Nice property

Spacious home in nice , quiet neighborhood, close to Bethany Beach and many grocery stores and beverage outlets. Only 3 miles to the beach and boardwalk and 30 minutes to Ocean City, Md. House has all of the amenities that we have at home. Gas grill and all of the beach toys and bicycles were a plus. Great communications from owner. We really enjoyed our stay. Great time visiting and relaxing on the screened porch. We hope to return in the future.

This home is the best equipped (especially the kitchen) that we’ve stayed at in the Bethany Beach area over the past 16 years. Janet is a great communicator and clearly cared about our having a great week. My daughter left her keys there when we left and Janet went the extra mile to get them back to us. I highly recommend this beautiful home as your summer rental!

Easy online reservation, various emails keeping in touch regarding upcoming reservation. Wonderful communication with the owner. A nice neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Guys enjoyed the golf course. The one negative was putting out $50 per person for resort passes. We spent so much time at the beach that we didn't utilize the resort facilities but 2 times and that was to use the pools.

We spent a week with family members aged 60+ to a few months old, and everybody could find something to enjoy at the property or the surrounding area. The house is in a great location and walking distance to the pools and courts. The hosts have thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Not having to worry about sheets and towels is an added bonus. Janet was responsive and helpful with anything we needed, and checking in and checking out was a smooth process.

This was a well stocked home in a great neighborhood. The manager is very responsive. Overall the home is well kept, just a couple areas the home needs some TLC but overall a great stay. The bikes and gear in the garage need an overhaul soon if they are offered as amenities, the brakes don't work on some of the bikes, tires were low, little wagon has damaged wheels, etc. Either toss or replace.

Our host was immediately responsive to requests and information. The kitchen was well stocked, linens included really helped. There was an amazing array of kid and adult bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards. The indoor pool was also a hit with our 6 grandchildren! They also enjoyed all sleeping in the same room. Great bunks!

The property was clean and ready for guests. It was actually the most well stocked home we have ever rented. Lots of linens, pantry items, and beach equipment. Loved that there were bikes in the garage for our use. Stated there was a queen air mattress but only found a twin, which would not stay inflated. Couple minor repairs needed done, but owner responded quickly. The resort amenities were very close and we'll kept. Not a big fan of the shuttle to the beach. Sometimes had to wait a while and hard to carry every thing. Also, the main beach was very crowded. After a few days we were told about the Delaware State Park beaches. We found it more convenient to pack up the cars and drive to there. Much nicer beach and could park all day for $10. None of those were the fault of the owner. Overall, whole family said they would go to the house again.

This was a great house and Janet was a great host. She sent a welcome packet a few days before, giving us tips about the property and surrounding area. The house is 1/2 a block from the pavilion with the 2 pools and gym and down the street from the 3rd pool! .The shuttle to the beach was so convenient bc parking at Bethany is horrendous. The pass to use the facilities and shuttle is a separate $40 pp. It’s set by the HOA. Though steep, it did come with a lot of amenities. The house was close to everything we needed. Janet was very responsive to our questions. Loved it here and plan to be back!

The house was great, but getting the security deposit back has not been easy. I have tried emailing Janet to receive the money back and have not received a response. Other than that the house was perfect.
