My family and I have stayed at this same condo twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. It’s nice and clean, perfect location and the owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

My husband, our sone (25) and his GF enjoyed this condo for a spring break ski vacation. The condo was in a great location! A quick walk to the Peru lift just though our parking lot, over a babbling steam to the Mountain house. A quick drive to Dillon for food and more restaurants. The bus will pick up up at Mountain house and take you to the village in 10 min - everything was easy. We rented skis in Dillon - also very easy but reserve on line ahead of time if you go during peak times. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the 4 of us. Plenty of towels. Wifi was strong and kitchen was very well equipped - even with some spices and dishwashing detergent, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap. Washer/Dryer was $0.75 per load and was just 2 doors down - very convenient! Owners were super responsive to questions. Would highly recommend for a group of 5 (more if you wanted to use the sleeper sofa). Thank you for a wonderful week!

We loved our stay! The ski lift was a short walk away. The parking was very convenient. We loved how open the family room and kitchen were. We also loved the Mexican restaurant across the street. Overall, our stay was awesome!

This property was excellent! It is so close to the Mountain House and a short walk/ride to River Run slopesThis property was amazing! It is located very close to the Mountain House and is just a short walk or ride away from the River Run slopes. The place was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. The host was also very easy to work with! If you are in search of a wonderful location that's close to everything, then this one is definitely for you. We would love to come back again!. Spotless and has everything you need! The host was easy to work with! If you are looking for a great location close to everything, this one is for you. We will be back!

The unit was cozy and felt more like a home than your average rental. Everything was as advertised including easy access to Peru lift (with lift ticket kiosk) and really good restaurants near by. Mexican place near there was awesome! Carla was a fantastic host!

The condo was clean and in a very good location. The beds and furniture were all very nice and comfortable. I especially loved that it was on the first floor, walking up stairs when you’re not used to the altitude is pretty rough!!
It was just a short distance to walk over to the ski lifts and there were several restaurants within walking distance also. Loved it, highly recommend!!!

This condo is almost a ski in/ski out location. You can see all the runs from the front door and it's a 2 minute walk to the Keystone mountain house.

The place was super cute and super close to the slopes. My friends and I loved the less than 5 min walk to the chair lift in the morning and it was super easy to pop back in for lunch and head out again. Great place!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room, it was warm and cozy. Plenty of movies to watch after long days of skiing and we loved the cleanliness, bathrooms, bedrooms, and the patio. It was a great place to stay and short walk to the Peru lift!

This was a great condo for our ski vacation. It was very easy to locate and check in. Very clean condo, spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Peru lift. Would love to return!

Convenient location, clean, and well stocked kitchen!
Carla was a lovely host and very responsive. The location was great for our family as it is only a 3 minute walk from the Peru lift and our kids could easily walk with their skis. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, spices and basic pantry items you would need. There is parking right in front of the condo so you don’t have to walk farther than a few steps to unload your car which was nice. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were very clean. And finally, there is a coffee shop, pizza place and pub just across the parking lot.

Great condo
This condo was a perfect location for a ski vacation for our family. The Peru lift is an easy walk straight right out the door. The condo was very clean and the owners were very responsive to my questions. We could not have asked for better hosts. We will definitely try to stay again when we find ourselves in Keystone.

Ok but needs attention
Close to Peru lift. Many things broken or need attention: no switch on light between chairs(unusable), 1recliner doesn’t recline, 3 broken drawers in master, tv in master not working properly (unusable), hair dryer in master not working. Community dryer not working & sign on it indicates it melts everything. Very old, prob fire hazard. 1 washer not working. 1 or 2 of these minor but the length of list diminished quality of stay.

Ski vaxation
Easy walk to Mountain House lifts. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was clean and had nice selection of pans and utensils. Enjoyed our stay.

Well stocked and close to slopes
This property had plenty of towels, cookware, and space. It was super cozy with wood-burning fireplace. It is only a 5 minute walk to the lifts and the hot tub/sauna entrance is directly across the street from the front door(Sauna takes time to warm up so start the timer when you get there). Carla also responded immediately late at night when I couldn't find the apartment number as I hadn't read the extra check-in message she sent me.

Clean and great access to lift
This first floor location was so easy for my family of 5, three teens, to access lift, hot tub access steps away and laundry 2 doors down. I appreciated the responsive communication with the owners for any additional needs. Great grill on deck and sleeper sofa very useful and easy to use. thank you!

Great condo within walking distance of Keystone lifts
Wonderful location within walking distance of lifts, across the street from the indoor shared hot tub, and on ground level. Very nicely laid out condo, some of it remodeled, and with nice kitchen dishes and appliances and nice linens. The wood burning fireplace was fabulous, and key when we lost power the first night due to the Boulder wildfires. There were some family games and DVDs, which the kids enjoyed. The owners were responsive and friendly. Overall wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Family Fun at Keystone
Unit is situated about a 3-5 minute easy walk to lift. About a 15-20 minute walk/3 minute drive to main Keystone Village of River Run. Very comfortable place to hang out for a while. Management was very easy to deal with and parking is great. Lots of restaurants and bars that are 30 seconds from your front door. Unit is dated but clean and comfortable.

Keystone visit
Enjoyed our stay. Property was everything it was presented to be. Disappointed that the hot tub was down for maintenance the entire week we were there but I understand things like that just happen. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Lodging
We are return visitors and we were very happy again. The kitchen was generously appointed and the upgrades to the kitchen appliances made it better. The short walk to the lift is a plus. We highly recommend this unit.
We used the balcony gas grill, and it was OK, but not easy to use. The bathroom fan is noisy.

1st Time At Keystone
Enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy. Everything you cold need or want was there - full kitchen, games, DVDs, working fireplace, wi-fi. Walk to the slopes was nice. Hot Tub was 30 steps from our door. Walk to local bar.

Great location next to the lifts. Ground floor as well which makes unpacking much easier. Carla responded right away to any questions.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location, terrific holiday!
Carla's home is perfect in all ways. Very comfortable beds. Great use of space made the condo feel larger that expected. Extremely well stocked kitchen made cooking in a breeze. A short 5 minute walk to Peru lift made the location ideal for us skiers. And so very quiet. Highly recommend and hope to be back sooner than later.

Perfect family retreat! Beautiful condo! Close to slopes!
Loved our stay! Quick walk to the Peru Lift and bus stop to gondola. Perfect for our family of 5. Great mudroom entrance to organize ski equipment and winter gear.
Only downside was the fitted sheet for the hideabed was too small.
