When you walk into the condo, lights are on setting the mood for a welcoming stay. We love the location, First floor, right outside of the second pool. Our kids like sitting on the porch for their meals, we use decorative disposable table paper and play music for their enjoyment. We’ve had very few problems but the few times we’re addressed quickly and efficiently. The only problem we had was a snake outside our condo, we understand critters share this property but I have a daughter who is petrified of snakes and we had a hard time talking her into going back outside. We called management and they did send someone promptly but it was gone. We plan to stay again. Love Adagio

Love the ground floor... great for unloading car without stairs, easy access to pool, beautiful scenery at night with lights lit up outside. The rooms are all very spacious, the decor was great, sofa was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. We would recommend this unit and Adagio to others. We will certainly return next summer.

This property was very nice. We honestly weren't in it very long due to a maintenance issue. The property was very kind to move us to a unit right next door and even offer to help move our stuff over. We enjoyed our stay at Adagio!

It was updated, very well outfitted, tasteful and the furniture was immaculate. The facility is always well taken care of. The pool overlooking the ocean is always lovely. Adagio Assn Realty was attentive and accommodating. It is in a wonderful location on 30A. We will be back and would rent this unit again!

We were able to check in an hour early and condo was mostly clean. As soon as we arrived, Adagio assistant manager told us that the ice maker was broken and would not be repaired during our visit. The owners had replaced the washer and dryer and they worked great.

The unit is exactly like it was two years ago on our last visit, meaning no new furniture, old mattresses (all of them are hard as a rock), and old appliances (gas stove was worn out) and a little scary to use. The floors were filthy as other reviews stated (you certainly could not go barefooted or wear socks without them getting dirty! The bunkbed cubby had candy trash and candy bars and boxed drinks left in them from some previous visit--disgusting!

The worst part of our visit was obviously the 40 steps to the overcrowded Adagio private beach that was 85% filled with La Dolce Vita beach service chairs and umbrellas, and 15% of the area left for the rest of us who like to bring our own chairs and umbrellas and toys! No playing frisbee, cornhole, etc. because there is literally NO room! I can only imagine how crowded it will be in the summer months! There is a GUARD blocking anyone from using any beach space beyond Adagio. So, if you don’t want to spend a fortune on shotty beach chairs from La Dolce Vita, you should just go to the public beach areas, ridiculous! I called Scott, with Adagio and left a voicemail complaining about this and never heard back from him. I was nice enough to call on our departure day and let him know we had left early and asked him about the beach problem and he said he would let the “board” know about my concerns. Not much of a response! As other reviewers have stated, Adagio owners have “sold out” to La Dolce Vita at the expense of other visitors to the condos!

We will not be coming back after three years of visiting here.

We called and asked that the floors be mopped but they said the floors were that way because they needed to be polished. We weren’t asking for that. Just wanted them mopped... we certainly didn’t let it ruin our stay though.

I hesitate to even post this, but the ground floor is the best kept secret . Yes, people walk by and look in, but it’s no big deal. You walk right out and go to the pool and beach . This particular condo is awesome . They have an ice maker to boot. The only thing we questioned is whether the one bedroom was actually a queen bed and the dryer took FOREVER to dry . But no big deal in my book. One of the best vacations we ever had ! Definitely would book this condo again .

Reviewer Comments: It is a very nice spacious well decorated place, we found it to be clean, but it could use some major updates and upgrades especially to keep up with others in the same complex. The only tv sercie they have is flip through channels, no guide, no smart tvs to access your Netflix etc... this is in all the rooms. The one guest room tv did not work, we called to get it fixed they came and left it on, then the next day it didn't work again either, we didn't bother calling again. We brought a couple dvds for our kids (had some rainy days) but the dvd player did not have any cables to plug it in.. The master mattress and pillows were not good, I thought my back hurt from working out but I Think it was a combo of the mattress and pillows. Most rentals have a Keurig, this one does not. There are some cheap very effective upgrades this unit could use.

I called mgmt with a couple of minor things & they were fixed right away. A few things of note. The floors are natural stone (not sealed) so our feet were dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Dirty feet also made the rugs dirty. Didn’t love that. The internet was slow for all of our devices, probably could use a booster. Washer/dryer are old & did not do a good job getting sand & seaweed out of bathing suits.
But overall, a great place to stay. We had a wonderful week with grandparents, parents & kids.

We have stayed at Adagio many times. Usually ocean front. This time we were poolside as we only needed 3 bds. It was great to be on ground floor with toddlers. Suggestions: stronger internet and new washer/dryer.
