The room was very nice, very clean, great poolside view. Also, there was a special touch with added basic condiments and even a few pizzas were a available so we didnt have to run around for groceries after a long drive! Much thanks to a super owner.

We had the best family vacation ever! It was so wonderful to walk into such a clean home after driving all day! It was close to the pool and I’m driving distance to everything we did in PCB. The host was so sweet and provided so much for us!

If you’re looking for a beautiful and spacious unit off the “main strip” in PCB, look no further. This unit is ground level, beautifully decorated, has a back porch for those sunset dinners or sunrise coffees! Owner is very open with all communications and expectations. Bring your golf clubs and bring your bathing suits, this a hidden gem!! Great family unit and pool area. This is not your PCB “spring break” location and is perfect for families.

Our condo was beyond what we dreamed of. Everything was clean and the pools were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kiddos (7 and 8). Debra was always quick to answer any texts that I sent and had lots of great recommendations for local favorites.

This Unit is in the perfect location for those who want to be away from the Busy PCB Strip. It's close to Grocery Stores & Local Restaurants on Thomas Drive. The Unit has high ceilings, COLD AC & Ceiling Fans. Great Layout and open. WIFI works well for those who work remote. Cable TV with HBO. Easy Access on the ground level. Pool & HotTub are amazing. The Beds are very comfortable, not run down like the Hotels on the Strip. Hands down the best option for staying in PCB

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was also bigger than we expected - we just had the two of us, but there was plenty of room for a family to spread out. This building isn't directly on the beach (you will have to drive a few minutes for that) but the unit is about a minute's walk from the huge and beautiful pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our condo and the owner was very helpful the whole trip. Other friends stayed in the same building and while there rooms very nice we were by far in the best our of our group.

This condo is located on the 1st with perfect access to the amazing pool, hot tub, spa and parking. The condo was clean, well maintained, roomy, comfortable and inviting. Will definitely reserve this condo from here on out for our PCB vacations. The property owner kept great communication and updates for us which we grateful appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! Debra was a wonderful hostess and answered all of our questions promptly. Her place was very clean and well-stocked with anything you could need for your stay. We loved having the pool and hot tub just steps away and the outdoor restaurant/bar just down the dock was a fun place to go for snacks and refreshments. The location was away from the crazy hustle and bustle of PCB but close enough you could get to the beach and excursions easily. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo in a great area made this a very pleasant trip. Everything was very neat, clean, and well maintained.

I cannot say enough about our stay. The condo was VERY clean (ocd/ germaphobe here so I am hard to impress ) which was wonderful. The location is wonderful if looking to stay out of the more crowded tourist areas but while still having a quick commute to some of the more popular local hang outs and restaurants. We had 2 teens with us so the patio location was great to allow the kids to go to the pool but where we could still see them without any worries. We have already checked into dates to come back as we loved our stay and the location so much. With the truly private beach and tiki bar just a small walk down the board walk, large onsite pool, and golf this is the perfect location anytime but especially now when trying to social distance while still wanting to vacation. The owner Debra is the best "host" we have had in all our years renting thru vrbo. She was very accommodating, helpful, and just a text/call away anytime. Each time I felt like I was just texting a friend and never a stranger. I highly recommend staying here and we are counting down our days to come back ourselves. :)

We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to go back again. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was awesome for adults and kids.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The only negative was the noise of construction during the day, however because of the hurricane damage this was something that really couldn't be helped. I did appreciate that they stopped at a reasonable hour.

Property was great, I would like to experience it when all amenities are available. Very nice, clean, great pool. Location is close to everything but far enough away to feel some privacy.

What a wonderful place to visit - the condo was spotless and had every thing you could need. Pool was not busy and very enjoyable for my family and I. We will return!

Great place for the family, great place for kids. You could honestly stay on the resort and not ever have to leave. And the owners are very good people and easy to deal with. I have already recommended to other family members

The condo is perfect! It has tall ceilings which makes it seem very large. The beds are so comfortable just like home. The furniture makes you feel at home and not cheap uncomfortable stuff. The screened in porch is a great place to start your day. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices. The laundry room is great and has a very nice front loader and is right at the front door so you can drop off the wet towels first thing. They have thought of everything including little baskets in each room to catch your dirty clothes. There are beach chairs and boards to use and put back. The pool is to die for. It is very big and always seems empty. There are cabanas and lots of chairs to lay out in the sun. The pier and beach are great. There is a shuttle that will take you to Shell Island. It runs many times a day and is very convenient as you don’t have to pack your car and drive to the marina. Just pack your things and walk to the pier. It is only $10 a person where others are $50+. You can also rent jet skis and boats right at the pier. There are a few golf courses on site as well. You can’t want for anything. Now to the owner of this great condo Cheryl is awesome. She gave many suggestions for dinner and things to do. She was VERY easy to work with and even checked on us to make sure we got there ok and things were to our liking. Then she even checked to make sure our stay was good when we left. We will be back!

This condo we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous! I have stayed at many vacation places in the past but this is my favorite! This was my 2nd year staying here and I just wish I would have found it sooner. Everything you need is within walking distance from entertainment, dining, etc., and the pool is beautiful! It has stunning views and is very convenient. You can walk right out of your condo and out to the pier to hop on a boat that will shuttle you to a private Island called Shell Island (shuttle times are very convenient and never crowded). Shell Island is the most beautiful beach I've ever been to, the water is so clear with emerald/blue water and a white sandy beach! All 5 of my family members were accommodated in luxury, the beds were extremely comfortable and the condo furniture/decor is very nice! My Mother is very particular and hard to please and she didn't want to leave this place! If you have kids, this is the perfect vacation place and they will never be bored. Whether vacationing with my whole family or just a romantic getaway with my husband, this is the place I want to be for every vacation! Can't wait to come back to this place and this condo will always be my favorite stay!

This property was perfect for our family as we enjoy the beach, but not the party atmosphere that often comes with it. The unit is easily accessible and quite spacious for just a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It fit our family of 6 (4 teenagers) quite comfortably. The decor was beachy and casual without being too kitschy, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The unit looks out over a nice pool and Cheryl was very helpful. Whenever we had any questions, she always responded quickly. There's also a pier at the resort that leads to the Bay, a bar & restaurant and watercraft that can be rented. (Make sure you schedule quickly; we missed out on jet skis because we waited too long to reserve them). It's an easy drive to the beach and into town where all the action is and we got to choose when we wanted quiet and when we wanted action. I highly recommend this property, especially if you want the best of both worlds in a vacation.

This was the first vacation my family has ever been able to go on and it was a wonderful experience. The pictures from the site were exactly how the condo was in person. Lots of space and wonderful location. I would absolutely use this condo again and work with Cheryl without a doubt. The internet was a bit weak at times, that would be our only issue during the stay.

We had a great time here. Owner replied to any of our questions very quickly.. The property was very nice and very quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend to anyone else.
