Love love love every single time we stay in this unit!

Excellent location and beautiful views of the Golf Course. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for our stay. We were there for a wedding and the ceremony took place across the street and the reception was across the parking lot. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We are new to renting someone's townhouse or condo so we were a little unprepared as to what necessities we should have brought before we arrived, such as coffee. Only issue we had was our amenities cards did not work, to have access to parts of the property, after the first day, except to pay for dinners and drinks. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone going to this resort.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect. We loved the balcony and the condo layout. It had everything we needed and such an easy walk to the pool and beach. Plus the covered parking helped keep the car cooler. Any question I had was answered promptly during my stay. I would definitely book again.

It's hard to beat the location, but the accommodations were not great. The beds are not comfortable and the living room has too much stuff in it and the couch and chairs are terribly uncomfortable; particularly the couch.

Always have a great time. Sandpiper Management is available to help wherever needed. Very clean.

Excellent location for amenities, tired decor and rather old fashioned fittings, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Main negative was noise pollution due to exterior powerful plant. Nice balcony and views.

It was a very nice 3 day stay at a beautiful facility.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook. The community is a splendid escape. This condo is quite clean and supplied well enough for a family to easily enjoy. The layout is a bit awkward leaving the living room congested and challenged to accommodate the whole family at once. The owners willingness to accept pets (dogs) was so appreciated! The only caveat to our stay was the mattress. It was so bad I had springs jabbing me in the hip and woke in physical pain each morning. Despite being relaxed and on vacation, the painful mattress lead to us waking at 5am, and eventually leaving a day early just to get home for comfortable sleep. Please Please get new mattresses!

Fantastic golf view and very convenient to all things at Seabrook!! Loved our week especially because we got to bring our sweet little pup!!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. I loved the view from the balcony and how big the balcony was. It was also in a great location. We come to Seabrook multiple times a year and it can be difficult finding parking by the main pool area and beach so it was nice to be right across the street.

Having stayed a few times on Seabrook, we especially liked this location as it was conveniently located to the Island House, Beach Club and beach access. You can walk right across the street to the beach and the club. We also enjoyed the huge back porch and morning coffee while watching the golfers. You can see two greens and a tee from the porch. The bedrooms were very large and each had their own bathroom. I would certainly stay here again - missing Seabrook already!

My family had a fantastic trip and this condo was great for us. This condo location was perfect with being close to golf, food, the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a relaxing vacation.

We love the location and we will definitely be back. Unfortunately a lot of things were closed at the time that we went so we will come back maybe a month later. We love the fact we could walk to the golf course and walk to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculately clean. The view of the golf course, spectacular! The proximity to the beach was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishes & glassware looked good as new. One complaint: the beds were particularly hard. My husband and I could barely walk in the morning after the first night. Our 19 year old daughter moved to the very comfortable couch and slept there for the remainder of the week. We went to Target and bought a pricy memory foam mattress topper which helped. I recommend the owners upgrade all the mattresses. We would gladly return multiple times a year, except for the very hard beds.

Ideal location, beautiful building. Beautiful views of golf course from our balcony and we were able to spot large alligators coming out of the ponds, as well as deer coming across after hours. Easy parking. Definitely get the amenity cards so you can access the pools and shops in the club across the street. We rented bikes from Seaside Cycles and biked the island, spotting lots of great wildlife, and we rode to dinner one night at Bohicket (Salty Dog). Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our 3 children and my husband and I. Villa seems to have too much furniture (personal preference), so we tucked some extra chairs in the closets just to get them out of our way. Overall - this place was amazing. We were very happy with our stay.

This condo as well as the management company for them are rated an A++ by me!! I cannot explain how beautiful and clean and cozy the condo is (with so many welcoming touches that truly made me feel so grateful to spend the week here!) Tithe whole unit looks to be in immaculate shape! I loved the end unit location overlooking the golf course with so much privacy! As far as the management team, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They went all out to make some extra accommodations to help me with a family emergency. What lovely and professional service they provided and made sure communication was always available for any needs that I may have had. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend as well!

Hands down one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at while at the beach. The check in process seemed complicated initially, but it was our first visit to Seabrook, and once we did it it was actually quite simple. Loved the safety of the community and the convenience of this unit. Will certainly be returning!

Enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Nice views of the golf course from the spacious outdoor patio and super close to the beach. It was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The beach was easily accessible from the villa complex and only a few minutes walk. The beach was not overly crowded and space can be found as you walk away from the beach access point. You have a choice of two golf courses just a few minutes walk with your golf bags. The courses are very well maintained though mostly "straight". Not overly challenging. Parking was very convenient and you can find spaces close to the stairwell under the condo. Our two complaints: 1. The main area inside next to the kitchen is a bit smaller than we thought from the pictures. Better arrangement of the furniture could help. You cannot have everyone eat together inside if the weather is bad. Hanging out in that space is just cramped (we had 5 people in total). 2. Bedroom with two queen mattresses were old and uncomfortable. If you are only staying a few days it is fine but for 9-10 nights we were there it was very uncomfortable.

This was a such a nice place. The property owner was very accessible and helpful. We were LITERALLY across the street from the beach and the pool. The back deck had a view of the golf course which was gorgeous. We will definitely return to this same property again.

Didn’t think we’d enjoy being on a golf course cause we aren’t golfers but we enjoyed the gators, birds, turtles, deer, rabbit & squirrels! We even witnessed a blue heron catching & eating a snake & an 8-10 foot gator in the pond about 60 foot from the balcony. It does have a beach view I’d you hang your head out the side!

I’ll start by saying this is overall a nice place and we had a good time. Here are a few things I wish I had known: I agree with a previous review, the mattresses suck. We were unable to check in on time because the unit had been “well used” by the previous renter. Apparently they had a dog that shed everywhere! The staff did their best to clean but we still found a lot of dog hair left behind. My wife and I are both allergic, so we spent the whole trip sniffing and sneezing. There are very few places to eat nearby without driving 30-45 minutes.

The place was exactly what we expected while attending PGA. Everything was great but the beds. They need to be replaced. The pillows and bedding are VERY bad. I would not stay there again until this is addressed. 3 bad nites of sleep :-(

This villa has an amazing golf course view! We loved sitting on the large porch. It is very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small kids. We loved having the beach and beach club (pool) directly across the street from us. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the beaches. Golf comminity which i dont golf so i probably will go to different island next time
