Better than we expected, the location the pool the view was all amazing. Would definitely book again.

When you open the front door you are greeted by a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo has had a recent update with all new coastal furnishings. The neighborhood is beautiful! There are 2 pools within a 5 min walk. The condo was clean. If I had to pick apart something the bathtub and shower could use some updating due to rust in the tub and some caulking needed but other than that the condo is beautiful .

Overall our experience was good. The condo could use some updating as far the furniture in the main living area and master bedroom. It did not have a beach feel. When stripping the beds to leave we noticed the pillows are in bad need of being replaced. They were soiled/stained. The furniture on the balcony was rusted and also needed to be updated. This condo is an excellent location, but I feel you could get more guests if some updates were made.

everyone in our group loved the place.....very clean, quiet, relaxing place....the pools are great and so is the beach. The coral is not a problem at all for swimming. Reservation process by vacation rental pros was problem free. This place will be very hard to beat!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. The amenities were wonderful, clean and the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The condo was clean and a lot bigger than we imagined, with one exception, the shower curtain in the guest bathroom had mold on it. We also think the shower heads should be replaced in both bathrooms as they do not spray out very well. One other thing is we had two visits from maintenance people, it would have been better if someone had called beforehand to let us know someone would be coming by, rather than them just showing up unannounced. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this facility to our friends.

This is our second time to the property. It is clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular! We will be back again.

The unit is very homey with vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Door lock is a bit tricky and some burned out bulbs in kitchen but very nice overall. Decor is early 2000's Tommy Bahama glam but still attractive. Take the scenic half hour drive to St. Augustine for a great day trip. As another guest noted, make sure to print your parking pass because gatekeeper scans it every time you enter. As is usually the case with larger resorts, there is always grounds or building maintenance occurring so be prepared for some noise but overall a pleasant stay. Will come back again.

The condo was centrally located and had everything nearby.

Starting with the good, this condo had a very updated washer and dryer, much appreciated. The condo was nice enough not to ruin our vacation. Having said that, there were some irritating things, 2 lights were out in the master bath, 3 lights were out in the kitchen. The rug in the master bedroom was completely unraveling in a very large area and was very unsightly and the same rug in the living room was beginning to unravel. The television in the 2nd bedroom did not work. For me, all that we found unpleasant could have been easily taken care of without spending a lot of money. Since they obviously knew we were coming why would they not have a checklist and make sure everything is working well for your renter. The entire condo could use some updates. I did not call maintenance to report these things, I really felt like they should not have been issues we had to deal with once we got there.

The only drawback were the rocks in the ocean spanning the area in front of the condos and in each direction about 150 feet. You had to step from rock to rock to be able to enjoy the ocean . They were beautiful to look at but hard to maneuver around. Condo was gourgeous and famy pool was great with delicious food.

Fabulous condo in a very secure area. Only complaint I had was the screen doors on both the bedroom and living room were shot and basically unusable.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was beautiful and the balcony with ocean views were AMAZING! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer but we will be back as soon as possible!

It was secure and beautiful. We had lots of room for the 6 of us. The environment was spectacular and we enjoyed every minute.

Checked in late to find unit not touched after last guest. Beds we filthy one with bodily fluids, trash cans full, floors dirty unit not worth staying in but no hotels close for me to book so we had to stay. After calling they were unable to move us to another unit or clean. To make it suitable for sleep we had to clean the unit including fluids off the bed. They did come clean the unit the next day. The issues with the cleaning was not the only issue with this property and management. We unable to check in to property because the property is not renter friendly. Because they did not file additional detailed paperwork properly it took 30 minutes to get past the front gate. In addition the next day they would not allow past front gate others in our party who were on the list not listed as a driver as a result had to park one that cars 4 miles outside the property transfer bags and drive them in with a registered car and registered driver. The worst part is I called five times (during and after our stay) to work out something fair with the owner / management. They were unwilling to do anything except refund cleaning fee (which was not refunded). I let them know I was willing to pay for the other nights just not the first. As of today I had to pay full price. I did not accept the cleaning fee because I thought it was more important to let people know my experience. Sadly, this is the only bad review I have ever written in my life.

We very much enjoyed our trip to this condo. The condo was spacious. It was also quiet, the noise from the hallways and stairwells did not penetrate much into the living space. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics, everything we needed for cooking in. The lakeside pool is beach entry and mostly shallow, so GREAT for our young children. Unfortunately when we were there, the splash zone was disassembled (maybe due to Hurricane Irma), which my daughter was disappointed in at first, but got over very quickly. The condo does not have ANY beach gear (towels, chairs, buckets, etc), which we knew from the description but is one of the reasons why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. As for start up supplies, there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and one packet of laundry detergent. Be prepared to bring all other items. **NOTE: if the pool cafe is open, you are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into the pool area. This did not affect us, as it was closed for our 4 day stay. But it would have been a pain if it had been open and we were not allowed to bring anything in.

This condo was a nice and relaxing place to stay. We had a great time with beach access right below the condo. The pools were a short walk from the condo and were very nice. One of the pools had a grill/ bar, so we were able grab lunch while we were there. Also, an added security was the security gate at the entrance and the second security gate at night made us feel safe.

We have stayed at this location and in this exact condo on several occasions. We have always had a great time and we were not disappointed this year. The place was clean and provided a nice environment for the entire family to relax and enjoy the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

Beautiful condo. Well Maintained. Easy check in/out. Right on the beach - not too far to walk. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. And loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. One of the most relaxing vacations I have had in years.

Toiletries , laundry detergent, sponge, more than one beach umbrella. Small conveniences go a long way. Also didn't quite understand paying a cleaning fee but being required to load dishwasher, turn it on, strip sheets and linens, and take trash out at check out.

Spacious and great ocean view away from the Daytona type crowds. If you need the typical tourist beach shops- drive 30 min to St. Augustine. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars was that the master bed was slightly uncomfortable (time for a new mattress) and the kitchen supplies need to be replaced (even a walmart set of utensils/dishes would be fine.) Family of 3 (one older teen.) The teen tried surfing for the first time, so he was busy all day and too tired at night to complain that there was not much to do locally.

This was our third 2 week stay at Cinnamon Beach, and we plan to return. Making the reservation through Steve Milo and Vacation Rental Pros is stress free. Our unit had spectacular views and easy beach access. The beach was never crowded and we were able to take long strolls each morning and evening with our dog Sam. We enjoyed boogie boarding in the surf and just plain old relaxing. There are several good eateries near by...we highly recommend JT's, South Beach Cafe and Matanza's Inlet. Daytona Beach as well as Orlando are easy day trips. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Vacation Rental Pros. We look forward to our next stay.

Every year we take a family vacation, generally at the beach. We are Floridians and love the beach. Cinnamon Beach was close to home, real plus. One of the few places we found that had a property we could rent for less than a week. Would not recommend it though... too much work for such a short time. The view was gorgeous. The pool was a bit of a hike but the walk over to the dunes / beach was right in back of our building. The only negative is the property manager expects to much of departing guests. Essentially they want you to strip the beds, do laundry, start the dishwasher, take the garbage out all while you are trying to pack up and be out of the unit by 10AM.

We have been bringing our family and friends to Cinnamon Beach for years and absolutely love it. This condo had a gorgeous view of the water and was very well equipped and clean. We did notice that things were a more worn than previous years and that some things were starting to come apart (the coffee table, sofa, screen door, decorative items in the bedroom)... We called maintanence about the screen and it was fixed promptly but then broke again on our last day. Also this unit needs a better TV in the main living room. I am not a complainer but feel compelled to make mention of these things since a price tag of over $2,000 a week demands a certain level of accomodation. I also cannot believe there is no recycling at this complex!!! In such a beautiful locale, it seems this would be an integral part of the community.
