Beautiful property. The pool area and back garden is private, quiet and very relaxing. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The prefect place to spend a week in Todos Santos.

The hosts were great and very responsive. The house and grounds were fabulous. The neighborhood was sometimes disruptive during the midnight to 6 am period: barking dogs, alarms going off, phones ringing. All beyond the hosts control. The property was hard to find even with directions due to poor signage. Todos Santos was a lot of fun. Nice shops and very good restaurants. We especially enjoyed la morena. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Great kitchen.

We absolutely loved this house & property. The property feels big & really private - the heated pool is the perfect size & temp, the view from the upper deck is an amazing place to watch the sunset, & there are plenty of shaded areas to hang out when you need a break from the sun! The house is also spacious & beautiful, plus it’s well stocked!! You’re also a quick walk from the beach & a couple really lovely coffee shops & restaurants. Finally, the hosts were amazing - really easy to get ahold of via WhatsApp if you need anything. We can’t wait to come back!!

We did our second annual family trip from Seattle to get some sunshine, surf and relax. The house and location are nearly perfect. We were very comfortable in the house, and especially loved hanging out on the back patio in the evenings. Also, the sunset view from the 2nd floor patio was gorgeous. We didn’t cook much but to the extent that we did, the kitchen was large and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s Casita. The property is an oasis, and was the perfect place to hang after excursions to the plentiful beaches in the area. Erik was so responsive and available anytime we needed help or had questions. We will be back!

What a wonderful home! It was spotless, well stocked, and had plenty of room for 6 adults. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool an added plus. We enjoyed the various outdoor areas for eating, lounging, whale watching, and star gazing. It was maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (beautiful, empty, but surf too strong for swimming). Erik always responded quickly to our questions, and even helped us pull off a surprise anniversary celebration despite our late arrival. Highly recommended.

Lovely accommodations in Todos Santos within walking distance to beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Great pool warmed nicely by solar. Back porch/veranda is to die for; lazy mornings with coffee or evening with something stronger sitting in the warm breeze. Erik is very accommodating and responds quickly to communications.

I stayed at Erik’s home with a group of girls for a little beach get away. First off, the house is absolutely stunning. You feel like you’re staying at your family’s beach house and feel right at home. The back garden with the pool and patio is an absolute dream and we spent a lot of our time out there. Todos Santos had an issue with the power grid while we were there and when I tell you Erik went above and beyond to help and ensure we were comfortable, I mean he went ABOVE and BEYOND. Communication was impeccable and he is also the kindest man. You can walk to the beach, along with some great spots for dinner and drinks. We all agreed that we would go back to this property in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a fantastic time, the house is more beautiful in person than it is in pictures and it's already beautiful. Todos Santos is a small town and moving from one place to another was easy. Erik has everything you need in the house guide, it explains accurately where to go to the beach which was very helpful for our group since it was our first time in the area. We enjoyed the pool and just the open space of the house. We would love to go back if we have a chance.

The house is really comfortable, homey, stylish and fits the todos santos vibe. everything you need is there. Erik is great at communicating and answering any questions. The best area is the massive porch, many Yahtzee games were played there while enjoying the outdoors. It was super hot and humid when we were there, the bedrooms were nice and cool & all the ceiling fans helped a lot. Thanks Erik and family for a great week.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable beds, good location (close to beach, restaurants a short drive, quiet neighborhood). Pool was warm and surrounded by pretty garden. Definitely would stay here again!

We are a group of five adults and stayed here for one week - the house was all we hoped for, and in many cases more. The listing photos are all quite accurate and do not do it justice. We loved walking to local restaurants and cafes, the beach and more. Town is very close. We had a wonderful stay.

The welcoming touches such as binoculars to view the whales from the house and pool, soft and cushiony sitting areas throughout the property, and abundance of soft towels were so appreciative. Especially loved the laundry area with the clothesline and exposure to sun. We were inspired by the blooming hibiscus and bougainvillea and roses with the butterflies flitting about. Relaxing and beautiful!

We were a family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The property is absolutely beautiful - lots of outdoor space to hang out, shade trees, and a wonderful pool. The house is spacious and clean, well laid out for a larger group. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. Erik was great to communicate with and prompt if we needed help. Would definitely recommend highly!

My husband and I rented this sweet home for ourselves, our two grown daughters and two children for a week in February. It is a family home, and we loved it's relaxed, easy going feel, especially as we had two small children in tow. The house is mostly set up on one level (except for master bedroom & bath), which was also great with small children. In general, the pools are solar heated in Todos Santos, and it was quite cool when we were there. In addition, the pool is built into the side of the land so you definitely need to keep track of small children if you have them with you! Erik was an exceptionally helpful host: he and his wife live in a small house at the bottom of the property (out of view) when the main house is rented, so he was right on hand if we needed anything and gave us some great suggestions for meals, etc. I loved that it was an easy walk to the beach for a morning walk with countless whales swimming by. The neighborhood has many lovely homes, and there is a lot of building going on in the area. There was a home under construction across the way and we could certainly hear the work, but we quickly got used to it and figured that is just what happens when an area is popular. Fortunately, in this case it was generally just a handful of guys with shovels and a small mixer for making cement:) This is an informal home, full of personal items that reflect the owners' personalities and backgrounds, and we loved that. Upstairs bedroom and deck are magical! Overall, super comfortable and welcoming home...:)

Erik, the primer host was excellent ! He and I were able to communicate via email as well as on What’s App answering any questions . Open floor plan Expansive Indoor & outdoor living spaces and heated pool offered our family a relaxing getaway .We traveled to attend a wedding and we were able to arrange transportation from the property to town so we didn’t need a rental car .I highly recommend this beautiful property in Todos Santos, our family will definitely return. This property was very comfortable for 3 couples travelling. Easy walk to the beach and lots of space in both home and on property. The only downside to our stay, which the host would have no control over, was the noise from nearby construction. There appears to be many homes going up in the area. Erik was a very responsive host and we hope to come back!

This place was just fabulous and Erik was wonderful and easy to work with. The home was lovely, clean and super convenient. We traveled with our 5 and 3 year old children and they had a blast in the pool. Perfect for a family! The home has EVERYTHING you could possible need. Beautiful property! Thank you, Erik! Erik and his wife were incredible hosts. Super responsive and accommodating of our family. This was the first time we were travelling internationally with our one year old twins and Eric helped us figure out how to have the baby gear we needed delivered to an area nearby the house that he was then able to pickup for us. Also when the power went out through all of South Baja both he and his wife showed up to help turn the generator on and make sure we were okay, despite that they also have a restaurant in town to run (La Morena, which is fantastic and highly recommended, best live music and mole in town!). It was very easy to communicate with him via Whatsapp throughout our stay as things came up. This house is excellent for a family, with one master upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs plus a den that could be another bedroom and was perfect as a nursery. It's filled with a lot of personal knick-knacks, art, photos, and other things that bring good vibes to the house. Kitchen is stocked and great to cook in. We hope to stay there again someday!

We couldn't have been more comfortable at this lovely home. Erik and Zara are remarkably welcoming and helpful hosts. The landscaped yard is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting with coffee or a margarita on the covered terrace. Everybody was happy in the pool. Such a restful, gorgeous home to celebrate being with friends and family! And turtles at the beach!

A beautiful house with a pool in a quiet neighborhood at the north end of Todos Santos. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 adults. It is an easy walk to the beach and to several fabulous restaurants, or a short drive to downtown Todos. The pool is a highlight, as are the sundown views of the ocean.

This place is wonderful, even better than the pictures and super clean. The beds were comfortable. The nature sounds definitely added to the good nights rest. This was a perfect escape from the hustle to relax and recharge. Eric, the host, was excellent!

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful with a lovely and clean pool and gorgeous grounds. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was fully stocked. The master bedroom had the most wonderful breezes day and night and we loved watching the sunset from the upstairs deck. We have stayed in Todos Santos countless times and we especially loved this home. Erik was a pleasure to communicate with before and during our stay and was incredibly accommodating to us, helping us to add a day at the last minute and to find a captain to take us fishing. We can't wait to return!

Casa Adobe was everything we wanted for our week in Todos Santos. The home was in a good location, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to downtown with excellent restaurants close by in the neighborhood. It was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely pool and well appointed kitchen. We spent most nights watching the sunset from the roof deck and mornings sipping coffee from the porch. The home was clean and felt very safe with the gated entrance. Erik was very easy to communicate with and was always quick with his responses. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Todos Santos!

we loved our stay here, it was exactly as described, and then some. Erik was beyond helpful at every turn, would stay here again in a heart beat.

I almost cried when we walked through the door the home was so lovely and welcoming. Erik met us there to give us a tour and answer any questions. The gardens are absolutely fabulous as is the ocean view!

The house was very well appointed and Erick was friendly and helpful. The beach was a short walk away and the neighbourhood was quiet. The only complaint was lack of hot water in the master en-suite and kitchen, unless you ran the tap for a long time.

Enjoyed the large outdoor living space - for dining, grilling and watching the sunset on the Pacific. Beach was only a 10 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped and having laundry facilities was great. Erik was very helpful before and during out stay. The place is a peaceful paradise we would all like to return to someday.
