This house is very nice and very well set up for large groups. The view is beautiful and the location is very convenient to beaches, night life and restaurants.

Location was great! Lots of fun things to do right at property. Kids lived swimming in Bay and paddle boarding and kayaking. Pool table was a hit.

Perfect space for a 5 gal getaway. Water access. Attentive owner. House could use some extra love but worked out well.

This property is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and a great place to stay. Scott, the host, is amazing. He is gracious, honest, helpful in every way and truly makes himself available. The photos are accurate- yes it is that lovely! The setting could not be better- it is peaceful and you are right on the water- making it grand to dine in or outside, and enjoy the paddle boards and the kayaks. The walk to the beach is about 10-12 minutes, and is easy. Bay Harbor Islands sit adjacent to Surfside and Bal Harbour so their restaurants, shopping, and pristine beaches are at your fingertips. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants in Bay Harbor islands as well. We had the most wonderful time and hope to return again soon. Thank you Scott!

Better than the photos! The outdoor area is wonderful with a grill and plenty of lounge chairs to read and watch the sunset. My family loved the great fishing in the dock and we even saw a dolphin swim by! Scott is very attentive and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a great experience. Scott was easy to communicate with and addressed issues very quickly. Over all we enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, swimming in the bay. We would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Fabulous home for our family vacation.

The property is in a great location! Close to everything you want to do in Miami. We visited during 4th of July and traffic from this property to South Beach or downtown Miami wasn’t bad at all. The property has an incredible view on the water and the property owner was fantastic and very communicative the entire time. The property is spacious and great for entertaining the family. Definitely recommend you stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at this property for four nights and five days. The location of the house is simply magical with the bay that the backyard opens into and the excellently stocked watersports in the house. Being near multiple restaurants and shopping and beaches is icing on the cake. Scott is very responsive and attentive.

Overall, the property is outstanding and worthy of a high rating. PROS- Large space that is accurately reflected in the photos- Scott, the owner, is very attentive and genuinely cares- Location is awesome- View is beautiful- Pool table was fun with friendly family competition- Tons and tons of fresh towels- Parking included- Water toysCONS- Biggest complaint is the noise from the upstairs apt. I read all the glowing reviews and was not aware of an upstairs rental also managed by Scott (Scott lives on 1 side of the 2nd floor, the renters on the other). Ever step sounded like a heard of elephants and every conversation above a whisper was audible. 2-3 fishing buddies were staying there for 1 month during our week; our very first morning, we were awaken at 6:15am by loud voices and the heard of elephants as they prepared to depart. To Scott's credit, he immediately spoke with them later that day and remainder of the week was much better though we still heard them.- The apartment has a 70's appearance which we kind of liked but there is definitely wear and tear (duct tape on edge of the carpet in master bedroom).Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to thank Scott for his attention to detail.

The rental process was very simple and Scott was great to work with. We had a great time during our stay and if we ever find ourselves in the area again would definitely be happy to rent this place.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets and a peaceful setting all within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Owner has kayaks and paddle boards for use with plenty of life jackets. We had kids from age 2 to 16 and everyone had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's place. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We will definitely stay here again!
