We had a great 5 days staying here. Real home from home feel to this apartment. Abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs. Good quality linens on beds. Anything anyone could want. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Really lovely quiet beach too. Lots of eateries within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries, gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants, we went to everyone one and they were brilliant!! Instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem. Really can’t say much more than if you are thinking about renting this condo, please do!! My only complaint was that the master suite shower was so good all the family wanted to shower in it. We almost had to have a rota! Being British, we could’ve made use of a kettle but we just boiled water in a saucepan for a brew. It wasn’t a problem. We loved it!

Condo was exactly as depicted in VRBO listing- communication with Alina was easy and timely- loved this area of the gulf coast- so much to do at your fingertips. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need- especially liked the beach umbrella 👍. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet vacation getaway! Thanks Alina…

Perfect location…convenient to beach and everything else

The condo is great! It worked so well for us with 2 small children. We had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs, toys, boogie boards was a real plus. We loved the location, beach and pool area. Condo had plenty of space and well equipped. The owner checked in to be sure we had everything we needed, which was really nice! We hope to be back next year!😎

Everything was as advertised and beyond. Quality provisions and beautiful furnishings provided an aesthetic landing base that was close to everything, quiet, and convenient. Wonderful!!

This is the most beautiful and well furnished condo I have ever stayed in any where!! It is spacious and comfortable with any amenities that you could dream of needing with plenty of storage to put the things you brought with you. Truly, you don’t need to bring much besides your swimsuit because they have thought of everything! And enjoy your coffee on the beautiful balcony with view of the ocean or head down to the beach with the beach chairs they have provided! They are gracious and helpful if you need anything!! Awesome unit and folks to rent from!! We will be back!!!

What a lovely well stocked Condo. The condo looks just like the online pictures. The complex grounds, beach, pool and hot tub were perfect for our relaxing stay. We have been vacationing along Gulf Blvd from Indian Rocks Beach to Maderia Beach for a decade. This was one of our favorite places to stay by far. We enjoyed a few happy hours on the patio watching the birds come in at sunset to roost for the night. Alina was so helpful and checked on us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful vacation after the hectic holidays.

Very comfortable accomodation for my family of 6. Great parking, easy access to beach, updated/convenient kitchen, and exactly as pictured in the photos! Excellent communication with the homeowner!!! She sent info re: the condo in a timely manner, and even encouraged a phone conversation with her directly as our arrival date approached. When I called, I felt as if I had met a friend. Provided explicit instructions on how to access the unit verbally, and then sent all codes, address, where to park etc via email 3 weeks before our stay. She told me she would be out of town for Christmas during our stay, and provided info on how to contact her if needed. Would definitely recommend at stay!

Before hand, I had asked about entry to a bedroom with an wheelchair and was given accurate information that it was possible to reach one bed with a wheelchair. The failure in communication as that not being able to get to either bathroom entry with a wheelchair was not relayed. Also, entry to the condo was a tight squeeze with the wheelchair I had and would often scrape on the walls to get through. On our way to the condo I had gotten a email stating to call roughly an hour ahead of arrival to get the entry code to the front door then after receiving that code to call back on arrival at the condo to get the entry code for the door. My brother n aw had called without problem and gooten the entry door code and was told to call abck after he gotten to the condo door. He called back along with 3 or 4 others of us along with the vrbo company to no success. So, after waiting 3 to 4 hours with no return call and $00 of grocerise unloaded sitting on a cart my brother n law had to repack everything due to the vrbo company had found other accomadations for the night. we were then in the process of going toward that hotel when my brother n law had gotten a called from the owner. It so happened after my brother n law ggotten to the front door of the condo the owner had gotten on a plane for being the reason why nobody could reach her, All communication came through my email. Looking back on the vrbo site the codes were sent on dec 2nd but I or any other member of the party was aware of this. For, directions for the codes were directly off of my text messages. Beyond all of the lack of communication issues and handicap issues, this condo overlooks a bird sanctuary so there is no need for an alarm.. My opinion is not good of this stay but may be good for a healthy small family.

Everything was great! The condo was just as said in description. The only the the bird sanctuary next door was loud and smelled awful. It was great to have the access to the beach things so we did not have to bring them with us. Beach was great too, not crowded and a great quiet place for the family. Very close to Clearwater for places to eat and shop.

Great location. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs and umbrella! Plenty of space. Great weekend getaway spot for my sisters to come visit for my birthday! Definitely will stay again for similar family in town!

We spent a month in this lovely upgraded condo! Very well stocked kitchen & linens with lots of little extras! The beaches are absolutely beautiful in this area. Alina ia a very responsive & helpful host!

Our week stay was really good! Fully stocked, in a good location. It is right next to the bird Sanctuary, if you love birds like us, it's great! The master bed is a little worn and wasn't the best, but not too bad either. Alina is very responsive and helpful; a great host!

For my husband & I, this was our 2nd stay at Alina's condo and will always be our first pick! Everything was perfect and actually better than our 1st stay because the weather, the beach/ocean, and the condo/pool remained beautiful for our week stay. We're hoping we can make the trip next year too! Thank you Alina!!

If you rent this place you won't be disappointed, The owner is very responsive to the Renters, and helpful in trying to make this unit enjoyable for all. Very spacious unit, well decorated. Great pool and hot tub area, are open with plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathers, and swimmers. BBQ set up is good too. The Beach Sand is the best finest Beach sand we have experienced in the St Pete's/ Clearwater Area. We would rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. Unit was clean and stocked with everything that we need for a comfortable week!!

We had a wonderful time with friends.Condo was good overall with a few issues.Bird sanctuary can be loud and smelly, keys to get out to beach and pool area can be troublesome with four people and two keys... beach was amazing!

Condo was well located and very comfortable with space and 2king bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped.Bird sanctuary was only issue. Lots of noise and smell when on deck depending on wind. Otherwise condo was perfect for our stay!

It was a great place for my husband, myself, our grown daughter and her boyfriend to spend Christmas! The condo is the perfect size for four people. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also an abundance of extra linens in the closets. We had problems trying to watch movies thru the tv which were never resolved. And the birds at the sanctuary next to the condo were smellier than we expected although it was fun watching them at times. The beach at the condo is excellent.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to friends.
