This house is so close to the ski lifts! Great communication with Adam. All our guests loved the house and I would highly recommend!

Great spot with some great views of the mountain. Shuttle is very easy if walking to the lifts is too far.

My family and I enjoyed a week in KIrkwood at Adam and Erica's home. . I had never been there before but it was such a beautiful place. Their home was just the right place to spend some family time. It was comfortable and had more than enough supplies to make our stay very pleasant. We enjoyed hiking around the area. And took day trips to all the lakes in the area. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation.

Our extended family had a great stay at Mountain Majesty. House is very close to lifts (some of us skied back) and the ski shuttle is super easy and reliable. House was comfortable, hot water and heater reliable and kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. If you go to Kirkwood, highly recommend!

Property was incredible. Great views and access to the facilities. Adam was so easy to work with. Excellent communications. We hosted my family here for my daughters wedding. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room for all 12 of us.

The house was great. We had three families and it fit us well. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well appointed. The owner runs the house like I would, with everything you need and having everything hooked up to sensors and remote monitoring so he can help if things go wrong, which is inevitable in the mountains. We were there during a blizzard and felt very safe. Snow removal was very helpful, though you still have to clear some snow given the plow limitations. They have sleds for kids as well and board games. Great family house. Owner is very responsive.

The owner is great. He is very communicative and very flexible; much more so than other owners. The house is great. It's very big and spacious and well equipped. My family had a blast in the house.

Our family of 10 stayed at Adam's place for five nights over the Christmas holidays 2018. Although only 10 of us slept at Adam's place, we had another 7 staying in a much smaller rental across the meadow. Adam's place ended up being the spot where we all congregated and easily accommodated all 17 of us for Christmas dinners during this time. The photos are lovely but don't do it justice. The living room is larger than it looks, and the soaring ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen was big enough to accommodate our various family cooking teams with ease. The property was spotlessly clean, with everything well labelled and clear. The garage was plenty spacious for two cars and the whole property just a few minutes' walk from the ski slopes. Overall, this was a truly amazing place and Adam was a breeze to work with - responded quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend if you're looking for a large place - this is it! thank you again.

Lovely spacious home, great chef’s kitchen. Perfect location for hiking, lake swimming and relaxing in quiet mountain setting. Would love to stay here in the winter as well.

We rented this property to house family members attending my daughter's wedding at the Hideout (about 35 minutes away). The house is beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. We brought food in to make breakfast and lunch and appreciated the kitchen layout for group preparation. Loved the open layout of the first floor and the lovely views. The dining table was large enough to accommodate everyone in our party which was nice too! The owner, Adam, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive to all of our questions and also refunded our deposit money promptly after verification there was no damage to the property. A beautiful home for a family gathering and a truly spectacular setting! For city slickers, please spend some time outside doing some star gazing...... enjoyed the beauty and amazing sky views only seen in remote places such as found here! Loved it!

we had a fabulous stay at mountains majesty. our group of 6 adults and 4 kids were so comfortable. we had easy access to the mountain and watched tons of fresh powder fall from the sky in the comfort of this beautiful home. the owner, adam, was exceptionally accommodating and super responsive. we felt very well taken care of and will definitely be back for another stay!

Very comfortable and beautiful home. Room for many, our family was very comfortable, including children who were happy to watch movies, play games and hike around the area. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linen, we did not need or want anything else. This is your spot!!! Owner was very accommodating and responsive via email. We will definitely recommend this property to friends, and if returning to Kirkwood, will stay here again.

We stayed in this amazing place for July 4th long weekend and it blew out all of our expectations. It's a modern and fully upgraded appliances and has awesome virw of the lifts and hiking trials.

If you want to spend a weekend at Kirkwood, this is the place to stay. We had a small work team outing on the mountain for the weekend and we absolutely loved this cabin. Plenty of space, great & well labeled kitchen, fantastic location, and the owners were a breeze to work with. Highly recommended.

Fabulous! Owner, house, kitchen, and amenities all exceeded our expectations. I echo all the positive comments below. We especially appreciated the kitchen and complete set of utensils, etc. The location is so convenient for skiing and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds/cars. Looking forward to next year.
