We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything is there that you would need. The sunroom overlooking the bay is breathtaking ! Truly a great place!

Great location. All the amenities one could ask for ! Accommodates our family perfectly. And the beautiful deck also easily accommodated family visitors who were also staying on the island. ( my wife grew up on LBI so she has family there). Wonderful time. !!!!Great memories !!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Amazing views, great location, and the house has everything that you need. The owner responds very quickly to all your needs and takes pride in making sure that your stay is the best that it can be. Can't wait to go back next year! I am missing my morning coffee on the deck with the amazing views :(

The location and the house was just perfect. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom and out on the beautiful deck. Can't wait to return!

My wife and I found this condo to be “ user friendly” in every way. Very comfortable living space. All updated , very clean and with all amenities. Beautiful views of the bay and one of a kind sunsets. Convenient to water sports. These owners thought of everything ! We have already scheduled for next year. Thank you,

My son and I had a great time and the condo was perfect. Had everything we needed. I especially loved the view of the bay, and closeness to the beach. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We just loved this sweet unit. Everything we needed was available, blender for making pina coladas, drip coffee maker and a Keurig (bring your own k-cups), ice in the freezer, cold water in a Brita pitcher waiting for us in the fridge, brand new pillows, a fantastic washer and dryer, super clean and bright bathroom, ceiling fans and AC units, strong wifi, etc. But our favorite part was that amazing waterfront view on the deck and from the sunroom. The deck had both shade and sun, so it was perfect all day long. Our family had a tough time even leaving that view. But when we did leave, there were amazing family-run restaurants nearby, the beach just a short walk away, and a wonderful water sports rental place run by Chris right downstairs. Just loved everything! And, Richard was so easy to communicate with and we were so grateful he found some important items we left behind and sent them to us right away. Thank you for the perfect week in LBI, our family will definitely find a way to return.

We all absolutely loved staying here! The condo was beautiful, and the views spectacular! It really had everything that you needed. Also, the neighbors were all very friendly!

It was a great rental. Perfect location, clean and beautiful views, especially at sunset. The owner was wonderful to deal with!

This summer, we were looking for a beach rental that was in proximity to the beach, had space for myself, husband, and my 3 year old, with an owner I can easily communicate with, and that was diligent with cleanliness, especially during COVID. Our expectations were met above and beyond. Starting from the booking process, they were very clear on the precautions they were taking to clean the house and keep renters healthy and safe. When it came to communication, Rich was always easy to reach for any questions we had. While we spent most of the day going to the beach, just a few minutes walk away, we always looked forward to go back to the house to eat our meals overlooking the bay. On top of their great home, LBI has so many activities and great restaurants for a family. The week at the beach at this home is definitely a memorable one we'll always remember!

We had a great week staying at this property. Super clean, beautiful Bay views, comfortable condo, great deck overlooking the water. Only 2 short blocks from the beach. Excellent communication from property owner. Would highly recommend. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Long Beach Island. My husband and I are paddle sport enthusiasts and Rich gave us a great recommendation close by on where to launch our outrigger canoes to paddle. We loved paddling on the Bay each morning and found a few spots on our own for future paddling day-trips to LBI! All around A++++ vacation. Thank you!

Great location on LBI: right on the beautiful bay and only 2 short blocks to the ocean. Walk to restaurants, mini golf, arcade, shopping. Rent bikes a block away...no need to ever use the car! Condo is perfect for a family of 4 and a few guests. Comfortable beds and living spaces, and well stocked kitchen with everything you need (except a dishwasher ☹). Gorgeous deck with new furniture and spectacular views. So peaceful and very quiet. Owner Rich Kanak answered all questions immediately and fixed a minor issue quickly. Highly recommend this place and hope to return.

LBI never disappoints! This place was perfect for our family of 4. Great deck and plenty of space. My husband and 4 year old had lots of fun crabbing. Easy walk to beach and restaurants as well as mini golf. Would stay here again! Thnx Richard Michelle and Brian

Loved this property. So convenient to everything on the island. Condo was decorated beautifully. The view from the large sun room was just magnificent. Large outside deck too. Two parking spaces came in handy for day visitors. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. You’re able to log into Netflix and amazon with their Tv as well, having a toddler is a huge plus a small he watches prior to bedtime! The view?! Waking up and going to bed on the bay? It was stunning. The home was clean, neighbors were friendly. A fantastic stay. We come annually for our wedding anniversary. Will make sure this is the place we use!

Enjoyed the view from the deck and patio furniture really nice very relaxing. Enjoyed the TV in sunroom. The new shower in bathroom was really nice. I would recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay.

First of all ...the owner communication was amazing . The place had everything we needed and then some other things like a multi phone charging station also everything we needed for cooking and eating crabs! Location is key, and wow it is great!!! Place was clean and the view was perfect. Caught a huge bass off the dock and everybody we met was nice. Made a bunch of new friends. We will be back ! Thank you so much

After a very busy spring, we arrived ready to relax and this place was perfect! It has a wonderful deck with an interesting and picturesque view that we enjoyed every day from the comfortable chairs and table. The home itself was very clean with a refurbished bath and comfortable beds. It has an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops and the LBI causeway. Very breezy - did not need window AC units, but did use the ceiling fans. Unit is in a multiple condo community - it was blissfully quiet when we were there in mid June, which we loved. We would return again, particularly in the shoulder seasons. Thanks for renting your nice place!

I would like to say that my family and i had a great vacation. The condo we stayed in was perfect. it was updated, clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Loved the deck with the view. Thank You Rich and Home Away

This was the perfect amount of space for our little family. The views were great and we were close to everything. My only complaint was not having any kids shows/channels. The description stated cable/satellite TV but it was extremely basic and didn't have a single kids station for my two little ones.

Park your car for the week and walk everywhere. Almost anything you need is within a block and a half . Love sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Will be back !

Our family of four was very comfortable in the condo apartment. It was as described! View from the bay were great including the sunsets. Sunroom was a favorite place to relax as well as the outdoor patio. Restaurants and activities were a short walk. Ship bottom Shell fish was a favorite, as well as the Sandbox Cafe and La Bamba. Only negative was no dishwasher:( We highly recommend!! Federbusch family- July 2018
