The location is great.

Pillows stained, one sheet had something on it, bedroom two head board dirty, King single beds would be better, the stairs were a killer (young ones didn't mind they have the legs for it). You have a ghost, good thing he was friendly.

The location was close to centre of town

Driveway/garage access as it was raining it was a little dangerous getting to the front door. There were no railings/bannisters to front door. The drainage in the bathrooms was lacking, a mop was needed to direct the water to the drain after every shower.

kitchen utensils had a mould and hot water temperature dropped quite often. Wasn’t good for big family especially in this winter time.

For a group of 7, there was plenty of space to easily fit a few extra people and also value for money. There’s also a working garage to park two cars inside so you don’t need to park on the street. Amenities were nice. Pool table, ping pong table, outdoor BBQ were great to have to keep our group entertained.

Not a big deal since our group could connect to mobile 5G but it would’ve nice to have access to Wi-Fi.

Great location with easy walk to the main street and marina and each person having their own bed. Having a pool table & table tennis was also a great plus.

No WiFi was disappointing especially considering there was a smart TV in the living room. I didn't like repeatedly being bugged by Winning Holidays by email to supply pre-check in details and credit card details by clicking on a suspect looking hyperlink (duve dot co) with no explanation which seemed quite redundant considering booking.com supplied all my details to them when the booking was made and my credit card had been charged the full amount already I don't see why these details were required again. This process was frustrating, I would much rather manage my reservation from the booking.com platform.

Everything. Great location, the house was the perfect size for a large group or family. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic.

The only small thing I would say is tea towels and dish liquid in the kitchen would be wonderful. They may have been previously but not this time.
