Very nice, comfortable bed, great communication with owner through VRBO and even personal call when had question. Proximity to beach short walk, even had lightweight chairs and great umbrella to take to beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! Mark was very quick to respond to a question we had. He also made sure that a broken hair dryer was replaced before we even got there (previous renter had told him it was broken) and although we didn’t need the hair dryer, his prompt attention to this speaks well of how the property is taken care of!

We were looking for a relaxing get away for a few days either on the beach or close by the beach. This place had everything we were looking for, the screen in porch overlooking the forest was perfect for relaxing and watching the squirrels play in the trees and the deer roaming around. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and not crowded at all.

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary. This house was equipped with everything we needed! It was super clean and easy to access. The beach is super close as well. Overall this was a great experience in the house!

The property was wonderful, exactly as advertised! Nice clean smell as soon as entering the door. The shower and bed both were very comfortable. The decor made you feel very calm and serene.There is no place more beautiful than Kiawah Island! Thank you

Good amenities clean lacking a closet weather was poor lots of rain but accommodation great. Appreciate good communication with hosts.

It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place to go for a vacation. The condo was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the huge bed was very comfortable, and the shower is awesome. A short walk to the beach, very convenient to Freshfield where you can find anything you may need or want, and Bohicket marina. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect: the weather, the villa. We spent a lot of time sitting on the enclosed porch. It was so relaxing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was just a couple minutes to the beach, clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated and maintained. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and a vacuum cleaner on premises. The Stacy's were very responsive when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Communication with Mark was great. The villa is beautifully furnished. Looks like an interior decorator updated this place. Very nice “beach” theme. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes and silverware. Pots and pans were clean and looked new. There was even a French press in one of the cabinets (if you like to use one). Location is not oceanfront but a very short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. We stayed here for a month and used it often. Cleaning supplies were provided and we used those many times during our month at this villa. Vacuum cleaner worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay while on Kiawah Island. We are looking forward to returning in 2024. Thank you to the Stacy’s for renting to us.

We went to Kiawah resort to celebrate our 31st anniversary and I ran the race. Great location for start/finish and the Friday beach 5k.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights overs Thanksgiving here. This unit was everything we expected and more. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. I'm already ready to get back home to my bed, but this one was perfect with lots of pillows. We were anticipating a rainy weekend but instead the weather was wonderful. We biked a lot, walked the beach to find the dolphins where the Kiawah River joins the ocean, sit on the beach, relaxed on the wonderful rocking chairs on the screened porch and took a day trip to Charleston to eat at our favorite restaurant, S.N.O.B I highly recommend this villa. Thanks to the Stacy's for a wonderful, fun and relaxing weekend.

Place seemed clean enough, but saw cockroaches

Bedroom TV could not be used. View was of woods not even near beach . Couldn't even hear the ocean.

The apartment was really nicely Decorated and felt like a home , the bed is so comphy and huge so we had loads of space . Shower is also very spacious. There was washing powder and everything you need available . We loved this apartment and would highly recommend

This is a great villa. Everything inside was nice and exactly as advertised. Communication was easy - all questions quickly answered before I booked and plenty of info with all the details provided after I booked. PERFECT location! Less than 5 min walk to the beach - no crossing parking lots or roads... just hop on the boardwalk. Great villa! We would definitely stay again.

Seascape Villa was perfect for our 4 night stay on Kiawah Island. A short stroll to the beach, the villa had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice unit but could have used a little more attention to details. Sand and dust on baseboards and paint could be touched up a bit on the doors and walls. Overall a very nice unit with everything needed for an awesome beach retreat!

This was our first stay at Kiawah Island. We will definitely return. A quiet, relaxing getaway in an adorable villa. We loved how it is tucked away in the trees, but a very short walk to the ocean. It is only about a 40 minute drive to Charleston, so we enjoyed a day browsing the market and nearby shops. The villa itself was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. The amenities were just as described and the king sized bed is super comfortable. We loved the keyless entry; we didn’t have to keep up with keys. It was an overall wonderful stay! We will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay so much that we booked next year’s vacation on our way out. The Stacey’s are thoughtful and responsive hosts - quick with responses and very kind. Their condo is next to the path to beach access 7. The beach was literally 250 steps away (and I’m a shorty!) The condo is supplied with everything for an easy stay - a generous starter supply of just about anything one needs, a comfortable bed and sitting areas, a soft throw for hanging on the couch, and best of all, an overhead fan and rocking chairs on the enclosed balcony. In fact we started most mornings with coffeee on the balcony. So relaxing. I could go on with more details, but you get the picture :-). Thanks to the Stacey’s for a great stay.

Perfect location very close to the beach. Host was very responsive before and during the trip. Used the beach chairs and umbrella from the unit so didn’t need to rent any.
