We had a wonderful stay at Laurel View. The house was warm and cosy when we arrived. When the rain set in, we were happy to stay around the fireside and relax in the peaceful ambiance. Thanks for a great few days.

The cottage was just as pictured but is even more spacious than we expected. There was a lovely warm fire to great us and the house was so cosy and warm. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with fresh eggs, bacon and milk in the fridge and chocolates and wine on the table. The view is incredibly beautiful and the setting serene and very private. This is a home very worthy of it's many 5 star reviews

Property is beautiful the fire place was crackling on arrival we were welcomed with a beautiful bottle of red the fridge was stocked with fresh eggs and bacon it was above our expectations can't wait to go back

Where do I start? Booking with Vicki was so easy and pleasant. Vicki, your home is a gem, the beautiful decor reminded me of my grandmother's home. The well maintained gardens overlooking the green hills were so picturesque. The cosiness of the home in general, walking into the lounge with a lit fireplace was a feeling second to none. The comfortable beds that had plenty of blankets and throws. The complimentary breakfast that fed the 6 of us with tea and coffee, was delicious. I definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here, do it! You will not be disappointed. I hope to return one day, thankyou Vicki.

This property was perfect for our weekend of wedding celebrations. The 2 bathrooms were ideal for the 5 of us. The bacon & eggs provided went down a treat. The place was warm with a fabulous fireplace and heaters in each room. Very comfortable home.

A beautiful spot with spectacular views. Close to both Robertson and Burrawang makes it convenient to pop out for supplies or meals. A wonderful fire made our stay most enjoyable in unseasonably cold and windy weather. Cleanliness couldn’t be faulted with comfy beds and lovely hot showers.

We (family of 7) were in Robertson for a long weekend in October. We really enjoyed the fireplace and cozy bedrooms (it was cold and wet outside) and the welcome gifts. Plenty of room for all of us, and only a very short drive to Robertson. Would recommend.

A big thank you to Vicki and John for a warm and welcoming house. We are returning to this property every year. Truly a country home away from home.

Lovely house, big rooms, wood heater , beautifully decorated. Comfy beds. Breakfast supplies provided and bottle wine/chocolates on arrival. Robertson or Burrawang very short drive away. Great place for peace and quite and relaxing. Had a great time.

This is the second time I've stayed on the farm. It's the perfect place to get away from it all - quiet, plenty of space, plenty of firewood and the perfect base for exploring the southern highlands. The bed's comfy, hot shower is fabulous, and the loungeroom is excellent for flaking out in the sun in the mornings and hanging by the fire at night.

Laurel View was just what the doctor ordered ! We arrived to a beautiful roaring fire, which warmed the house, Judith and I were blown away by the spectacular views, beautiful furnishings and the fridge filled with a choice of things for breakfast ! Absolutely everything had been thought of ! Even wine and chocolates !! So close to places to visit. All in all a great weekend get away. We will definitely back.

This is an old property set amongst green pastures. The location is quiet and only a few kilometres to Robertson. We found it well situation to exploring the region. The property itself could do with a good clean and thorough dusting. The insides of cupboard and shelves were grubby. Whilst there was some lovely trinkets and pieces throughout the home, there was an overwhelming amount of “stuff” that detracted from the property’s charm. (It is like the house has been used as a place where all the family bring everything that don’t use or want.) Just be aware that thE only heating in the main area is the fireplace .There is no heating in the kitchen or dining room or bathrooms! In saying all of this, we still enjoyed our time there. It was peaceful and relaxing with wonderful rural views.

Laurel View is a beautiful hilltop home with lovely views over valleys and rolling hills. The gardens were fun to explore and immaculately maintained. The house was so comfortable and contained delightful furnishings and lighting. The host generously provided everything we could wish for and made out stay perfect. Highly recommended.
