!

We had a great stay at Patrice’s home and highly recommend it. It’s in a great location for the beach, shopping and sightseeing. There is also a large community pool and clubhouse with amenities.

The house is amazing and we really enjoyed the neighborhood with all the friendly neighbors. The home is very well stocked with everything you could need, a nice screened in porch, and very spacious bedrooms. We wanted a place that had things to do other than go to the beach. This place has an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/ pickleball court, and a place to fish/ crab! The host is extremely responsive and she is very helpful too when our fobs didn’t work the first day! Don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay. It’s an easy 6/7 min drive to Bethany beach/ boardwalk.

This part of Delaware is beautiful in the Fall. This house was located on a tree line street full of autumn colors! The house was immaculate and offered a full kitchen which we appreciated not wanting to eat out every meal. Location was great, a short distance from Bethany, Ocean City, Rehoboth. Our host was spot on with communication, responsive and friendly. I would recommend!

My family and I very much needed this vacation. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and the use of the grill was greatly appreciated. The house layout allowed our family to be together on first floor and yet provided privacy with the provision of 3 televisions on first level. The property owner was timely in responding to our questions and needs.

Everything was as advertised and then some. Patrice was a phenomenal host and available when we had questions. Clubhouse - worth the extra money for nigh swims, as well as when raining, as our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. Location - house is towards the end of the development so it was quiet and very easy to get in and out. Plus, there is a Hocker's Market right down the street for convenience. Porch - screened in porch was a gem for my wife and I to sit after the kids were in bed. No getting bit up and there were fun dim lights you can plug in. Games/DVD's- my family enjoyed a wide range of DVD's and board games when we wanted to relax before dinner or wind down at night. Beach Gear- it was a saving grace Patrice was kind enough to let us use chairs, a cooler, and a push cart for our beach stuff. Hard enough packing the car for a family vacation, but that took the stress off me not having to play Tetris with luggage and beach gear. Beds - The master bed at this home was very comfortable, I slept like a baby every night, so no worries on the a quality mattress here. My kids equally slept great! Only reason I bring this up is because my wife and I stayed in Rehoboth at a rented house last year. The pillows, mattresses, and furniture felt like they were made from cardboard. I didn't sleep the whole week. Probably forgetting a few other positives, but we had 0 negatives. I would definitely recommend this Townhouse and stay here again :)

We loved everything about our week long stay at this home! It was spacious, well stocked and the owner was very helpful. She provided so much detailed information and suggestions. We’ve stayed at many rental properties and this one truly felt like home. If you are traveling with children, I’d highly recommend the extra fee for the clubhouse to use the pools. Pools were clean and not crowded at all (there were times we had the entire indoor pool to ourselves!).
