We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and can honestly say that this house is the cleanest and best equipped we’ve ever had. The terrace has really good quality furniture and the right mix of sun and shade for most of the day. The local taxis are brilliant, reasonably priced and reliable. Arguineguin is on the bus route from Las Palmas to Puerto de Mogan so easy to get to anywhere along that route including the airport.. The manager, Sue, lives around the corner and is always available if required. She’s also happy to chat and give information about the area. Would highly recommend this property.

This property was one of the most cleanest and comfortable properties I have ever rented…there is not one negative to report! Sue who manages the property was a gem!! She is always there if you need any assistance which if traveling on your own is a great comfort… 10/10 for all aspects of this property! It is exactly as described on the website.

We have just spent five wonderful weeks at this excellent home. Everything was perfect about the house and location. We found the house very comfortable, very well maintained, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and has everything you could possibly need. We spent a lot of time enjoying the spacious terrace, which gets the sun for most of the day and has a lovely view. We were able to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, supermarkets and shops so didn't need a car. The housekeeper, Suzanne, lives near by and was an added bonus. She provided advice and information and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Ferieboligen oversteg mine forventninger. Især var huset fuldstændig rent alle vegne og der manglede intet hverken af køkkenudstyr og service fra værtinden. Oplevelsen får mine bedste anbefalinger.

Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und insbesondere die Küche lässt bei Hobbyköchen keine Wünsche offen. Ich bin nie herzlicher in einer Ferienwohnung empfangen worden. Die äußerst hilfsbereite Sue sorgt dafür, dass man sich gleich zuhause fühlt. Alles war makellos sauber (nach einer Woche gab es sogar frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche) und gepflegt. Der Stand und alle notwendigen Geschäfte können mit einem kurzem Spaziergang schnell erreicht werden. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, Wir kommen wieder!

We rented this fantastic house for 5 days , the house was cleaned to a very high standard. It has everything you require for a great holiday , the house is superbly equipped with all you need and more !! It also has a completely new kitchen , with first class appliances. The lovely terrace gets the sun from first thing in the morning till around 3 pm when we visited in November. The house is situated a short walk from the lovely town of Arguineguin . And finally the house is managed by Sue who is absolutely fantastic and is a credit to the company . Nothing was too much bother and she went out her way to make you welcome, a truly fantastic host .

In a very peaceful area but only a few minutes walk from all amenities . This is our second year and be back next year. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and our house manager Sue is a lovely chirpy lady. By chance we found a gem.

Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel zwei Wochen in dem sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt an einer Sackgasse und ist dementsprechend verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen. Auf der mit 2 Liegen (und mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen) versehenen Terrasse haben wir Sonne vom Frühstück bis ca. 16:00 Uhr genossen. Im angenehm ruhigen Ort gibt es viele gute Restaurants, zur Strandpromenade ist man zu Fuß knapp 10 Minuten unterwegs. Bei unsere Ankunft wurden wir von Sue erwartet, die uns in alle Einzelheiten der Unterkunft freundlich eingewiesen hat und auch Tipps für den Alltag gab. Für Fragen war Sue immer erreichbar, diese wurden nett und kompetent beantwortet. Im Haus gibt es ferner Info-Mappen für die Bedienung der technischen Geräte sowie zu Restaurants und Sehenswertes in der Umgebung. Wir werden das Haus wieder mieten, wenn wir auf Gran Canaria Urlaub planen und danken Sue für den freundlichen Empfang.

We Were looking for a legally registered rental, We have had problems in the past because most are not, We read the reviews and booked almost last minute. Arrived to a genuine welcome Beautiful weather and a superb Home from Home. It is obvious that the owners love their Holiday Home it is seen in every detail. We wanted for nothing as absolutely everything is supplied and is of a very high Quality from the Cutlery to the Furnishings. The House is Spotless and exactly like the photos display, Being Out of Main Season we expected it to be quiet but the Village has a buzz to it as it is not a typical Tourist Area so everything is open all year round, there is no set season. There is a great selection of bars Restaurants and shops, supermarkets everything you could need or want.The Closest Beach was about 7 minutes walk, a lovely cove with a warm and protected sea pool, very pretty and a lovely strand were you can have a coffee by the ocean or everything from Tapas for lunch to a full menu, extremely good prices and nothing is to much trouble, very genuine people indeed, We can personally recommend them all, although we do have our own favorites. We only booked a week but wish we had booked for longer, We didn't hire a car, but met people who had and toured the mountains and villages and will have a trip around this Beautiful Island next time we visit. We did take a bus trip to Las Palmas for the day and really enjoyed the capital, very cosmopolitan. We think Arguineguin is a well kept secret, unspoiled yet modern and the weather was exceptional every day. Highly recommended if you are tired of the typical Spanish holiday spots, and you want a great relaxing holiday in a fabulous property . Thanks to the owners for sharing their Beautiful home with us, we will be back in November, and have already booked. Thank You for an Excellent Holiday The House is very well positioned to walk down to the Beach which was both uncrowded and very pretty. We have been to Arguineguin before and really love the way it retains its authentic style, we especially love eating on the strand at Antonio's and Cia Cio, but you are spoiled for choice. We think the Holiday Home is exceptional and has everything you could possibly want with a Beautiful Kitchen if you prefer eating at home, we have seldom stayed in such a Well furnished clean and well presented property, We like to explore and love walking and The Area is Ideal ,We visited a few other resorts which were typical tourist spots unlike Arguineguin which is more authentic but catering for holiday makers very well indeed, genuine friendly helpful locals, busy but not crowded so a super atmosphere, and as always the weather never lets us down , we usually do not book the same property twice but will defiantly make an exception for Datana which we can personally recommend. Had an amazing time with husband and a couple of friends. Really enjoyed the big terrace and views. The house was immaculate and had more than we needed. As for Arguineguin what a beautiful little town. Everything you needed on your doorstep. We liked walking so we would walk down every day even just to have a coffee. Also cooked in a lot as range of supermarkets fantastic and the kitchen. We absolutely loved everything about this property and Sue the lady who showed us around was very helpful. Thank you for a really good holiday The Apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the description is accurate, on a hillside overlooking Arguineguin so the views are lovely, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything supplied that we could want, We especially loved breakfasting on the Terrace in the morning sun, and enjoyed the exceptional weather, The Apartment is very well cared for and maintained, One of the best we have ever stayed in , great Restaurants to dine out, we ate at a different one every day and still did not try them all, street cafes tapa's bars, all great value and service in one word EXCELLENT we are already looking for flights for next year, the only problem we had was that the holiday had to end.

My husband and I had a wonderfull holiday, in a fully equiped home, spottless and clean, and it exceded our expectations, Arguiniguin is unique,plenty of shops restaurants and a loverly beach, we will definatley be going again, as its definatley a hidden gem Thanks Sue and Keith

Beautiful Apartment in a lovely area just loved Arguineguin, would'nt hesitate to come again, we needed a relaxing holiday and we certainly found it here. The town has much to offer with such a great choice of Restaurants and street caf'es , a really unique place.We hired a car for a few days and visited other resorts, and the lovely mountains are very safe roads to drive and really shoul not be missed, a really great holiday.
