What an amazing condo! We will definitely be back. From booking to departure our entire experience was wonderful. The location was perfect- 10 steps to the pool and 30 steps to the beach. The fact that it was on the first floor made everything really convenient. The beach was by far the nicest beach on Seven Mile. There were other condos we considered booking and I’m so grateful we didn’t. The beach was non existent elsewhere because of how eroded it is. Be careful of the pictures from the other condos- they are deceiving and not accurate. The pictures from this condo are 100% accurate, in fact it doesn’t showcase just how gorgeous the beach and the cove are. The snorkelling was pretty amazing just outside the cove too. We saw fish that we didn’t see elsewhere around the island. It was quiet and clean and felt like we our own private beach! We also loved that there is an amazing pool with swim up bar and a beach grill. The food was quite good. We just loved it here and can’t wait to go back.

Loved this condo! Hosts have thoughtfully included many extras to make your vacation perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated unit with lots of beach and bath towels, well stocked kitchen, plenty of drawer space for clothing and lots of counter space/drawers and mirrors in master bath. Loved the keyless entry. Patio feels very private even though it’s on the first floor. Hosts were very helpful in providing lots of info about the condo and Cayman itself. They always responded quickly to my emails both before and during our stay. Counting the days until we can return!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, convenient and equipped with everything you might need. The quiet beach and private cove area is literally steps away! Perfect for snorkeling and just relaxing! We really didn’t use the pool since the beach was so close, but it was equally as beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The unit is ideally located, close to beach and pools. Loved that it was never crowded. Always plenty of chairs/umbrella at both beach and pool. Grounds, beach and pool are well maintained. Mike and Pat were very helpful. Check in is super easy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia's and Mike's condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location - right by the pool/grills and a short walk to the beach. We had two small children with us, and because of the proximity to the pool and beach, we never had to carry much besides the necessities. If we forgot something (or should I say the kids needed a different color mask/goggles or their special shovel :-) the unit was only a few steps away. Communication with the hosts was phenomenal and the unit was impeccably clean (and well equipped). There are two grocery stores (20 min walk) and plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. To us, the location was fantastic and the unit/resort had the perfect combination of "home" and resort amenities. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Mike and Patricia!

What a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman… we will be back!! Our family of four (two adults and 16/18 yr old girls) spent a quick 4 night stay in Grand Cayman as a graduation gift for our oldest. Pat and Mike were beyond helpful and provided everything we needed - both ahead of time with extensive documents and suggestions and while we were there with all the things we needed to feel at home. The condo is EXACTLY as presented online. Location was great- beach and pool right outside the door, and we loved that we were in a great spot to explore different resorts, restaurants and Caymana Bay, but could always just chill at our spot or hit up the Lazy Lizard for a bite or yummy drink. Don’t hesitate to book … and don’t miss the sting rays and the turtles on your trip!! Thanks again Pat and Mike!

We loved our girls trip here. The place was amazing. The owners provided so much information upfront that made it very helpful. The complex is a great little spot.

The condo feels like home away from home. Very clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet. The beach and pool are not crowded and we loved the cove for swimming. It’s nice to be close to many restaurants, stores, and Georgetown. We rented a car from Andy’s for our entire stay and that gave us the flexibility to travel and see many attractions. We will always treasure this wonderful vacation and will miss the condo and Grand Cayman.

We had an amazing vacation!!! Pat and Mike's condo is so well-appointed. They helped us a lot with making reservations in advance for a rental car and Stingray City, etc. We spent happy days relaxing at the beach and pool. The grocery store was close by and the bar snacks were delightful. The beds are comfortable; the kitchen is easy to use. There was plenty for the grown-ups to do and so much for our young child; we all had a wonderful time as a family. Can't say enough good about this condo and our time there! Don't miss out! Perfect for family relaxation time. And from the condo, it's so easy to get to all the wonderful Cayman sea creature adventures. Thank you so much, Pat and Mike!!! Your home is beautiful.

A very friendly complex, unit was located on the ground floor pool side, view of the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant and the swim up bar, which was very convenient when we didn't want to leave the complex. Location was great, easy access to walk to several restaurant options, liquor store, grocery store. Condo was clean and had ample supply of dishes, cooler, beach towels, etc. The owners of the condo were great, very communicative before our trip on what to expect, things to do when on the island, etc. We will definitely book again.

Couldn't have asked for a better property (2 kids aged 9). The amenities are great, the location is accessible to a good portion of lower 7 mile beach area. The property owners provided abundant information to make our visit a success. Would recommend the property, and will use again if have the opportunity to return.

If your looking for a two bedroom and two bathroom condo in a great location look no further. We very much enjoyed the first level condo next to the pool and short walk to the beach. The beach is protected by large coral boulders which allowed us to enjoy the sandy beach even with rough waters. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo which saved us a ton of money. We used the grill for lovely dinners. Tikki bar was open til 10 pm which was nice. We traveled on the rental scouters which were a blast. All aspects were 5/5 star rating and would recommend without hesitation.

A very good location in a complex that attracts families and friendly folks. The beach’s lagoon effect invites to to snorkel. Ample supply of dishes, but can’t report about cooking apparatus, since GCI restaurants were are forte and to our delight. Owners very efficient and nice. We’d come back to this unit.

This is the perfect beach for a family, protected by the cove and has plenty of sand area to play and lounge, sand in the water and no rocks! Was able to snorkel outside the cove and saw amazing fish, used the kayaks and paddle boards that were available daily! The condo is steps away from pool and less then a 1min walk to the beach! Perfect size for a family, spacious! Any issues we had, owners were available to help instantly! Will stay here again! Restaurants in walking distance!

Beautiful location and unit A wonderful spot for a family vacation

We spent 6 days and 5 nights. My 16 year old son kept saying "Dad, you hit a home run here". Very nice and quiet property. Not a crowded beach and snorkeling 60 yards from the break walls. Can recommend this property.

I really couldn’t speak more highly of our stay. We chose to stay here over a hotel and it was definitely the right choice. You get all the amenities of home but still get hotel benefits like the pool, hot tub, swim up bar, and private beach! The hosts give you tons of valuable information to make your stay as easy as possible. The island is paradise and we will definitely be back.

We booked this condo for our family of four and could not be more pleased with the unit, location, amenities, and service! The condo is large, has a well-equipped kitchen, and provided beach towels and an ocean view! The location is perfect - close to shopping and stores. The beach has chairs and paddleboards available for use. The pool is HUGE, has a swim-up bar, and serves lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!

The property was everything that was advertised and more. It was super clean and great for our group of 4 adults. The unit was well equipped for cooking, although we opted mainly to eat at all of the great local restaurants nearby (Sun Si Wu for dumplings and noodles and Casa 43 for their tacos and amazing happy hour were especially noteworthy). However, the absolute best part of the place was the ability to walk right out and snorkel from the beach either in the protected cove or at the reef outside of the cove within the designated swimming area. We saw a stingray, tons of fish and even a barracuda. The unit is also just a quick drive or Uber from a lot of other great snorlkle locations on the island. The owners, Pat and Mike, were great communicators throughout the process. If you intend to visit Grand Cyaman, I highly recommend booking this unit.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. The location was ideal ... right next to the pool, the grilling area and the beach. The first floor location makes access extremely easy. In addition to the unit being perfect, the welcome and island information the host sent over prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We plan to visit this island and rent this unit again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Excellent location and very close to the beach with very good snorkeling nearby. The condo was super clean and we also enjoyed the complimentary paddle board and kayak rental. The hosts were very professional and provided us with valuable information and great communication which helped us a lot to plan our trip.

Mike and Patricia are absolute gems. We rented their condo for a week, and due to some flight hiccups, had to move dates around and they were incredibly flexible and friendly. Their condo is spacious and comfortable and well-equipped. Additionally, they provided us with tons of helpful information about navigating the island - where to eat, what to do, who to book tours through (highly recommend Capt Marvin’s for snorkeling and stingrays!), etc. We had a minor issue with the AC during our visit and they ensured that the problem was taken care of as soon as possible. This was our first trip since Covid and the accommodations made it a great trip!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. We are both moms looking for some relaxation and we got it (it was just us, no kids). The condo is VERY clean, has a great beach vibe, and had everything we needed. The location of the property is good, and great restaurants are walkable or are a short cab ride away. The information they provide about restaurants, things to do, and transportation is AWESOME! We didn't have to do a lot of research on our own which was nice and a time saver. The place was also family friendly and felt safe. We saw the security guard walking around every day. And Pat and Mike were great hosts. Beach / pool - AMAZING. The rocks surrounding the beach made it easy to float in a raft without being washed out to sea. The pool was great too. And you don't have to go on a boat to snorkel. There was great snorkeling right outside of the rocks. Restaurants - Recommend Casanova's and Lobster Pot for higher end dining. XQ's and the Thai restaurant for something quick easy and yummy, and the Lazy Lizard pool bar on the property had good food too. Transportation- I personally wouldn't drive in the traffic (and left side of the road) but some may be more adventurous. We easily caught the bus w/ the instructions Pat & Mike provided, and we'd walk to dinner and catch a cab home. Julian was a great cab driver and his van is very nice. We got his number and he was our driver for the rest of our stay. 1(345)325-0130. Highly recommend. Excursions - We did the Captain Marvin Sting Ray City excursion Pat & Mike recommended and it was great. The tour picked us up and dropped us home and it was very reasonably priced and not too crowded. Groceries - We took a bus to the grocery store since a mile walk is long w/ heavy groceries. Beds - Beds were good. I've slept on a lot worse in both vacation rentals and hotels. Sheets were very soft and lovely. Cleanliness - WOW. Super clean. Pristine. Lastly, the location of the condo on the property was great. It's close the pool and beach. It was easy to go to the condo for a restroom or cocktail break. You didn't feel like you had to schlep a lot of stuff to the pool or beach. And our favorite thing to do was sit on the patio. You could see the palm tress and beach and a sliver of the ocean.
