This place is in a great location and great for families or multiple adults. There is plenty of space and it is an easy drive to Winter Park or other areas to hike. The only minor downside is it would get a bit warm in the afternoons (85° inside at one point) and the small fans and open windows can’t cool it down until midnight or so. Would definitely stay again!

This condo worked perfectly for us. Easy access to all of the summer activites we wanted to do. The grocery store across the street was super convenient. I bought a few ears of sweet corn from the market and this condo had the little corn holders...yay!
I am a single parent traveling with 2 children under 10. I felt very safe at this condo. The complex was very quiet. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning while taking in the beautiful mountain views.

This was just the right amount of space for our family trip to visit the Rocky Mountains. We are from Texas and are used to having fans and AC so it was an adjustment to this climate. The space was a bit warm for us during the day, but opening all the windows helped to cool the space down and there were small fans to use to pull the cool air in as we slept which was awesome. The owner responded within 24 hours when we had an issue with the tub not draining very fast in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Two miles from base camp at Granby Ranch. The only surprise was having to empty trash in dumpsters, run dishwasher, and wash/dry sheets and towels. Plus we had to unload dishwasher and fold towels from previous stay.

My family and I had a great time staying here. We were in Granby for our son’s baseball tournament and the location was amazing! It was also great to use the pool for the team to come and swim together and have some fun. The owners were great to communicate with and they were very helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again! The unit is nice and big with lots of room for everyone and it has everything you need. We were very impressed.

The property itself was well kept and had good kitchen supplies, adequate bedding, and great location for activities in Grandby and surrounding areas. We were pleased with the actual condo. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the pictures of the pool and hot tub / clubhouse made it appear that those amenities were included in the property fees. Both were located across the street and required a $10 adult and $5 child daily entrance fee. I may be incorrect, but it appeared the pool was owned by a completely different entity which makes me question the advertising of the actual property.

Nice stay for our family as we wanted to stay somewhere close to national park and Winter Park. 3 story climb was challenging for my parents. Kids enjoyed the activities in the room. We were not told about the parking lot being resurfaced.

The place was nice and clean. The only issue is that the swimming pool and hot tubs are not on their property but another property across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tubs were closed. After a day of playing in the snow we were looking forward to the hot tubs. Probably would have stayed some place else had we known they weren't on property and not up and running. Other than that it was great.

This was a great roomy and home like condo. Kitchen had everything we needed including round crock pot for easy dinner after skiing, tons of linens, great decks for cocktails and views. SilverCreek Inn was a bust for us, pool was fine but the hot tubs were under repair along with the surroundings. We would absolutely come back for another stay at this condo.

Great property, perfect access to Granby ranch for ski school for the kids as well as accessible restaurants and grocery stores. thoughtful and helpful touches in the condo including pens and paper, extra toiletries, etc .. will come again!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! We had fun playing games and watching movies by the fireplace while it snowed outside, so cozy!! Loved that City Market grocery store was just across the street, had to run over (several times) for items we forgot to bring. The only struggle we had was the bed. My husband and I are used to sleeping on a very soft bed so we found the memory foam mattress to be uncomfortably hard. After the first night we added several blankets to the mattress which helped us sleep better the rest of our stay. Overall we had a great time!

This condo fit our group of four kids, two parents, and two grandparents nicely, and we were all able to cook together and seek refuge from rain. The drive to the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park was not bad, which was our primary destination during this time. The host was very responsive and accommodating whenever needed.

Location was good for Grand Lake, Winter Park and Granby. Worked fine for four adults for a Grand Lake family reunion. No air conditioning, like most in Granby, but with fans we were able to cool the condo down quickly at night

The property was excellent for our stay and needs. Great location as it allowed us to visit RMNP without having to deal with the much busier Estes Park side of the park. The location was quiet, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Check-in process was smooth and the hosts provided a wealth of information about the area that was extremely helpful.

We used the condo as a hub for RMNP and other summer activities. We had a fantastic stay. Jennifer was very responsive from the moment we booked the condo. Everything was perfect for our large group. Lots of amenities in the condo and the store across the street was perfect for grocery shopping. Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck as well. Thank you for helping us make family memories!

We had a great time at the condo with our friends and family. The space and amenities met all of our needs and it was in great proximity to a grocery store, Starbucks, a gas station, McDonalds and Subway. The condo could use a little refreshing as the chairs were broken, the oven took forever to bake our casserole, and we needed a simple 9x13 casserole pan that wasn’t there. Melissa was a great host though and gave us a long list of suggestions for the area. Overall, the value was great, the condo was cozy, and we had a fun weekend!

This was a very nice condo. Clean and had everything we needed. Just a short drive to ski. Grocery store is nearby and convenient.
The property owners were gracious enough to allow us to check in early since it was available. This allowed my grandson to get in a full day of snowboarding the first day! Thank you so much.

This property worked out very well for our family of seven. We enjoyed visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, of which was only about a twenty-five minute drive to the entrance. This condo is in a nice location with a grocery store nearby which was very convenient. The condo was well equipped, and Jennifer was very responsive and great to deal with. Thanks for sharing with us!
